No nothing else. Im struggling to sleep at night as well. All i want to do is sleep in the day. Been taking it for a week now
I don't know what you are taking to try to help with sleep, but if you want a cheap sleep stack to try, I use:
1g GABA
1g Glycine
~100mg 5-HTP
~100mg L-Theanine
~300mg Valerian Root
~1.25mg Melatonin (I quarter a 5mg sub-lingual tab in a pill splitter)
ZMA
All that stuff is available in bulk, so it's cheap. Another cheap thing to do, is bring one cup of Milk to a boil and let it cool. The protein breaks down into peptides that have good data as far as sleep promotion. Or, for more money, you can find ready made Milk Peptides under the "Lactum" name, or just "Milk Peptides" from LEF.
The last ones are more money - Either Phosphytidyl Serine powder, or a Product called "Enerphos". Sadly the formula for "Seriphos" Phosphorylated Serine has been changed to a less effective version. The Milk and these combat Cortisol related waking/not getting to sleep.
