MetroBadAss Ghenerates more size while sleeping like a baby..oh yeah teh

my money is on you hitting the 405x3. but that's a far cry from 500. if you can get 500 it will have to be with much more body weight than now, imo. i aint knocking you by no means, irish. 405x3 for a guy your size is a hellava feat. on your side all the way.:cheers:

Another pre Ghenerate strength eval -

Med incline db press - 80x6-2-2=10; up 2 reps from last time; static for 14 seconds +5 secs from last time; 60x12 +3 reps from last time
Stretch w/ 65's for 60 secs. This is getting more difficult. Im guessing because my body needs a break. Cruise starts next session.
Highest incline smith press - (plate #s)135x6-3-2=11; up 1 rep, static for 18 secs +3 secs from last time
stretch for 45 secs
Reverse grip ass off bench bench - (plate #s) 165x7-3-2=12; up 5lbs
stretch with 55 for 60 secs
HS pulldowns - 210x7-4-4=15; up 5 reps :woohoo:
Tbar - 4 plates for 5 reps; up 1 rep

For fun did Wide iso press and repped 270 for 10 reps :D (warmed up first of course)

I was actually going to do PRIME+TPRO+Formadrol+GHenerate+I-GH-1, but I may have to leave the TPRO out. We'll see in time.

I'd opt for Formadrol. Probably my favorite one out there. While T-911 is an AI, I tend to view that more as a performance-related product. In a stack, I'd rather use the Formadrol.

I haven't been using any other OTC AI's other than Formestane, which was a huge let down. I've got some I3C on hand, too, but never used it solo. It's in the TestoPRO I'm taking.

damn, that makes my stack look weak. i am going to bump my test cyp up to 300mg per week for a month and run testopro/glycobol/slingshot/blue print. with some hemodraulix thrown in here and there. got arimadex standing by but only if needed, going to use td formestane as my ai. looks like some amazing synergy with with the slingshot providing carbs.

Ya, a lot of dudes like 6-bromo. My gyno flared up about 3 weeks into taking that stuff. I used Rebound Reloaded a while back and haven't tried any 6-bromo since. I can't directly relate it to the 6-bromo, as I used it once before without any issues, but I know I wasn't on anything else at the time.

As much as it's hated on, I always liked a low-dose of ATD. 25mg, 3x/wk. - 5mg/day would be ample, but I don't know if you can find it in bulk.
 
Never tried ATD. I used a 6-bromo before and loved it.

Got my LG package today!!! :woohoo:

Hooked me up with Ghenerate and a tub of BC+EAA!! :woohoo:

There was no scoop in the BC+EAA lol. Luckily I have another tub of it at home with a scoop in it.

So I am going to take my first dose of Ghenerate now. 6 sprays. And my second pre bed. If I understand correctly, it is 6 sprays 2/xday. On workout days, first dose pre w/o.

LG reps, how soon pre workout should I dose it? And is this the new 2 month bottle or the 1 month bottle? Thanks guys!!!

I pinch my pennies bubba. It all goes to hell if my son breaks one of his hockey sticks though. Those suckers are 200 a pop and he keeps shattering them. I told him I was going to give him a 2x4 the next time one breaks!
 
Took first dose and held in my mouth for 1 minute. I think it taste really good. Like a fruity taste. Excited to see how things go from here!
 
I would assume that the first dose would be upon waking. I forgot that carbs blunt the GH effects and ALMOST had some carbs but I remembered and took my food out of the microwave and had a low carb protein shake w/ a scoop of PB.
 
Can't wait for my LG package to show up in the mail.

I can already comment that I am noticing some effects. I am VERY relaxed and chill. My mood is uplifted and I'm just feeling good. These feelings are out of the norm. So I know this is from Ghenerate. I have had some randyness today but I can't attribute that to Ghen just yet. I know this is only the beginning and I expect big things to start happening.

Not saying this is from Ghen but wanted to comment that muscle are feeling VERY full and dense today. Excited to see what's in store!

i just need the exact dosing schedule. Mainly about dosing preworkout and on non workout days. From what I gather take first dose 30 mins before meal preworkout and pre breakfast and then a second dose before bed. How long before meals i am not sure though.
 
Put AT LEAST 1 hour space in between dosing and food. Carbs will blunt GH effects. I will doing it 2-3 hours prior to first meal. Which isnt hard since I train fasted. And 3 hours post last meal, right before bed.

That is hard to do on the breafast thing. how would i go about that?

No i can't really delay it because i am usually hungry as hell by the time I get up. I was thinking i might wake up earlier and then dose and then go back to sleep that might be my best bet.
 
True. I just see no point unless you go back to sleep long enough to reach REM.

Well my point is this: It takes around 45 mins to go back into REM. So if you wake up 30-45 mins before you are supposed to wake up, dont go back to sleep. It serves you no purpose. It actually makes you more tired. So what I was saying is if you are going to wake up 45 mins early to dose, do just that. Wake up 45 mins, dose, and stay up. JMO
