Metroba gets into an Anadraulic State!

I am finishing a run with T-911 and loved it...no stomach issues. I just started taking AS and it is giving me a queezy feeling so far. Tomorrow I get to actually w/o with it so we will see.
 
if your prone to nausau then Psarm would be best to avoid

especially if youve taken yohimbe before and didnt like it

But Anadraulic State should really not cause major problems, most pre-workouts cause a little discomfort, but from the ingrediant list,there really should be no major problems.
 
This is very good to know! Thanks, Chef!...I've actually still got my bottle of Psarm in my cabinet. I don't know what to do with it.

Donate:lol: it to people wanting to up their dose on their Psarm logs. (LifterGym and Panther)

Maybe LG can transfer you over another supp to log.

Worked out fasted tonight. Felt sooo tired but I was still able to increase some of my lifts/reps.

The w/o - Quads/Back/Shoulders/Traps/abs

1. Leg ext. - up 2 reps on all sets, up 15 lbs from last time!
2. Db rows - up 2 reps on all sets
3. Reverse pec dec - up 10 lbs from last time!
4. Standing front db raises (hammer) - Felt a bit weaker on this but was still able to beat reps on all sets by 1
5. Seated lateral raises - up 2 reps on all sets
6. Left side only db shrugs - up 5lbs on all sets!; extra set (10lbs more than last time!)
7. Decline weighted situps - up 10lbs on all sets!; extra set 20lbs more than last time!
8. Close grip chins - 12, 10, 8, 8, 6

Skipped the cardio..was just feelin wayyy to tired. Took some awesome pics in some different lighting as well as some post w/o. My buddy was supposed to email them to me but bailed...phucker!:frustrate - Will have them up tomorrow

Glad the product is helping everyone lean out in addition to the increased energy, typically thats not seen with most preWO powders.

Met, I say you utilize fasted-training (FT) in a slight calorie surplus. I think you would see some awesome results from this. I'm doing this exact thing...The recomp effects are incredible!...This is assuming you can get to the gym first thing in the morning (about an hour after taking your supps). I know you're a later-in-the-day workout person.

Bro, if there were a 6' tall man that weighed 120lbs, but had a little bit of fat on his left oblique, would you reccommend a slight caloric surplus and fasted training? I mean, he could 'recomp'ose the fat off and maybe add a tiny bit of hypertrophy... Right? If Metroba were anymore 'lean' it would be borderline Holocaustic. I don't think fasted training would be beneficial.

Just so you know tho I havent dropped cals. I actually upped cals a bit. I dropped carbs about 20g/day but upped fat. I will be upping cals more tho if it makes you guys feel any better.

As for a bulk...I am considering it in the near future....but as Ive said before it is not my goal here to get really strong and big. I like being lean and light on my feet. We're not all gonna have the same goals here. I do understand where you are all coming from tho. I will be adding more mass just not at this time in my life. Iron, you asked how much leaner do I wanna get...I want visable abs with seperation and my lower back fat to get the phuck out. Here is a pic of my lower back fat. If Im doing something wrong, someone please tell me. Id also like to comment even tho Im loosing fat I am gaining some mass in some areas and strength as well. My arms/shoulders/traps def have gotten bigger...Id say I am doing a recomp...a slow one at that but still

There's nothing wrong with FT for mass-building. It's just a different training style. With Met's goals, I think he would really like it. He's a practical guy, and seems to realize that slow and steady is the way to go. I've made excellent strength gains as well as size gains while utilizing FT.

I have a question about taking AS. How much water do you guys use when doing the full scoop dose? I remember Craig saying he did less water and just slammed it home.
 
I noticed when I drank it with more than 8 oz, I wanted to throw up but when I dropped it to 6 oz it seemed go down better without any probs. I start sipping on water right after it for better absorption. Hope this helps

Hmmm...So you chase it with a little water, and then just sip on water for a while afterwords? I'm only going to start with 1/4 scoop and see how I do. If I have to split up 1/4scoop 4x daily then I will.
 
Yeah I throw in 1-1.25 scoop into about 6 oz water, down it in about 5 swallows, then sip on my xtend for 30 mins, which is when the workout starts. Are you going to log your AS?

Anyway, I just peeked back at your most recent picture... Honestly, I don't think your abs are big enough at this point to show through. You are so lean up front. I wouldn't even say you have a tremendous amount of back fat either... continuing to train your lower back will definitely lessen the appearance of any sort of fat you do have there.

I completely support any goals you have in mind - I was of the same mindset as you about 18 months ago... wanted to stay real thin and light - but I never really got the definition I wanted until I started eating heavy and lifting big... then again I can also appreciate the speed and endurance I had at 155...

Just finally caught up with your log, and I'm trying to review how many calories you are taking in... Couldn't find.

I gotta say I was a little dissapointed the first time you wrote about not really training for size anymore... but like I said, I support you for whatever goals you have in mind - because at the end of the day - you're the one looking at yourself in the mirror. I do think you're taking this cut a little too far though.

Appreciate it Timber...as for cals..Im aim for 2500 - about 200g carbs/day right now; around 250g Protein/day; fat is a bit higher than carbs right now. Believe it or not Im actually loosing fat on this...You guys really think Im taking it too far? All of you, be honest with me. I really wanna know what all of you think. I may not agree with you all but I'd still like to know..do I have manorexia? Am I smaller than I see myself?

...and I think you're right my abs need to grow more to show through

...and I tipped the scale at 160.5 this morning...I was 157 the other day but I have a feeling the scale was off...who knows
 
Good call M. I just slammed it with 8 oz h20 and then I started sipping on water after. That seems to have stopped the queezy feelings I have had when I would try to sip it down with alot of water. It is still weird the way your tongue gets a numbing feeling. Do you get much of a stim effect from the AS? I sure don't.

Met, I'd say make your cals hit 2750-3000, and train fasted. :thumbsup:

Macros: 50/30/20 (P/F/C), or 50/30/20 (P/C/F). Whatever works for you.
 
Yeah I get a nice stim effect with the 1 scoop but I have built up a tolerance..that is why I am doing 1.25....I am working my way up to 1.5 scoops pre w/o. Glad it worked for you
