But Anadraulic State should really not cause major problems, most pre-workouts cause a little discomfort, but from the ingrediant list,there really should be no major problems.

IC this was just timing affiliated for me. If I take it 1 hour pre-workout i am fine.Sounds sweeeeet. I'm still skurd, though. TexasLifter had nausea from P-SARM, as well as AS. You haven't used P-SARM before, have you?

Worked out fasted tonight. Felt sooo tired but I was still able to increase some of my lifts/reps.
The w/o - Quads/Back/Shoulders/Traps/abs
1. Leg ext. - up 2 reps on all sets, up 15 lbs from last time!
2. Db rows - up 2 reps on all sets
3. Reverse pec dec - up 10 lbs from last time!
4. Standing front db raises (hammer) - Felt a bit weaker on this but was still able to beat reps on all sets by 1
5. Seated lateral raises - up 2 reps on all sets
6. Left side only db shrugs - up 5lbs on all sets!; extra set (10lbs more than last time!)
7. Decline weighted situps - up 10lbs on all sets!; extra set 20lbs more than last time!
8. Close grip chins - 12, 10, 8, 8, 6
Skipped the cardio..was just feelin wayyy to tired. Took some awesome pics in some different lighting as well as some post w/o. My buddy was supposed to email them to me but bailed...phucker!:frustrate - Will have them up tomorrow

Bro, if there were a 6' tall man that weighed 120lbs, but had a little bit of fat on his left oblique, would you reccommend a slight caloric surplus and fasted training? I mean, he could 'recomp'ose the fat off and maybe add a tiny bit of hypertrophy... Right? If Metroba were anymore 'lean' it would be borderline Holocaustic. I don't think fasted training would be beneficial.That's a start...
Met, I say you utilize fasted-training (FT) in a slight calorie surplus. I think you would see some awesome results from this. I'm doing this exact thing...The recomp effects are incredible!...This is assuming you can get to the gym first thing in the morning (about an hour after taking your supps). I know you're a later-in-the-day workout person.

I noticed when I drank it with more than 8 oz, I wanted to throw up but when I dropped it to 6 oz it seemed go down better without any probs. I start sipping on water right after it for better absorption. Hope this helps

Appreciate it Timber...as for cals..Im aim for 2500 - about 200g carbs/day right now; around 250g Protein/day; fat is a bit higher than carbs right now. Believe it or not Im actually loosing fat on this...You guys really think Im taking it too far? All of you, be honest with me. I really wanna know what all of you think. Anyway, I just peeked back at your most recent picture... Honestly, I don't think your abs are big enough at this point to show through. You are so lean up front. I wouldn't even say you have a tremendous amount of back fat either... continuing to train your lower back will definitely lessen the appearance of any sort of fat you do have there.
I completely support any goals you have in mind - I was of the same mindset as you about 18 months ago... wanted to stay real thin and light - but I never really got the definition I wanted until I started eating heavy and lifting big... then again I can also appreciate the speed and endurance I had at 155...

I gotta say I was a little dissapointed the first time you wrote about not really training for size anymore... but like I said, I support you for whatever goals you have in mind - because at the end of the day - you're the one looking at yourself in the mirror. Met, I'd say make your cals hit 2750-3000, and train fasted. :thumbsup:
