I have been using it for asthma (as an inhaler) for a long time, and it never gave me "real" energy, just a quick jittery energy sometimes.

I agree. I myself have been spacing my injections more and more and I must admit that the additional energy effect has vanished for me.bioman said:Doesn't really seem to matter much. I think consistent dosing is the key moreso than how you pin it.

Which must mean I am always in that state and don,t get a boost anymore. Anyone else get that?

Damn interested in seeing if my hamster will notice it's effects, he is currently taking Accacol for a intestinal disorder.
The place I have seen it in the past seems to no longer carry it.

Most people can only get things like methylcobalamin for veterinary use(animal testing), so if a human used it, it would be illegal...thats why he has his HAMSTER on it...:think:Ubiquitous said:Uhhh.. are you being serious?

Yeah, I read alot for several years. Didn't feel the need to clutter up the board with useless posts. I'm a member of so many boards that I sometimes forget about the others.DR.D said:Hey Jer, been in hibernation for a while here huh?

I just got mine and i was wondering about dosing i'm currently 255lbs at 6'1 if that helps and just wanted it for general health benefits, i did 1ml (1000mcg) shot today and noticed the increased energy and mood lift, how often should i be shooting and how much?
Did you get the Methyl version or the regular?
The regular version I myself am @ 250lbs and have been diagnosed with a b12 deficency and so took 1000mcg every day for 2 weeks and after that 1000mcg 1x month - It is done this way because your liver actually stores it and will use it when it is needed. Sub -Q
For the Methyl version I take it as needed, when I need an extra boost @ 1000mcg Sub -Q
EXCELLENT SUPPLEMENT!!!!!!!!!
No need to thank me Crunch...this board is about sharing info and it's my pleasure to pass along an easy and healthier way to fight off allergies. I know how much misery they can bring.
