Mental and Texas' Wired BBing Show

I started cardio today took some dialene 4 (2 caps one cap=85 mgs of caff) and I dont take stims much at all. did cardio 45 mins, then did shopping , then dusted vacuumed my room. energy out the yang
 
fo the ladies catergory, we havent had any feedback. Idropped a thread in the female section but got no response.
Soooo.....right now its not happening. And yea, Texs' girl hasnt been around and Tex either but he had alot of stuff come up. He should still make the show date though.

I havent started cardio yet....i may want to though. Yea, prolly this week....

yeah you never know bunch of anonymous people may enter on the day with pictures. there's one guy recently that pmed me about this contest. Know what be even better Texas? if we had a live Am contest somewhere , after this one? like a year anniversary after this one. Thats my idea. think it'll happen? itll take a lot of support. this would get am a lot of exposure.
 
dude that would be awesome. Way too much funds though and effort for most people. You have no idea how much work this has been for twitch and I. I cant imagine how tough a in person comp would be. Yeah if anyone is interested please have them PM me.

Hahaha. Im interested as well. Yeah the natural thing is a constant controversy. It all depends because alot of the Fed's allow certain things other dont. I almost got into **** today actually. ATD has just been added to the ban list and i almost placed an order but Pmiller saved me. So its never ending, has been discussed on every thread. its all in peoples mind IMO.

what organization's rules are you following?

I know atd's and ai's and being banned by the ifpa/ocb in dec 31st 2008 or Jan 1st 2009. also i force bold is being added along with a few other's.

I have no worries about any PH im clear of those as well as AI's, but i almost invested in ATD today but went with trione instead. right now im registered under NPC, but im switching over to NGA after the 2 shows this summer
 
I haven't been on here that much really to see any recent, relevant posts. However, I do wonder what happened to DrkZoolander. Has he been around these parts? ;)

that sounds good because I have some intense cutting to do over christmas break. Im sitting at about 175 Lbs at like 13-15% BF. fattest I have ever been, most ive ever weighed= **** ton of microwave food and college food. haha

You're probably not that high, but retaining water from all the sodium. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
 
Yea. After this i think we'll def have some attention for maybe next year or something. Im really glad we gained some support from some of the companies here and me n Tex really do appreciate it.

get on it were like seven weeks away bro. The more body fat you have the harder it is to lose due to the fact metabolism slows down because of the increased cushion. Mine is just starting to melt off and I have been dieting eight weeks-nine weeks now it took me this long to get the momentum going. Its all downhill from now on on losing body fat.

Like we said, we did this for the competitors and as a way to bring some unity and something exciting to the other members. Also, to give some motivation to get up and seriously do something! woo woo. good luck everyone! Glad to know you are pleased with twitch and I's effort to get some prizes :D
