Ok now I know what u r talking about. I saw some retard put 10 plates on it and do no ROM what so ever a few days ago.
 
yah, I always make sure to go down to around 90 degree angle (i can feel it when my glutes start playing their part)
 
DAY 20/21: off

I worked all day both days, my head felt a little weird. When I went to bed saturday night, it kind of felt like I had something in the back of my throat, but when I work up sunday, it was gone.

I am going to max out on Bench tomorrow :)

Gettin super swole haha. I know what its like. I was tryin to take my pulse a couple weeks ago with the craziest pumps and couldnt reach my neck. This chick was lookin at me struggle like WTF! haha

Not the biggest transformation... I gained about 10 lbs, I credit this mostly because I got sick at the end of week 1. During week 3-4 I made huge gains in lifts.
 
10 lbs is pretty good. im starting my beastdrol cycle ina few weeks... Ill make a log too. u kept saying that u felt something in your head n it felt like there was something in it throat... Wat was that all about?
 
Well at first it felt like something was in my throat was because I got sick. I think while you are "ON" it messes with your head a little, which is why I said my head felt weird
 
When i took sdrol, i didnt really feel anything mentally...just a little more aggression and i wasnt laughing at my friends jokes like i normally did...hich he got offended by lol. My other friend tried Megaplexx, and he was feeling very weird. Told me it was like a high feeling
