One time today when I went pee, one of my balls hurt really bad for about 5 seconds, that is the only side effect so far.

Day 7: off

Well I worked all day today, and I didn't get enough sleep, I have felt like **** all day, I'm not sure whats wrong with me, it feels like I have something stuck in my throat, hopefully it goes away with a good nights rest tonight.

That lump in your throat is likely a symptom of hepatoxicity.

I feel a little light headed, but it feels like the thing in my throat is gone. I am ganna eat a lot, and then see about working out later. (I have gotten this same feeling before when I have been sick, off cycle)

there is a lot of bugs going around right now. chances are you could be getting sick

i can't stand it when people get sick on cycle and right away say "oh its sd flu" or its from the halo or whatever. that is just retarded. people get sick, it happens, lots of germs out there.

i always like to take in 2-3g of vitamin c everyday to help with immune function

3g ED on cycle for sure

Day 8: Chest day

@Barbellbeast, I usually take 1-2 g of vitamin c in my post workout shake, today i upped it to 2-3 g.

When on cycle I usually take 300 mg of milk thistle before bed, tonight i will probably double that and take 600 mg before bed.

My strength was still good today, regardless of how i am feeling. My isolation work was a lot better then my compounds though.

Barbell Bench Press:

Its been 8 days...have your gains gone up yet? My 1st cyle of sdrol, i was noticing gains and a difference in my shape...almost before the 2nd week. It wasnt beastdrol tho.

Overall a very good day, I still have a runny nose from being sick. Deffinatly can do more weight then before. I lost about 3 lbs from when I got sick on sunday :( . I am not 100% yet, but feel like I am 85-90%.

My appetite has been down, I have been forcing myself to eat the past few days. Have been consuming probably less the 3000 calories a day :( . Getting sick sucks.

Let us know when you start shaping up. I remember the 2nd week of my sdrol cycle...i woke up..looked at myself in the mirror, and my triceps and biceps were noticably bigger than the day before. Thought i was dreaming.

Sweet...not bad for only 9 days. My strength was also going thru the roof...dont know if it was because it was my 1st cycle. Was benching 180 one day...then 3 days later was doing 200. By the end of my cycle...was benching close to 250. Hope my next cycle (beastdrol) will have the same effects.

I feel like my numbers are not a good view, because of me getting sick this weekend, but I am starting to feel better, looking forward to some huge numbers next week.

Well...you getting sick in the middle of a cycle, wasnt just a random sickness day. I've read that since your hormones are changing up, your immune system puts its guard down a lil bit..which causes you to become sick very easily. Had about 4 friends who got sick in the middle of their cycle too.

I thought that was more when you are off cycle/in pct that your immune system is weaker (idk for sure on this though)

I am only taking 20mg per day right now

(I have noticed other people at work seem to have the "sniffles" too)

I got really sick with a epistane cycle but was fine with havoc. All was good with beastdrol too. Just happens if u aren't careful.

Just make sure you keep eating right and lifting the same when u get off the cycle...or you'll lose all of your gains. I have a friend who got off a cycle benching 400lbs...messed around for 2 months...and now he's struggling with 280. Its depressing.

Very good workout, with regards to being sick. Starting to experience back pumps every once and a while, I am going to start taking some taurine to help with that. I dont bounce the bar...i do it properly. My friend weighs 20lbs less than me, and he can do 4 reps of 400lbs!!! I dont understand......

Idk...but 400lb bench press is impressive for a guy who weighs 180lbs. Ima mess around with the dumbells a bit, and see if i can finally reach 300 soon.

appetite is deffinatly back, gained 5 lbs of water weight/ food weight today.

someone recommended me i start my forma tomorrow, anyone have any personal tips on applying it? and when you do it?

Sdrol gives you dry gains...maybe u gained 5lbs of muscle...cuz its been 2 weeks.

im pretty sure it was mostly water weight, cause it all happend in 1 day, and I have had the sniffles lately, so I havent been eating as much. And I finally feel good now, and 30 mg today :) :)

You are almost on the 3rd week...do u look different when u look in the mirror? How many lbs did u gain soo far? I stopped seein results, after the 3rd week. I gained 25lbs on my 1st cycle of sdrol...but someone told me that my next cycle of sdrol, wont be as great as the 1st. I hope they were bullsh*ttin!
