for the past 3 days i used 6 caps of Lipotrophin - AM
3 caps before Breakfast and the other 3 before weights, cardio

but anyone knows how much caffeine have in one serving?

nothing special to report guys.
 
Yesterday I down 3 caps of Lipotrophin AM on wake up after 10 minutes start feel some clean energy and about 40 minutes I eat my breakfast

6 eggs scrambled
20oz Water
Fish Oil
Vitamins

the Bacopa Monnieri is a good addition IMO (studies shown can increase T4)
for the people wants more energy maybe add another stim is good to go
after few hours the effects vanished .


take another 3 caps one hour before weights was a great workout (science i`m out of the gym for one week)
after this I do a cardio session 45 min and feel energized!! but not sweat much.


for my dinner today I not eat veggies only half chicken and water

one hour before bed I down 3 caps of Lipotrophin PM
and believe or not I can`t sleep for 3 hours!!!!!!! and I think was Bacopa Monnieri in it. :(

It's probably actually more likely that it's the Mucuna Pruriens. If you have this issue then either have your Lipotrophin-PM dose 3-4 hours pre-bed (yes, it will still be effective dosed like this) or immediately pre-bed.

I beleive is Bacopa Monnieri
 
Hello Guys

Sorry for the lack of updates but yesterday I start feel sick with nauseas and fever well go to my Doc and tell me I catch a gastrointestinal virus right now the bathroom is my best friend :(

So I will update in a couple of days stay tuned!

Both Products are Great for anyone wish start get in shape and healthy in my book has A.

Lipotrophin AM

Ingredients Profile:10 – Quality Ingredients

Feeling: 8.5 – good mental clarity and focus
Performance: 7.5 – drop a dose one hour before hit the gym and for some reason my veins pop up I like this!!! But in general I need more caffeine dose when I go to the gym.
but for someone want up in energy this is the product to go.
Appetite: 7 - science I started this stack my carb cravings has up.

Lipotrophin PM

Ingredients Profile:10 – Quality Ingredients
Sleep: 7/10 – got troubles sleeping (sometimes can`t sleep for 3 hours) but I think I very susceptible to Bacopa Monnieri

Both Products Overall: 9/10 - Great Products ;)

note if you dose the AM version @ full dose 6 caps a day only will last 20 days

Thanks for the final review - Lipotrophin-PM is indeed a great product :) Just a note that the "full dose" will differ for individuals based on their bodyweight.
