213. Tren is working wonders with T3 and Clen. Took 5 days off to see all of CA with my new lady, but back on track today. 4 weeks out.
That’s why I hired a coach. We started prep 17 weeks out after a huge reverse diet that turned me into a food processing machine and are still using 250g carbs on training days. He has layered drugs slowly for to get the most out of each phase. It’s not an extreme 1000 cal cut with 1+ hour increase in cardio. It’s been so slow I haven’t noticed the difference in food, and the way I’ve been eating for 9 months prior, my body can get what it needs to sustain muscle while being in somewhat of a deficit. I truly believe we’ve lost very little muscle on an absurdly small amount of drugs. I only notice a little size decrease in my quad width and upper chest thickness and that’s it, who knows if it was just fat anyways making it look bigger.Dude thats a great transformation. Agreed on this! I do bad at quarantine and food so I'm glad things are started to open back up to get me away from my pantry so muchEspecially considering all the time you were quarantined

Mast I’ve used in the past but I twice this last year have rediscovered it at higher doses and it’s one of my very favorites. I’m actually going to push it as high as I can for the next 3 weeks.Hey keep me updated on how the mast is at 400mg treats you.

Some more progressive coaches are better at getting you dry as a bone and things like growth, test won’t matterYou obviously need to show up dry, but there’s no rules against what you run, so if you can show up more full on test while still managing to be properly dry you will only place higher.

It may actually aid in fat loss, but at the very least it pulls water from the administered area. I’m tighter and leaner when I use it, although nothing drastic. Some dandelion and pull water just 1 day out. Noting crazy with build up the last week. He’s thrilled with the water I’m holding at two weeks out and isn’t thinking we have to mess with much.

That's nice gives coach a good length of time to reallly learn about his body. I've been with my coach longer but never for such a straight length no wonder you had such a great transformationI know right!
I’m actually going to dial back and do more travel and hiking and endurance stuff for a while. Heart health and less intrusive and restrictive hobbies. I’ll probably go back to an off season style of slowly gaining and training 3-4x a week but I probably won’t gain a whole lot focusing on more long term outdoor activities like all day hikes and stuff like that. The next 6 months are TRT only until my labs are better than anyone my age that’s not even on gear.Matt, are you going to do a crazy insane bulk after your show and some down time?
