213. Tren is working wonders with T3 and Clen. Took 5 days off to see all of CA with my new lady, but back on track today. 4 weeks out.
Dude thats a great transformation. You are 20lbs lighter but you have the same amount of muscle.

This bring a question to mind that ive had for a long time. It looks like youve only lost fat. Do you guys think hees lost 20lbs of fat? If not where is the weight loss coming from?

That’s why I hired a coach. We started prep 17 weeks out after a huge reverse diet that turned me into a food processing machine and are still using 250g carbs on training days. He has layered drugs slowly for to get the most out of each phase. It’s not an extreme 1000 cal cut with 1+ hour increase in cardio. It’s been so slow I haven’t noticed the difference in food, and the way I’ve been eating for 9 months prior, my body can get what it needs to sustain muscle while being in somewhat of a deficit. I truly believe we’ve lost very little muscle on an absurdly small amount of drugs. I only notice a little size decrease in my quad width and upper chest thickness and that’s it, who knows if it was just fat anyways making it look bigger.

Agreed on this! I do bad at quarantine and food so I'm glad things are started to open back up to get me away from my pantry so much ;)

Hey keep me updated on how the mast is at 400mg treats you.
Mast I’ve used in the past but I twice this last year have rediscovered it at higher doses and it’s one of my very favorites. I’m actually going to push it as high as I can for the next 3 weeks.
I trust Tommy on this, but he’s good at drying out
And doesn’t cut test. Kind of controversial I know.

You obviously need to show up dry, but there’s no rules against what you run, so if you can show up more full on test while still managing to be properly dry you will only place higher.

Ya he’s not the only one. Some more progressive coaches are better at getting you dry as a bone and things like growth, test won’t matter

Gym closed yesterday. My third in a row, I had just signed up for one month since the other 2 had closed due to Covid. If you haven’t been reading the news, AZ finally got hit with CA’s cases. I can tell you from every ICU, Trauma and ER nurse I know, this is going to get worse. It’s moving slow af. I spent 5 days in CA last week and it’s a ghost town. AZ has followed suit along with TX and KS and FL is a mess so Buckle Up if you thought that joke of an initial infection was actually your state’s Covid presence, it wasnt. It’s coming.
Anyways, my coach isn’t gonna let me not spend my last 3 weeks of prep without weights so I am going to sneak over to his training studio for the next 10 workouts or so.

- Still don’t know or care my bodyfat % and I can tell you, I never will.
- stopped GH 2 weeks ago. For no reason other than I just can’t justify the purchase with all my other expenses lately.

****** Diet now: TRAINING DAYS ***** 2600cals
- Egg whites 50g P, 2 scoops almond butter, 7/8 cup oats plain
- Costco can of chicken 1/2 sweet potato
- 2 cans Tuna (or Costco can) spinach/kale/cauliflower fat and sugar free Italian
- karbolyn 50g BCAA 20g
- 2 brown rice cinnamon rice cakes 50g iso protein
- 8oz chicken breast huge sweet potato or cream of rice
- salmon and veggies or plain Greek Yogurt and cucumber
**** OFF DAYS *** 2150cals
600 less cals just in carbs so maybe one sweet potato and 1/3 cup cream of rice for the whole day and unlimited veggies and calorie free ranch or Italian.

Cardarine 10mg a day until next week
Test 550/week
Mast 650/week
Tren 375/week
Winnie 50/day
Vasoburn applied to lower abdomen prior to training or cardio
Melanotan II
Multi
Mirilax-magnesium-stool softener- ACV (it takes this much to get me to poo once daily)

Oh I’m a tree trunk at my height. 36 is tight but 38 falls off. Hips/true size would be 35.

I feel like it works. It was recommended by my trainer who has done really impressive stuff with a huge bodyfat issue from his college football days and was able to win a Men’s Open class. It may actually aid in fat loss, but at the very least it pulls water from the administered area. I’m tighter and leaner when I use it, although nothing drastic. The best part is $50 gets you a large enough amount to use it a while and see a difference.

Ya, the other “burn” product or something hydra-something. I have lasix and dandelion on hand but of course he hasn’t addressed any of this with me yet.

These absolutely help whether for a drier physique or cutting weight.

Ya I was planning on if he’s totally opposed to low dose Lasix, (which he will be against for MP) going dandelion and potassium route.

If hes happy than stay the course you dont want 17week to be messed up my a tab of lasix

Oh ya, he had so much knowledge to impart yesterday on trial and error competing stuff we discussed, I’m following it all to the letter, only thing I’ve done differently is adding mast which he wouldn’t with all the other gear since he’s so conservative with gear but it’s almost like he expects this as long as it’s something obvious like mast p. I have no idea what I’m doing with peak weak and water. He’s got all that handled for me.

Something John Meadows has said is if you are generally lean and dry enough already you really don’t need to do much water manipulation. Ripped is ripped, and it will speak for itself on stage.

Ya I’ve always liked the guy, real smart and just a cool dude overall. He explained stuff the whole time to me. It’s funny you mentioned Meadows, so I guess earlier on Tommy was being trained by him. I noticed early on, his training seemed Mountaindog influenced too. We talked a lot about prep and posing too.

I’m ready to be done. 1 year this month with my coach.
Hoping there’s some great last minute drastic changes.

Adding 1/2tsp Himalayan sea salt to every meal.
Water - high
Proviron and Var at the ready for next week.
Winnie at 75mg - mast p 600 - Tren 350 - test 550 - nolva and Aromasin 20/12.5 ED.

Matt, are you going to do a crazy insane bulk after your show and some down time?
I’m actually going to dial back and do more travel and hiking and endurance stuff for a while. Heart health and less intrusive and restrictive hobbies. I’ll probably go back to an off season style of slowly gaining and training 3-4x a week but I probably won’t gain a whole lot focusing on more long term outdoor activities like all day hikes and stuff like that. The next 6 months are TRT only until my labs are better than anyone my age that’s not even on gear.
That’s all I know right now. There’s no way I won’t come back to this stuff as a hobby, but I’m going to do some healthier stuff for a good 6-12 months as my main focus.
