Getting leaner daily and loving it. Really excited there’s still 15.5 weeks yet and we are using no drugs or fat burners yet. Thinking it’s gonna be this though in a few weeks:

Tren A or Dien E
Anavar +maybe Winny
Growth (until as close as we can to drop the water)
Clen + T3 - maybe Helios if he approves

But for now just showing 90% compliance with diet and happy I don’t look too flat for no drugs and only resistance bands and bodyweight exercises.

Looking great...

Can you detail what some of your at home workouts look like? Bodyweight stuff, or do you have weights?

Resistance bands are a must. I have a pair I bought 10 years ago at Walmart for $20. It’s has a blue red and black band, each more resistant than the other. Sometimes all 3 are necessary for big movements like pulldowns or low rows.

Legs I can’t really train very adequately since my left knee is swollen as all hell from something but I’m running and doing calf raises every other day.

Chest tris frontal Delts:
Elevated push ups(chair) x5 to failure
Close grip counter presses(feet on the ground hands on countertop)x5
Diamond pushups
Low Bands flyes (Set then around a heavy coffee table or bed frame) flye up shoulder level x5
High bands flyes (garage door or tree branch) flye low below chest x5
Bands Frontal delts (coffee table or bed frame) straight up to the middle. X3
Military press bands (under your feet) straight up press x4
Pulldown or kickback bands (coffee table or something a little higher) bend over 90 degrees, extend arm behind you x4

Back/shoulders/bis
Low band row (coffee table or bed frame) low row all 3 bands wrap your arms elbows back as far as you can go close to your body x5
Pulldown(tricky- high tree branch or garage frame) reverse grip lay pull back arched
High row(trap focused some lats - coffee table) row higher x5
Reverse band flyes (pic 1-2 pages ago) sit on ground 1 band straight arm flair your arms out shoulder level like a reverse flye aiming for rear delts and traps)
Upright band rows(under feet) upright row straight up, you’ll have to go into the unsafe height for your shoulders so be careful, the resistance isn’t until nipple level
Lateral raises (straight out to sides) under feet
Reverse curls (under feet)
I can’t get a good stretch with any other curl movements yet but I’m going to try a tree at head level and arms straight out curling back toward face.
And of course playground pull-ups various grips I just haven’t gotten over to one and have just been using bands so far

Hope this helps

Something maybe worth mentioning is doing extra posing - posing is as important as conditioning on the stage, and there were old time bodybuilders who barely lifted and instead focused on flexing/isometric muscle contractions and posing primarily. It’s not moving iron, but it’s extra work & practice that could add up.

Also, Branch Warren said his legs came back fast as hell after his quad surgery by doing a lot of heavy sled dragging. You can get an old tire, drill a hole in it for a rope or chain, and set some plywood inside to make a platform to set some weight or sandbags on/in it, then drag away up and down the street/sidewalk without damaging the sidewalk. Backwards, forwards, heck you can even do eccentric-less rows and Tri extensions with it. Or make your kids sit in it.

Slowly but surely. 15 weeks left, covid-19 has put a lot on hold with NPC and obviously public gyms. We are operating on the assumption things will be back to normal in 4-6 weeks and we will continue with prep at that point.
My band and bodyweight exercises have kept atrophy at bay, cardio was increased to 4 sessions a week. Tommy kinda straightened me out for undershooting my carbs a little so I brought them exactly to where they’re supposed to and following his macros to the T even with substitutions due to food shortages in the area. Still on a drug break. 250-300 test/week 2iu GH/daily.

Really no excuse for undershooting carbs of all things - everyone who can afford any food in the world at all can afford a bag of white rice.

I’m just excessive and impatient, I see fat coming off, I keep cutting calories. Less calories, more fat loss. But I have to keep in mind, the whole idea with cutting calories only slightly and adding cardio is to keep as much muscle as possible. And in the past I’ve lost a tremendous amount of it while cutting aggressively. So it’s just my mindset of not wanting to push food so I can start getting really fcking lean. But I saw what I was doing was going to hurt this process. I mean, we’re talking about 30-45g carbs, fats and proteins were precise, but still there’s a method here to get me shredded, it’s just not going to happen overnight like I’d like it to. I have loads of food at home too.

Justin Harris has stated that the end goal of any serious bodybuilder is ultimately to be able to metabolize & utilize the highest amount of calories possible for the given scenario. Ie, a physique that bulks on 6,000 and cuts for a show down to 3k is going to look better and have more mass than a guy who bulks on 4,000 and must cut all the way down to 1,500. Not because it’s fun to eat more, but because it supports the most muscle at a given bodyfat. You basically want to become a meat/rice processing machine. So not rushing to lower calories excessively is very important to retain that higher metabolism in prep.

We are moving forward regardless of the upcoming canceled NPC shows. As if they were still happening in July. It’s the process for me, just doing a prep is the most important part, of course I’d like to have a reason to do a prep, but I’m not going to stop now.
Coach does not have a lot of emphasis on drugs, which I really like because that’s all I ever seen to care about. He sent me a list of supps titled: I’m way more concerned with these supps for the immediate future than super supps.
The usual suspects - fish oil cucurmin ubiquinol NAC, triple magnesium, multi, electrolyte powder a glucose disposal supp and lipo6 or Vasoburn.

We are using Tren A 8-10 weeks out plus t3 and a responsible dose of clen, plus a few extras like Var and mast. Got some Proviron and GW also.

IMG_2156.JPG

232 at night (pumped in the pic)

We start adding drugs this week.
Test going up to 500
Aromasin 12.5 Ed
GH 2iu daily
Mast P starting next week probably only 500/week.
Tren A in the mail today, and enough clen and T3 for all of prep. Gonna get this done regardless of gym access, nothing but resistance bands and body weight. Jogging about 4-5 times a week 35 min.
Cals 2800/2300-off days.

Do you have any buddies with a home setup you could train with once a week? I suspect that would be a pretty big stimulus.

I do. I have to get over to that side of town and it’s pretty limited equipment. The price is being gouged for gym equipment too otherwise I’d try to pick up something.

Looking crazy mathers. Those striating on your delts and traps really add to your physique! The good thing about all this, when the pandemonium ends there will be a surplus of cheap ass gym equipment. I’m waiting to swoop myself lol.

I love your little hands in your Avi! Thanks brother.
I might just have to buy some too so this never happens again. Luckily I’m so focused on making this happen that I’ve got creative enough with the resistance bands that I’m actually sore the next day and not losing any muscle.

Down to 227. Was at 225.5 yesterday but we’ve doubled my test so I’m holding water in my lower abs. Not going to be looking at weight over the next month or two as much as conditioning.

Looking good man. What happened to your hand? Too much quarantine porn?
This is what sidelined me in 2017 and I had to start from scratch again after cortisone shots. Only it was the other wrist. It’s called DeQuerivans. Fcking texting thumb. And it’s excruciating. One little nerve in your thumb makes life miserable. The first cortisone in this wrist did nothing so I’m going to try again. If it doesn’t work I’ll just keep pushing through the pain until the comp and then get orthoscopic surgery on it. Turning a door knob wrong will double you over it’s so bad. The only way to alleviate pain is immobilizing with this glove, and some aspirin.

It’s really only bending it a certain way so only thing affected is certain types of curls and pressing movements. I can hang in there 16 more weeks. The comp is back on but pushed to August now.

Or find something to carry in your arms or on your shoulders and get on that Ronnie Coleman lunge-til-you-die program lol

I’m in AZ, the NPC open is tentatively 15 weeks from this week as the revised-updated schedule states. It’s in Tucson, Arizona which sucks a little since it’s supposed to be in Mesa, AZ where I live right now. 2 hour drive. So late August I believe? It’s gonna be and extra 4 weeks of prep which will be fine. Dieting is so easy for me, never have too big of an appetite and love veggies.

Size is suffering but we are not using much gear right now and no weights. In 7 weeks when we add Tren and the gyms are open, I’m sure a little size will come back.

222.2lbs
Test 450/week
Mast 420/week
GH 2iu daily

No idea man. Just nowhere near shredded enough. We are just getting started so I imagine I’ll be single digit without a doubt a month out. Haven’t done but 3-4 30 min cardio sessions a week and not cutting drugs. Just a deficit and a little mast prop so far.
