Mani's Trest Cycle Log 4.21.23

Mutant Pro is always a fair price per scoop at DPS, stuff digests & tastes great. I’m a banana cream guy.

A big warm gooey ff refried bean & cheese burrito with a cold shaker of BCAAs on the side is an awesome RJ favorite of mine. Prep, wrap in foil so they last for days in fridge, & just toss in the oven when it’s time to smash.
 
Man after seeing the Anabolic French Toast food porn and reading the last few posts, I’m hungry now and want some Anabolic French Toast and chase it with a Burrito for some reason…. I think I’m going to like this log. 😜

I really only use why a few times a week and I don't seem to have any digestive issues with whey concentrate so I've been buying the store brand from Aldi lately lol. 30gm protein @ 98cents per scoop and it's got 2gm creatine ans some eaas added to it.

If I had whey as part of my daily diet I would probably invest in a high quality whey isolate.
 
Also just a little side note, I think your going to be extremely disappointed with trestolone. I think it's the most overrated steroid for physique enhancement. If your goal was strength or you were looking to drive estrogen through the roof for maximum weight gain then ya trest is a good option. But for someone like you that likes to keep a tight physique and just add muscle without adding much fat or bloat, Everything is a better option

The weird thing is, I've spoe to some peeps who say it's top notch for fat loss. And also 10x more anabolic than Test....so the whole thing is kind of confusing

I can always reverse course if I start to get too bloated. And with strength should come more muscle and protein synthesis, right?
 
And I feel like having 400 masteron in there will keep things nice and tight (that's what she said)

Have you seen a single person show a dramatic transformation on trest that couldn't be accomplished with and basic steroid, because I haven't. And that includes my own experience.


Over the years i've seen like five hundred 500 cycles on this forum. The results aren't really any different than any other cycle.

If someone has seen one on here or anywhere for that matter where the difference in 1 cycle is like blow your mind. This is way better than everything else I'd love to see it, And i'm asking because I actually want to see it so please show me if it exists. But cycle after cycle the either abandoned them or never show there before and after pictures or they only show in after picture with no before picture and i'm not usually impressed.
 
And it's not 10x more anabolic then test, 🙄 and tren is not 5x more anabolic then test like ppl say either. It's nonsense

I think you said you had previous gyno issues.....
If that is the case, I'd recommend being preemptive with the AI usage (which I almost never recommend).
Trest Will jump on you Quick!
 
We see pro bodybuilding and Physique protocols all the time, none of them ever include trest and 99% of the ppl who use it only use it once or twice and go back to normal gear, I'm not saying it doesn't work it just doesn't work better than other stuff like everyone seems to think it does.

Well, that's kind of my point....if they didn't follow through and weren't disciplined on diet...that could be the whole problem.

I've been maintaining this BF level, all while adding muscle for over a year.

Maybe I can be the first success story you've seen.

This is also more of an experiment for myself. I could easily run 600 test/600 mast/etc etc and make gains....but I want to try something different

Lots of people follow through with it you're missing my point, it's all good man. I'm not trying to derail your thread and I know you're going to have a great cycle because you know what you're doing. All i'm saying is trest and pretty much all anabolic steroids build muscle at the same rate, trest doesn't really do it better and it has a lot of unnecessary side effects or possibly side effects without the added benefits to match the sides. Gyno, high BP, bloat ect. If you keep those under control then it works great, But it works great just like n p p and e q and primo and work great

No, brother. I appreciate the insight and it definitely makes sense. I like the open dialog about stuff and never get butt hurt.

I'm going post daily on this, and I'll also be up front with the sides and if I pull the plug.
 
I bet if you threw some gh in the mix it would be a fantastic addition.

I'm going the cals around maintenance for now, and let the training put me in a slight deficit and let the gear do its thing.

I'll up them a bit if it seems to be partitioning good, or cut them down if needed...

So I guess it's going to be pretty flexible. I rarely weigh myself, and mainly go off the mirror too.
 
@gphagan1 you've ran Trest before with some good recomp/cuts right?
 
I'll be honest, I'm looking forward to the libido increase as well....the wife can't keep her hands off me...lol

Not the same goal but I think you will find this interesting, I know 1 person on trest right now, they don't seem to get gyno from anything, but they also never eat enough to grow, homie is like 165, he's fukin shredded, but never really gets any bigger

Fuq...maybe that mast at 600 will prevent the aromatization?

I really don't like the decanoate ester...I'd op for Ace any day...

Remember, it's a 19nor with a lot of methyl estrogen conversion, it can dramatically improve your libido but it can also give you a limp noodle, it's not common but it's definitely a possibility. I don't remember it increasing my libido with trest ace but it did make it take longer to finish,. Not in a bad way, I've seen some ppl say they can't finish on any 19s without taking caber

That mast ain't gonna do **** on 300 trest lol. He just picks 3 compounds every cycle and runs them 3x as high as he needs to. There's no real scientific approach he takes lol

Log Update:

At the gym now, and definitely feel a slight thermogenesis effect...hot and sweating more than normal.

Money is a little tight right now, but I may consider running some GH in the future. I've never tried it

I've heard several guys say they had to stop their cycle because of it.

Do you have anything like telmisartan or something else for BP? Might want to have some on hand so you can make it longer if it starts to get high. Mine jumped heavily on 25mg Tbol, 200 test, 200 EQ, and 12.5mg MK.

I've been meaning to order some Telmisartan, actually. The 10mg Cialis usually helps, but I'll keep a close eye. I also use the sauna for 10-15 minutes daily, which also really seems to help
 
@MrKleen73 I ran TBol up to 80mg last year....shyt was pretty legit
 
Yeah expect BP to jump.

I would do telmisartan personally if needed to stay in range, but until that arrives if you end up getting a lot of water retention driving BP then I would definitely use an AI to tolerance, watch sodium, drink extra water and add extra potassium (drink a ton of blended spinach or add some V8 Low Sodium, which is a very palatable way to drink a bunch of granulated potassium). If you have access to a sauna, that can also help keep the water weight down a little. Plus high dose vitamin C helps a little.

Yea definitely get some telmisartan. I ordered some from the source and it was the best decision I made. Also got some lisinopril and viagra ( sildenifil) from a dude at my gym just in case
 
Question:

I remember reading somewhere (maybe this log lol) that the methyl estrogen will NOT show up on a blood test.

So, an ultra sensitive estradiol blood test will not show how my body is aromatizing the Trest?

I'm a little confused about this.....

I'm sure most of us are confused, I had more success when I would pre load prami. I would start with just a single drop before bed every night starting a few weeks before the trest and gradually increase until I can tolerate a 250mcg dose of prami if needed.

Yes, I’ve ran Trest in a bulk and a cut before and love it. From everything I have seen and experienced it is one of the most anabolic steroids out there. Now I also don’t deal with many of the sides as others may have. I always take SNS Inhibit P and only use an AI as needed. I’ve always had Prami or Caber on hand but never have needed it. I do normally recommend people to start with like 75 a week up to 150, but for me I have found as long as I’m eating proper for my goals that it’s great on a cut or bulk. As far as comparing it to others, I’ve done bulks on NPP and on Trest, as an example, and seen very similar results on Test 400 Mast 400 Trest 150, as Test 400 Mast 400 and NPP 300, so the only difference in those two cycles was twice as many milligrams of NPP as Trest but similar results. Now to be fair I have never ran NPP on a cut. And I have found with a cut as long as I keep carbs low and clean that I cut very well and have maintained or even gain some strength. Now Tren is the king on a cut, but that’s actually one that I do experience some sides. For me the insomnia I get from Tren, and the ultra aggression is just too much. And it’s that short fuse aggression that I just don’t need. But just like all of it, I can see if someone has had bad experiences with Trest that they wouldn’t like it and recommend against it.

@xR1pp3Rx I think I have heard you talk about you’ve had some really good cycles as well with Trest. And I think @SkRaw85 likes Trest as well.
As far as logs, the main one I remember was Mathersby I believe was his name, but he had a good one for a couple of years where he was prepping for and started competing in bodybuilding. He had used Trest throughout his bulk and cut with a lot of success. But again he was another example where he didn’t deal with as many sides. So really to me, if you do good with it without many sides, it’s great, but those that get a lot of sides I understand them not liking it or thinking it’s worth it.
Ha, on the flip side, I remember Hairygrandpa ran it and logged his experiences, and he started lactating. So, that’s the opposite end of the spectrum.
