Off to gym for biceps and whatever else happens!prodigy down!try to throw a pic up today of where I'm at!
 
I thought Tren compounds were a wet compound. The other one must be pretty dry then.

I did too,and it seemed to be when I ran it solo in past,honestly I thought both of these compounds did solo.but I can't deny I'm not holing water!my wife said she swears I grew some new abs :)
 
Ok,so had a great workout today!felt super pumped,motivated,and I looked like I was on!juicy like a mofo,veins were poppin everywhere!Blood pressure is good,slight headaches in gym today nothing terrible tho!appetite up,libido is sky high.Some skin breakouts.all good so far!

Felt super pumped today,t shirt was squeezing my arm!would have been a wet dream for a blood donation!focus was insane,just felt so clean and ready to go,didn't wanna stop honestly,but started gettin hungry!all good except the fact I ran outta eggs,milk,ice cream,PB,and tuna all in one day,time to go shopping I guess!

Think I'll treat myself to half a can of mt.dew :) I have went 6months or so with no sugars or soda before,but I swear only time I crave it's when I'm on!

No,why you ask?i have had a few very light ones,but I did up my Hawthorne and celery seed extract early on as blood pressure spiked for a few days but it's back down and hardly any headaches to report.What do you mean 9 sets on that last post?
 
Back pumps are pickin up today,starting to get that feeling,caught myself in the mirror quite a few times today!lol

Thanks man,they have always been one of my best features.But i gotta say,I have finally started to like my whole physique,a lot of hard work is paying off finally!this will possibly be my last cycle for a while depending on results,well at least the last one I fund :)
 
So last night was crazy,I can easily say that almost all sides slammed full force last night.Back pumps got intense,joints we're so dry feeling,and outta no where headaches set in pretty hard.I think Aaron cursed me on that one!i can feel my body reacting to the compounds without a doubt today,got my prodigy in,now time to go kill shoulders!will update in a bit!

Ok,workout was good today,nothing extreme but had some great pumps!shoulders feel as wide as a Mack Truck :) I'm having some crazy back pumps today.Blood pressure is good,pee is clear and don't smell.No headaches yet today thank god,they were horrible last night.Joints are def. starting to feel really dry!

Overall good workout,vascularity was thru the roof.Now it's time to get adjusted to all the sides!i can def. feel the compounds running they're course today though!

The good thing about sides is that you know your ON lol :) that's a sweet shoulder workout bro!

Calf raises on block:
225 on shoulders for 4 sets of 25,calf pumps were so intense they hurt!

Bent db rows:

1 arm db row on bench:
60x12

60x16

Db lunges:
70x10 for 4 sets.

315 on shoulders circled the room,starting to get pretty easy so need to up weight!

Like I said,good workout,sides are in control today,yesterday was rough,appetite is thru tha roof!spent $400 at the grocery the day I started this and have to go shopping again today!muscles are starting to feel really firm!obliques are looking ridiculous and I haven't even been focusing on em,will be doing abs and cardio tomorrow.Blood pressure is good,pee is clear.happy overall at this point,now it's time to make some gains,I'm gonna throw up some pics at about the 2 week mark!

No rack,I gotta load it on my bench and start under it from a sitting position!

There ya go! Nothing like being creative with it - I built up some wooden blocks between a couple workbenches in my basement for that same purpose.

Basically,from seated back to seated!also gotta step over the bench into open area to drop down,that's where it's a pain!all makes for a little more work tho :)
 
Mack, are you gonna throw the P-BOLD to this cocktail too or save it for later cycle? I think it's be great way to solidify gains from M1,4ADD if you continued with Tren & P-BOLD ;)
