No not entirely but I think it's a combination of both. I'm hoping that once I drop Epi, it becomes bearable and I'm not walking around looking for a place to curl up all day lol.

Ahh ok I got ya. Well Epi is def being dropped as of today. I will see how my body reacts to the dmz solo for a week and if there's no improvement I'll be dropping the whole thing and go into pct.

By the time i order stano and it arrives it will be pct time. Whether I pct in a week or three I think I'll b taking a bit of time off anything hormonal..... Until my test mast tren cycle that is ;)

Last day of epi today and I've had not one bit of lethargy whatsoever! Noticing nothing in the sides department atm. Should be interesting to see how the DMZ solo treats me.

Day 50

Weight 87.4kg 192.5lb a couple days bad eating is showing the effects here :(

Today was a planned off day but since I had a couple loose diet days over the last week I decided to do some cleaning up and hit some HIIT. 8 minute warmup 12 mins of 30 on 30-45 off and 5 minute warmdown. Nice and quick as i worked a 13 hour day and that's all I had in me lol. Log dinner then bed.
Had some slight lethargy today but I think that's due to having f*ck all sleep last night. Nothing else happening in the sides department.
Diet was spot on 2107 cals 257g protein 44g carbs 18 fibrous 99g fats.
 
Day 51

Had another big day today 13hrs at work plus an hours travel so 14hrs total. Still managed to go down and do a bit or cardio but with shin splints and calve pumps the intensity wasn't there. Jogged 2km rowed 2km and biked for 4km.
Cals for today 2422 protein 269g carbs 56g 16 fibrous 118g fats.
Had my bp checked again today and it's exactly what is was last week so it's def from the DMZ. Not any additional lethargy other than what the long day brings.
Back into the weights tomorrow. Hopefully my legs are feeling better so I can deadlift and squat.
 
what was your bp man? are you taking anything like "hawthorn berry" to bring it down?

Haha well funny story about my hawthorn berry. I must've clicked on the wrong thing when I ordered them as instead of tabs I ended up with 200g of dried hawthorn berries.... Wtf am I supposed to do with them LOL. Bp is still elevated at 140/90 which isn't overly bad but worth mentioning.

daaaaamn bro your arms and shoulders have gotten shredded! Chest looks actually fuller and way more cut than your starting pics as well man and i can clearly see the top 2 abs! im definetly going to have to step up my game. C'mon 'creatine' work better!

lean bro, can def see it in your upper body and arms! side question for you...how long did you run the Albuterol (8wks?) as for the berries I tried to google how many to eat but couldn't find jack....all it says is not to eat the seeds because they contain cyanide. I would imagine that the seeds are gone in the ones you have but just in case. Though I would imagine that amount of cyanide isn't enough to really harm you unless it was in larger amounts, kind of like apple seeds that also contain cyanide but i know people that always eat the whole apple.

I'm quite happy with the way things are going at the moment but things should start slowing down when I start pct in a couple weeks. :( I ran the albuterol for about 6 weeks. I think my body may have gotten used to it by then as I wasn't getting any sides at all from it.
Haha cyanide?? Really?? Don't think I'll be touching them then. Or apple cores from now on thanks lol.
I probably won't worry about it now anyways tbh as I've only got a couple weeks to get through so I'm sure I'll be fine it's not that high that I NEED to get it under control.

It was quite funny actuality one of the guys from work comes in when I just got the 430 on an he says "don't kid yourself you can't lift that" I spin around and casually say "watch me" and repped out 5! 8)
Today's my changeover between days and nights so it's carb day. Cals 3743 protein 326g carbs 426g 25 fibrous fats 87g. Love me carb day.

Yeah man i think you'll edge me out during the later stages due to me having to go natty for awhile to keep the girl happy. Haha yeah bro cutting sucks ass. It's worth it when you see your physique changing... still sucks tho lol

hahaha hey hey who said i was doing anything other than creatine and 20 bananas a day eh? :P aah the joys of having a judgemental missus eh? if you had to make a choice between her and chemical perfection...atleast the tren doesnt talk back to you (well the good stuff anyways) ;) haha yeah im sort of happy with the changes so far, though i wont be satisified till i get of these damn jelly rolls!
