Day 81

Weight 188.5 (+26.3)

Went in and hit shoulders and triceps. Strength wasn't up but felt good overall. Hit quite a few more reps then I normally would which created a nice pump. Finished off with 20 mins of incline speed walk and 10 mins of weighted ab work.

Hope the family and you get thru this flu funk LTL. My 9yr old keeps bringing stuff home from school all the time. Her poor teacher says she gets strep about three times a year.

On another note,I would call this a very successful cycle champ. The job now is to eat the calories to keep all this new mass. Lol

Thanks AZ, my family has been hit pretty hard this year with getting ill. I could only imagine how sick teachers get. I know my son catches stuff from daycare and school left and right!

It's pretty common for my weight to fluctuate like this man. I'd say today's weight was a lot leaner and drier then the last few weigh ins.

Final stretch review

Pros-
Large weight increase
Strength increases (much better prior to getting sick)
Confidence boost in the gym
Good pumps
Carbing up to bulk but not gaining a lot of fat!

Cons-
Acne on back, shoulders and upper arms
Headaches (mainly during lifting)
Sore and sensitive nips (comes and goes)
Weakened immune system leading to multiple illnesses (not completely sure this is from the steroids)

This cycle has had me kind of up and down. The weight gain has been incredible but yet I'm still not fully pleased with everything to be honest. I think how much definition I've lost or not gained rather has had me a bit thrown off. I think a good portion of my doubts is just me not used to the bulking diet and always wanting to have a 6 pack. It should all pay off but man do I feel like a fat ass half the time. Once again illness has messed up a cycle though. Same thing happened last cycle when I caught a stomach flu mid way through and couldn't quite get back to the progress I had made. I was seeing incredible increases around the day 40-50 mark this cycle and bam I get hit with cold after cold and now it's hard for me to get back close to where I was. Best bet is to just finish off as strong as I can and kill it natty up until my next cycle.
 
You look solid bro! Added some asesome muscle. The bloat will go away brother, don't sweat it. you will be shredded before ya know it. You always take good pics ;)

Awesome progress man. Don't sweat the definition loss. Once the test clears you'll probably drop 3-4 pounds of water that first week or 2. Looking good brother.
 
Great job LTL. It definitely looks like you put on a lot of solid muscle brother. Anything else added; Alphamine can take care of in a few weeks :)

Yeah. Solid solid gains. When u put on 25lbs in four months u gotta expect a little definition loss lol. BUT when u drop the water and cut the 4lbs of fat imagine what 18lbs of lean muscle is gonna look like compared to ur last pics at 160.

Yeah bro you deff filled out with a ton of muscle holy **** you easily put on 90% muscle 10% fat which will be easy to shed my bro

This exactly! With what we do, we can alter our bodies however we want with dedication. We are never gonna be perfect so we work on what we want at the time. Leaner, stronger, endurance, mass... Etc

Nice work Jeff, you definitely have a lot more size and I would say you definitely clean bulked here. Clean up should not be hard but dont be in a hurry to do it during PCT or you may lose a lot more muscle than you want to.
 
Looking good Bro! All homo! :D Seriously tho man id say this cycle was a complete success! You know how to cut and clean yourself up so just focus on the positives and worry about the cutting part after pct!
 
Looking swole brother! Seriously though I'm proud of you buddy because you stayed true to bulking. I feel a lot of guys get scared the second they don't see their abs an start shredding. Comes with the territory on a true bulk but you look awesome bro...you don't need and to show that you're a beast. Congrats on the weight gain too. That's impressive!

Hit a quick back session and then cardio and and to finish. No real strength increases, it's still a bit down from early in the cycle matter o fact but not top worried about it. Cardio and abs consisted of 20 minutes incline walk and 15 minutes of weighted sit-ups and AB coaster.

Down to my last pin this Friday so just over 2 weeks left of the cycle. Had enough left in my last vial to do 350 today and 375 on Friday. Not too upset to see the cycle come to an end. I'm ready to seal these gains and get my health back to 100 percent. Overall happy with the bulk and your guys input helped me feel better about how it has gone.

Just kill this PCT and you will be good to go. Maintain or go for recomp now and start trying to cut in March. From where you are now that wont be a problem.
