Everything is still a go we just have to make it official. Until that time I won't have the avi and sig up. I was asked to put it up a bit early is all and then asked to hold off after haha.

It's all good though.

Yes for sure bro! I've waited patiently this long so no worries about a bit longer. In my opinion PES was the best fit for me, I love the product line and there is a lot in store for the future. I feel blessed to be givin the opportunity.

Legs/light cardio/abs. Strength felt pretty good and the workout was beyond effective. Walking up the stairs to do cardio was agonizing! About biffed it on the third step. Squats felt strong but I tweaked my lower back on the warm up sets so it felt really stiff and still does now. Weight is the highest it's ever been for me right now. :)

Loved feeling rough right after this leg session. Good feeling of accomplishment.

The 30 lbs is pretty impressive for any anabolic run so I'm happy with the gains.

Alright guys. Few more hours of work and I'll be going in for shoulders hopefully. My family can't seem to catch a break though as my fiancé and son came down with a stomach flu so I will go if she doesn't need me to take care of her. Crappy part is I keep having stomach pains too but nothing too bad. I really hope I can dodge this illness because I'm definitely one cold or flu from cutting this cycle short. Have a great weekend all!
