Weight 179.2 (+17)

Shoulders. Had a pretty good workout today strength on lifts were almost as high as before getting sick. Still got winded quicker but kept pushing.

Hammer shoulder press
Heaviest 105 per arm for 8

Upright rows
Heaviest at 100 for 8

Shrugs
Heaviest at 245 for 10

Side lateral lifts
Heaviest 35 for 8

Pinned left quad with no real issue. Officially off work for 5 days so I'm feeling pretty good right now. I'll be enjoying family time, resting up and straight killing it in the gym for those days!

Great workout I used to love upright rows but they did not agree with my shoulders.

Back/abs. Short and sweet today, didn't have much time today have to get out and do some shopping and all that good stuff. Strength still down slightly and felt pretty fatigued. For some reason it feels as if the cold got worse the last few days. :-/

Shoulders/abs. Complete 180 feeling in the gym. Energy and pump was insane today. Weight is going up and strength was right back to where it was prior to me being sick. Literally felt like a king. So ready to see where this sdrol takes me from here. Received NLA samples in the mail today so I decided to give the pwo and swoll-n a go. Holy sh1t! Nice job on these products guys!
