I still have a tub of this I have not cracked open. I am using DECIMATE right now 3 caps a day on burn days and 1 or 2 on build days.When I was in the first two months of taking it I took it twice a day workout and non workout days. Now I'm only using it as a preworkout.

Day 39 update
Woke up with major spill over today. Yesterday's slacking on diet really hit me today and its making me feel like shît. Muscles are full and I look jacked but feel soft and know I can use some cutting back on the carbs. This is the main reason I hate bulking is because I hate not being shredded but it will all pay off when the summer cut comes around so I don't want to quit the bulk.
Pin today and plan on hitting chest. Still feeling pretty sick but ready to hit the weights! Diet will be extremely tight today.

Chest. Strength is continuing to climb and the alpha feeling is stronger with each session. The guy that gave me the confidence boost the other day spotted me again today and he pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were. I was going to go for 245 but he came over and said you hit 250 last time throw some more on! He said I got you bro push yourself, so I did just that. Jacked up 255 and he said after that you got more left throw another 5 on. What a boost. That really surprised me that I could push like I did today. These numbers are insane for my usual! What a great chest day and just the rush I look for on cycle.
