Thanks guys. Squats felt really light today and strength was there for sure. Feels like each workout is getting easier even though I keep adding weight. Hopefully it just keeps getting better!

BP nips are still a bit sore and I'm going to dose Nolva from here out for precaution.
 
Great workout and anyone on cycle should be taking 10-15 grams of glutamine. Really helps immune system even more than vitamin c. Also helps with GH production and increasing growth hormone output.

Never used alpha mine,found some on sale for pretty cheap.is it pretty good?heard a lot of people say they use it as a pre!

I just took my 1st scoop yesterday morning on an off day. Ill be bumping to 2 probably. I think I'm going to keep condense as my PWO and use alphamine on off days maybe? I dunno I might try 2 scoops PWO Friday. It taste pretty good though!

this stuff is amazing pre, that what i use it now for. wake up at 3am....dose 2scoops....by 4am i'm ready to go. Sh!t helps get me going better than anything I've tried in the morning.

2scoops alphamine + 1.5scoops hemavol = massive pumps

I'm using 1.5 alpha/1.5 hemavol pre too. Loving the combo.

Some say the bio-availability is low because only about 53% makes it to the muscle but that is because the rest is absorbed and used to develop and feed the immune system. The bio-availablity is great just not ONLY for building muscle which is unfortunately the only thing some people look at when looking into amino acids.

I still have a tub of this I have not cracked open. I am using DECIMATE right now 3 caps a day on burn days and 1 or 2 on build days.

Think I'm gonna give it a shot,I can get some for just a bit over $20.may hold onto for a while,but at least I'll have some.
That is what I did, got it on a deal and am holding until the right time.

Sweet! I'm almost there. I bought Recover-D protein and it has 9 grams in It.

I will be taking this advice starting tonight before bed. I'll down 10g of glutamine and see what it does for me. Even on cycle I find that I get DOMS more easily when I'm cutting like I am now, hoping that the glutamine will keep my recovery up where it needs to be.
 
Day 38

Rest day. Hung out with my son and got some much needed sleep. Diet wasn't very good, it's hard to stay on track when my youngest is around but I'm going to get everything in order.

Woke up with major spill over today. Yesterday's slacking on diet really hit me today and its making me feel like shît. Muscles are full and I look jacked but feel soft and know I can use some cutting back on the carbs. This is the main reason I hate bulking is because I hate not being shredded but it will all pay off when the summer cut comes around so I don't want to quit the bulk.

Pin today and plan on hitting chest. Still feeling pretty sick but ready to hit the weights! Diet will be extremely tight today.

bro, when bulking i always use mass amounts of gda's. Helps prevent spill over and in conjunction with anabolics it fills your muscles so full of glycogen that it creates awesome fuel for some weight crushing workouts.

I love bulk pslin n yellow gold(capped of course) or some slin sane n anabolic pump.... but there are no shortage of options.

It's also really good for the GI track in preventing and healing ulcers. With all the sh*t we take its a great idea to protect our guts.

Chest. Strength is continuing to climb and the alpha feeling is stronger with each session. The guy that gave me the confidence boost the other day spotted me again today and he pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were. I was going to go for 245 but he came over and said you hit 250 last time throw some more on! He said I got you bro push yourself, so I did just that. Jacked up 255 and he said after that you got more left throw another 5 on. What a boost. That really surprised me that I could push like I did today. These numbers are insane for my usual! What a great chest day and just the rush I look for on cycle.

you da man you ole geezer! I felt like a king when I finished the 260 set. This guy was the one that spotted me a few weeks back and he was like we will get you to 300 in no time! I think he may know what's up! In any case I'm really enjoying him pushing me.

Day 39 continued

Pinned 300 test e
Dosed Nolva 10mg
Dosed aromasin 12.5mg

Pinned right quad, tried to pin right glute but failed because when I twist I'm getting a weird muscle cramp on my side. It's happened the last
2 times I was going to get glute. I can tell my quad needs a break from pinning because this one hurt way more than normal! No pain now but quite a bit during pin. Keeping the aromasin 12.5 eod and Nolva 10 daily as long as this gyno shît stays at bay. Time for some sleep!

Sheesh man impressive chest work, you are moving some serious weight so next time on set 3 while still fresh we are hitting 270 for 6 reps then pyramiding back down, got it! Good! Do you accept the proBROsition?

I accept! After the 255 set I was pissed that I didn't just go for 265 for 5 but was shocked I put up what I did so said oh well.
 
Impressive work man. That's some ridiculous bench progress you've made. I can't imagine how great these results have you feeling. Keep it up brother.
 
I bet you're blowing up ltl. Up over 20 lbs and killing it! I'm trying to get cut up now. Not nearly as fun as bulking.
