Back/bis. Strength was up slightly and overall pump was there. Happy with the numbers but by the end of the workout I was wrecked and lethargy has been kicking my ass.

Ever do inverted rows? I just started some of those last week, really nice lat activation for me. I felt it way better than bent rows.

Thank you! Back is definitely already pretty strong for my size. The last year has been insane for development. Not sure what that is. Just reverse the grip or what?

I set the pins on my rack 3' from the floor and put the empty bar on it. Then lay on the floor, put your heels up on a bench, grip the bar about how you would for bench press. Tighten your core and pull up until the bar touches your lower chest with your shoulder blades fully pinched. Then lower to a full hang and repeat

Yeah I decided to give it a shot. It took a few tries to get it right but it really hit where I wanted it to
 
They are a great back movement LT. Like CSW said though,you have to find the groove with it and once you do they rock.

Nice job on the PR! Those are always nice, mine seem so infrequent now, I guess that's bound to happen after awhile. 18 pounds in 3 weeks is beastly bro! Are getting any looks or comments at the gym or work?

Was a damn good lift for sure 550 is 550 you got it up from the floor just didn't start from the floor. It is a little different due to the reflex but doesn't mean you can't do it directly from the floor.

Thanks man! PR's are coming often lately. 18 lbs but this is coming off a severely strict low carb diet that left me pretty depleted. I'd say I could probably lose a good 5-8 lbs and look much cleaner. This is my first full bulk in a year though so screw it let the gains come. Sick of cleaning down to the 160's. Looks are crazy and people are talking. People at work have asked questions but I'm doing a winter bulk so its all good! ;-)
