Ever do inverted rows? I just started some of those last week, really nice lat activation for me. I felt it way better than bent rows.

Thanks man! PR's are coming often lately. 18 lbs but this is coming off a severely strict low carb diet that left me pretty depleted. I'd say I could probably lose a good 5-8 lbs and look much cleaner. This is my first full bulk in a year though so screw it let the gains come. Sick of cleaning down to the 160's. Looks are crazy and people are talking. People at work have asked questions but I'm doing a winter bulk so its all good! ;-)kingjameskjf said:Nice job on the PR!
