i wasnt impressed with hemavol unfortunately. i think i need A LOT more aggy to get a pump than whats in 3 scoops of it. let me know how you like that RVC protean though. that stuff's had my eye for a while.
Hoping to have a good non stim pwo. Don't want to raise the pressure too much. RVC should deliver I like the other protean flavors and have heard great things.

Nice pick ups. I haven't tried Hemavol, but have some on the way as well. I'm loving SlinTensity and made some RVC ice cream last night. I actually like it more than VMS. Let me know what you think.

I'm open for anything.
Diet will be dialed back in order when the initial gains subside. For now though I'm not worrying about carbs and staying super tight on macros. After all the key for me this first 2 months is to gain. Plenty of time to cut back when I start Superdrol!
If It says anything my six pack is looking better even with an added 9 lbs...
