Day 7

Weight 171.5 (+9.3)

Legs/shoulders. Was going to do a full out leg day but after squats I was jonesin for a good upper body pump. Decided to throw some shoulder work in too. Tweaked my left hammy pretty bad on my heaviest set of squats and it was bothering me the rest of the session.
Not going to lie here strength is not up at all and muscle fatigue is plaguing me after my compound lifts. Nearly 6-8 sets in I feel like my muscles are strained as if I've been in the gym for over an hour. Normally while on my stamina is insane. Don't get me wrong I realize it's early but with how quickly the weight gain came on and how fast sdrol hits I figured strength on dbol would be quick..

Bigger, fuller and a bit bloateder! Lmao! Actually weight was exactly 10 lbs up when I left gym but that was after a shaker of water. I weigh in pre training for update.

Ahh I do after... I should have went with m1t kicker tho... Sd takes almost 3 weeks to kick in for me... Test will prob kick in before... Might ject a gram this week as a front load. Was gonna do 750-1g the first week but was nervous haha I got 5 vials too

Do it. Go 1500. Mwf injects of 500. M1t is nasty shït bro. Better off with SD or anadrols.

I'm just trying to get my feet wet, Test, maybe eq with a kicker of some sort.......cheaper and safer than a PH cycle I'm sure.
 
I just finished up a 14 week run of just test for about 350 I think. My serms and AI was way more expensive than the test.

My next run I decided I'm going atleast 750 test, and I'm going ballz too the wall aswell with M1T as kicker. Only one way to find out how nasty it is bro lol.

Perfect first IMO. Lots say test only I say you gain and keep the most off the first. 15 weeks test,14 eq mix in some orals every other 4 weeks and you'll be loving life

eh, i think theres a little difference in gear with how much is spent. the best dbol i've had was also the most expensive. also, who wants some 20$ oil thats gauranteed to give a staff infection or herpes or something because some r tard was compounding powders from god knows where in his basement. pct is DEFINITELY important dont get me wrong, and i have no idea spending butt tons of money on it but gotta be looking out for every aspect.
 
Update...

One side to note. Small breakout of acne on both legs just below the hip area. Never suffer from acne so it is definitely due to something I'm taking. Anyone notice that this soon in the run? Any ideas?

Third pin tonight and will start dosing aromasin at 12.5 daily. Will 12.5 EOD be fine for this early in the run or should I dose daily? Excited for the pin and it took everything to not do it yesterday! I have the day off the gym today so it gives me the best opportunity to get it done.

Hmmm I've never heard of acne after the first week. Probably just the sudden shift in hormones.
It took 10 weeks for my chest/shoulders to break out which I thought was really late. As far as your AI your probably just gonna have to go be feel. You may have to go ED while your taking the dbol at least. If your real estrogen sensitive that is. Any estrogen sides yet?

I've noticed very minor acne after a short period of time from other PHs but never on the thighs.

None yet but after talks with other experienced people especially on the other board I'm logging on, I was told it would be best to start now.
 
Yeah I probably would with the dbol too. I'm estro sensitive though haha I was at 115 on test alone lol

The cycle is simple, i go over board on the pct though. Gotta keep them gains... all that work, stress on my body and shutting down my balls WILL be worthwhile.

I've become pretty good at being able to plan out an elaborate pct that hits many different moa's to boost htpa and put myself in an anabolic state with little to no overlap between supplements.Everything has its own unique place.

I've had multiple cycles where i actually gained through pct... not a ton, but adding a pound or 2 is sure better then losing 5-10 like you usually hear about.

Great post! I overkill on pct and it treats me well! My last one I set PRs from day 5 to day 60 after cycle. It's so worth it.
 
Day 8

Weight unknown

Pinned 250 test e
Dosed 50 Dbol
Dosed 12.5 aromasin

Off day from the gym, have to give the muscles time to recover! Cut back on carbs today, probably hit about 300 total for the day. Feel a bit tighter and not as bloated as I did yesterday. Had a slight headache on and off through out the day but cycle assist kept it at bay. Noticed my legs were slightly breaking out but now that I think of it I may just be seeing broken vessels from the lat pull down station when I did close grip the other day. Have to go in for a long shift after I sleep but should be able to go in for back after work in the AM. If I still notice the muscle fatigue I may try going back to my normal gym schedule which is about 5 PM right after I wake up before work. All is well so far. Hopefully some strength gains in tomorrows session!

Pin wasn't perfect but got it done, hand was a bit shaky and it was not my dominant hand so it was a bit sketchy. No pain yet though.

I hear ya bro. I think after this log I will take a much needed break. Like a 4 month break maybe! LMAO I have logged over a year straight and would be fine giving it a rest for a bit. It keeps me motivated and the feedback has truly changed a lot of the things I do daily for the better which is what keeps me truckin! You guys rock!

Lol I love cereal! That could have been my problem too on refeed days mostly consisted of brown rice wheat bread/buns nothing to really look forward to lol
Don't mess with fibrous carbs on a refeed. You want a good mix of simple sugars and starchy complex carbs but this is one time you really really want a massive insulin spike. Taking in 600 grams of carbs with even as much as 400g of it being sugar is still extremely safe considering you are not going to approach glycogen saturation with only 600 grams of carbs in a day after a week. If sodium intake is not ridiculous you wont even spill over at 600 grams. I am very carb sensitive but the entire premise of low carb with refeed is depleting the muscles of carbs while greatly increasing insulin sensitivity in the muscle. The body does not even begin converting carbs into fat until you reach a saturation level. Keep fats low especially saturated fats because saturated fats need no conversion to be stored as fat but unsaturated fats all have to be converted to be stored.
