Yes epman that was offensive to followers and sometimes you have to realize not everyone is your boy that you can joke around with. You were already not coming off to a good start and then that happened. Take it as a lesson learned I guess and try to build back your bridges don't continue to bomb them. This isn't the thread to do this in. I've ran log after log and never had a negative atmosphere in any of them..... Until now.

i wasnt impressed with hemavol unfortunately. i think i need A LOT more aggy to get a pump than whats in 3 scoops of it. let me know how you like that RVC protean though. that stuff's had my eye for a while.

Hoping to have a good non stim pwo. Don't want to raise the pressure too much. RVC should deliver I like the other protean flavors and have heard great things.

Nice pick ups. I haven't tried Hemavol, but have some on the way as well. I'm loving SlinTensity and made some RVC ice cream last night. I actually like it more than VMS. Let me know what you think.

Yup. It's delicious. I think the best batch I've made is with XF UP Lemon Cream Pie. Adding Greek yogurt makes the final product a lot better.

Week 1 has gone way better then expected. Started rocky with the sketchy first pin and extreme headaches but adjusted caffein intake and upped support supps and voila! Today is the first day the leg has felt nearly 100 percent and will be hitting legs after work. Did a count on my dbol and noticed I have plenty enough to run it at 40/50/50/50. Will be upping the dose today and if all goes well will proceed at that dose. I will need to be done with dbol by the 19th because I have nice plans that week. :-)

Weight is up again today I will wait to update til gym time, hoping I see strength pick up. Eatin like a mad man and feeling like a Beast!

Hey bro I was wondering how many calories are you consuming on your lift days/off days and how many times a week do you lift? Do you follow any type of training routine or you just go in and switch it up?

50mgs of Dbol has always been my sweet spot. I know there's some water there, buy I love how I blow the f up and get strong as Hell on 50 mgs..

At the moment cals are around 3500-3750 everyday for cycle besides 1 day I only hit about 2750.

Routine is

Back/bis
Chest/tris
Legs
shoulders

Rotate with off days when needed. If time doesn't permit this schedule I will wing it. Working 70 hours a week is taxing on a set schedule but I should go down to 56 here in a few weeks where I may start something like DC or a 5x5 routine. I'd like some input on ideas for that. I'm open for anything.

Diet will be dialed back in order when the initial gains subside. For now though I'm not worrying about carbs and staying super tight on macros. After all the key for me this first 2 months is to gain. Plenty of time to cut back when I start Superdrol! :-)

If It says anything my six pack is looking better even with an added 9 lbs...

I'm working on the balls to pin. Got 5 bottles of test in my stash spot waiting. Gonna run DMZ/MAX LMG in a couple weeks then maybe pin for the summer

DC and 5's are awesome. I'd personally hit up phat though. Hit everything 2x a week. You're on ... increased recovery will be nice.
 
Ltl and airborne are pretty much the new standard.
