I am 42 years old, 210LBS, been pushing weight for 10 years. Retired Marine, cutting fat is not as easy as it was, gaining muscle is definitely getting tougher.
I have finally reached a physical plateau that I would like to crush.
Stats:
BF 25%, Healthy, all natural up until this point.
Goal- bodyfat reduction, lean mass.
I have spent one complete year researching alternatives to natural supplements and basically mapped the following cycle:
Pre- Anabolic Innovation cycle support - two weeks
Maintain Glutamine Pre/Post workout 3-5Gms
BCAA Pre/Post
Cycle start: Fast Action H-Drol 50mg per day split doses AM/PM for 30 days max.
Glutamine Pre/Post
BCAA Pre/Post
Expand (arginine + Creatine) Pre/Post/Bed
post cycle therapy:
Novedex XT one month 40gms first week, 30 second, 20 third and fourth
+
Anabolic extreme Retain2 - 1 cap per day
+
Oxo6 3 tabs/day (is this necessary or overkill)
Questions;
1)
Is my plan solid? Due to my age, I want to ensure my plan is as foolproof to prevent adverse effects. I do not want any side effects, hair loss, Gyno, etc..
2)
Do I need OXO6 or is this overkill?
3)
Do I need tribulus supplement? how many mg per day if suggested?
4)
how much of the cycle support should be taken during cycle?
Should that be increaesd during post cycle therapy?:
5)
Any other supplements, advice or other recommended?
Experts: "You know who you are" have I overlooked or missed anything critical?
