Logging my first run of Clen

well....very interesting, I agree with both sides. Ive always stuck with what science says but science can't explain everything. I noticed great fat loss, yes my diet WAS NOT great, it was only great for the majority. I have two timportant points to make...I am still noticing fat loss (well, no fat gain..and Im eating anything I want) but I have had minor problems breathing here and there...

but what do you suggest then? ECA/ECY, fat burners, hard-work, clean diet and discipline? lol

If im not mistaken it was you who claimed "Clen can actually lead to cardiac cell death" and "the whole anti-catabolic thing is complete non-sense" and now you admit "There is really no sufficient data on either side" except the word of every single pro out there and 1000's of seasoned body builders over the course of decades or atleast those who have admitted to taking AAS and the others are liars (pros that is)

emmm

damn that VAR's got a kick to it, remind me not to snort it next time

:AR15firing:

The anti-catabolic/anabolic action is proven because humans do not have the receptor and you're still using appeal to authority. Sufficient data stems from multiple studies that have been replicated over and over again as a single study cannot do much. However, there is not a study supporting the anti-catabolic/anabolic action, efficacy, and/or the safety of clenbuterol. There is a reason it is not FDA approved (which you stressed yourself) and the preliminary data on clen, as has been stated, is not promising in light of other bronchodilators.

fda is for the general public. we can all research here and make educated decisions. i think clen is fine, really anything is in moderation.
