Why didn't you fix your form before running the cycle?Also trying to improve my form since I feel it's less than proficient...
I am lethargic from shutdown but I'm honestly just a lazy person atm. Unemployed, not going to school... Not doing **** besides sleeping, eating, and lifting.Lazy? Side effect of epi prolly. Lol
I'm a little bit leaner/vascular... But nothing crazy. I pretty much stayed the same weight throughout the cycle... Maybe gained 1-2 lbs but that fluctuates.How has your physique changed during the cycle?
For the first 3-4 weeks, I was always eating at maintenance or up to 400-500 deficit. My maintenance without factoring lifting/cardio is like 2,300 cals.What was your diet like? Like total cals, how many cals above maintenance or even what you were eating beforehand?
