What was your diet like? Like total cals, how many cals above maintenance or even what you were eating beforehand?

For the first 3-4 weeks, I was always eating at maintenance or up to 400-500 deficit. My maintenance without factoring lifting/cardio is like 2,300 cals.
I restricted my carbs a lot. Didn't count it really but all I really would have is a package of oatmeal, a banana, and maybe some rice or pasta with dinner.
However the past 2 weeks or so, I've honestly just been eating whatever.
Med-high carbs. High protein. Med fats.
But still no more than 300-500 surplus.
Still the same weight about but I feel a lot strong and fuller, maybe not as lean.
My diet was not exactly spot on throughout the cycle, but that's okay for me cause I'm not in prep for anything.
I'm, for the most part, satisfied with my results.
