I’ll run these this way for 30days during clomid then readjust and introduce Ursa Major. So far I feel great and I’m horny as hell which is a good sign haha.

The basement is mine. The rest of the house can be decorated as my wife sees fit. I’m a lucky man and don’t anything for granted. I know you just started following but my life hasn’t always been this way.

Thanks man. Shoulders are my favorite I’m actually gonna hit seated military in the morning. I’m hoping for some heavy triples to start off the week.

I think my strength is actually going up during pct. hit PR with 3 solid reps of 245lb on seated military. Overall I just feel good and I’m excited to make progress. Not too much else to note. Just got in, lifted heavy and got out.

Do you use a single cable pulley hung off your rig/cage/ceiling for cable stuff at home? Thinking about buying one off Amazon. I already have carabiners, a loading pin and a couple attachments so just need a strap, pulley and the cable.

I bought a pulley from https://www.fitarchon.com/product/single-pulley-cable-station/ thing works great and is very economical. I bought an eye hook from Home Depot rated for like 700lb that I drilled into the center of the joist in my basement. Works great, however with the ceiling being a bit too low I get better ROM while seated on my utility bench or bent over. It gets the job done and I use it a lot for accessory work. I can take pictures if you need them.

Update for the gym-
Just got shipping notification that my newest addition will be arriving tomorrow. I reconfigured some stuff and I think it’s gonna turn out pretty nice. I honestly think it’ll be 90% complete after this but I say that way too often so who knows. I’ll throw up some pics if anyone cares.

Pull day today was awesome. I switched things up a little and threw together a low row. It felt good to do some dumbbell work and I’m stoked that I have some big boys to row with now. After shoulders yesterday my upper is smoked.

yeah I have something similar to this. It’s good for many things but the only issue is anchoring yourself for rows or pull downs. I’ve found it I straddle a high incline bench (chest on the bench) my bodyweight push knees gripping the bench allows me to go pretty heavy on pull downs but low rows are a challenge with my set up.

I’ve been waiting forever for the pulley system that attaches to my cage to come back in stock and will buy that but this has been really handy in the meantime

Aight…..What’s a membership cost?

Cuz I’m at crunch and it starting to suuhhhhhkkk….basically they meet their members quota and then stop fixing shitt. Leg press doesn’t glide smooth….Front desk bih says we’ll get someone to lube it…Meanwhile they’ve done all that and it needs actual mechanical repair.

The pulleys stay where they are. I just throw them over the back side of the rack when not being used.

Shoulders are my favorite. So I decided why not round them out and get striations. Ever hear of Seth Feroce?

Understood. Just saw a new video from Feroce. He’s down to 208 lbs and he claims he’s just on a replacement dose of testosterone. Still looks great, just more human.

He has always struck me as very genuine. And a nice guy.

I recently landed an awesome deal on some of his grass-fed whey isolate, naturally sweetened and with digestive enzymes. Stuff is true quality; my gut is very happy with it. I can’t use most cheaper whey products anymore, even isolates, without indigestion and bloating.

Squats felt super heavy today as my legs are smoked from a busy 12 hour shift yesterday. I got in what I wanted to and threw in 2 extra sets of singles. 395 went up fast so I have no question that I can probably hit 435 right now but I’m not tested it just yet. Ended the session by hitting some shoulder press(thing was calling my name). 3pps was heavy but not hemorrhoid heavy. 4 plates is the goal.
