True that. Actually got permission from doctor to start light training already.

4 sets of 20 @ 55lbs incline press
4 sets of 15 @ 125lbs lat pulldown machine
4 sets of 20 @ 60lbs pec deck
4 sets of 5 @ 235 SSB-squat

It’s a start!
I feel like no matter the situation… light in the way your doctor meant was not this

Hex press, 10x70’s and 7x75’s
 
Scar tissue is getting more and more elastic. Today I was able to so DB flat bench with 100’s with no issues or pain.

12x265 at squats was easy also.
 
Next cycle will probably start 11th of January.

Trendione at 30 is a massive waste of time. I’d say even 60mg, that’s a waste of suppressing your test.

Trenbolone shuts you down hard, & the hardest PCT I ever did was Trendione. Every day you are on it matters from a recovery perspective, so you better take enough to be getting effects right away.

Good to know. I think I never tried trendione even though I have experience with dienedione and trenbolone.
 
Paused deadlifts 5x400 today.

I may try regular deadlifts next week. Hoping to pull a rep or a few with 485lbs.

I started doing seal rows. It feels great!

Just got 30ml of test E and C ready for next cycle…
 
2 weeks into new cycle.

Test C at 260mg/week
M-Sten at 20mg/day for the first 5-6 weeks
Also I started today Ibutamoren at 5mg before bed, gonna gradually increase the dose to 10-20mg.

Weight is at 205lbs in the morning and strength is as good as it was in the end of the last cycle.

Today I pulled 2x485lbs without belt and last week I did working sets at 255-265 at close grip bench and 330-345lbs at squats.
 
This cycle is going well.

Today was upper body session, did 290lbs paused close grip bench press.

Next week I’ll probably hit some all time PR’s at incline press and maybe at close grip bench also.

Morning weight was 208,8lbs today.

I think my cycle plan till summer will look like this (currently at week 3):

Weeks 1-7:
  • Test 260mg/week
  • M-Sten 20mg/day weeks 1-6
  • Ibutamoren weeks 3-7, gonna find out what is the sweet spot for me, currently at 11,25mg/day
  • Dienedione 60/60/60/90 weeks 4-7 if I can handle it

Weeks 8-14:
- Test 160mg/week

Weeks 15-22:
  • Test 400mg/week
  • Either mast or primo 200mg/week
  • M1A 40mg/day weeks 15-18
  • Dienedione 60/90/120/120/120 weeks 18-22

I’m taking 750mg of TUDCA per day + 3 caps of Pure Cycle Protect per day.

Blood pressure hasn’t changed at all.

Only noticeable thing is that I got pretty painful calf pumps during cardio.

Back massage today. Next training session is on Tuesday, gonna pull 510 for reps.
 
Not gonna lie, that sounds like an aggressive set up. Dien & msten, then Dien & M1A shortly after? Sounds harsh/side heavy...

Well, it’s individual. Msten cranked my blood pressure a lot many years ago. It was 150s at the doctor for a physical on 32mg Ultradrol, and I’ve never seen that number before or since. Felt like death. Also had terrible cramping and very dark brown urine, darker than M1T or anything else ever, on TUDCA.

So if you don’t have high BP, don’t feel toxic, can eat your food & work normally…it’s probably alright. I’m not saying expect good bloodwork, but if you tolerate it well then that’s huge.
 
Deadlifts 510lbs for reps done, next week 530.

Did some safetybar squats with 350lbs after that.

Feeling great!
 
What’d you get, 510 for how many? I also did some SSB around 350 after my heavy work today!
3x510lbs, no belt.

Facebook told me that exactly 7 years ago I did 5x510lbs weighing 15lbs less than I do today 😆 But this year I’ll set new PB’s, I’m sure!

Strength is still climbing.

Did paused incline press with 245lbs today (personal best) and close-grip bench with 300lbs.

On saturday I did back squats with 400lbs. Bicep tendons didn’t like it at all.

Weight is hovering around 210lbs now.

I actuallu dropped methylstenbolone last week - it started to mess with my appetite. Instead of orals I decided to up test C to 400mg/week and add masteron at 200mg/week.

I’ve lost some bloat after adding masteron.
 
Did paused close grip bench with 310lbs today.

320 next week.

Been also playing around with wide grip for the first time in +10 years!

Back is getting wider and waist is getting smaller.

Bicep tendons have been painful for eight days, after my latest heavy back squats.

So I decided to try front squats, for the first time since August I think.

Best sets were 5x305 and 1x345 beltless.

Pretty happy because my PR is 1x365.
 
Bicep tendonitis from low bar means you need to either raise the bar or widen your grip. Talon/falcon grip where pinky goes under is also a potential solution, but that usually doesn’t work as well if the bar is exceptionally low. More like something to try if grip width is already out near maximum.

Also, wrap your wrists during all lowbar work. Keeping the wrists more rigid helps avoid the biceps having to take up unnecessary slack.
 
Easy 3x530 beltless pull today.

SSB-squat is also going well, did sets with 375lbs after squats.

550 or 575lbs at deadlifts in two weeks. Next session will be light.

4/4 training sessions of the week done.

Nothing special, went up to 315lbs at close grip bench press.

Ordered new elbow sleeves but they were too small so didn’t get to try them.

For core I’ve been doing only weighted planks lately.

65 secs with 90lbs
65 secs with 100lbs
45 secs with 110lbs today.

Core was completely cooked after those sets today.

When I can do 2 minutes with 110lbs, I’m gonna start practicing front levers.
 
Little update.

I’ve been cutting for 4 weeks and during that time I’ve been only on 170mg of test per week and 10mg of Ibutamoren before bed 5 on 2 off.

Weight is now between 198-200lbs. My goal is to get under 190lbs by the half of June - that would be the first time for me to be under 190lbs since 2017.

Strength is still good. Been repping with 530lbs at deadlifts, 305lbs at close grip bench and 255lbs at incline press.

For quads I’m doing more volume now and I added some machines like pendulum squat.

I’m pretty sure that by the end of the year I’ll be in the best shape of my life so far.

Drop that Mk677 if you’re serious about leaning out. In addition to the bit of water you’re probably holding from it, more relevant is its doing your appetite no favors & especially it is harming your insulin sensitivity. It’s not a very good drug to stay on for more than a few weeks, maybe a couple months if you need the help bulking up.

Otherwise, mainly good for a bit extra recovery or waterweight or hunger in targeted niche scenarios, like you’re going to test your gym maxes in a few days and want to bloat up & get some extra carbs down.

I completely agree on the first points - I like the water for the joint comfort, safety & leverage it provides personally, so if BP is good enough then this is a benefit for a strength athlete.

BUT the insulin resistance when trying to cut basically means you are working against your goals. And unlike real GH that at least instantly triggers lipolysis, you’re getting no promotion of fat loss in exchange for the increased insulin resistance over time. AND MK raises it more than a low dose of GH, because the GH causes effects for hours while the MK is round the clock.

TLDR: HGH or nothing in a cut.
 
I agree, no MK on a cut. It just makes everything harder. For some reason MK677 doesn't seem to have any fat loss benefits, or the little bit that it does have is countered by the increase in appetite and the blood sugar issues. So I say **** it. Not on a cut unless you are militant with your diet and cravings don't phase you

Stay on your caloric restriction, get some walks and pushups in, and you’ll make progress on the cut while coming back excited & ready to get after it next weekend!
