Deadlift was very easy, I think there was at least 3-4 more reps in the tank.

My lat cramped painfully after deadlifts. It still hurts. I have to start stretching more.

Ha! You're right! Didn't mean to cheat you out of 50# - I'm so far off those numbers even at my personal best that I can't even fathom.

Deload session after massage. Only two exercises, low volume.

I’ll go back to regular routine on Saturday except I’ll stay away from deadlifts for one week and I’ll keep it light at lat pulldowns.

Strength was good today!

Chest felt tight after Thursday’s incline bench so I decided to skip it today.

Lat still bothers my after last Sunday’s accident. I won’t do any upper back training until Thursday so hopefully I’ll be able to max out at deadlifts.

I definitely feel that I need proper deload but I’ll grind for one more week and then I’ll fly to warm and sunny Montenegro 🙂

Every Albanian i have ever met was fuking bonkers lol. They make Albania sound very crazy too. We had 2 or 3 albinian families that came here about 20 to 25 years ago and they worked in my uncle's restaurant, Within about 10 years they all have their own restaurants in businesses. With the exception of the few of them that are in jail because they were just too crazy lol. One of them comes to visit Almost every time he gets out of jail but he always goes back lol. Hes good with us, just not with any person he dosent personally know lol

First and last session this week. After Saturday’s session I felt totally beaten up and lost my appetite - I needed few days of rest.

Didn’t get to try real 1RM’s this week but I’m still happy!

Overall thoughts of this cycle:
  • great strength gains, you can find starting point from page 1
  • good size gains, especially my back grew a lot
  • very minimal sides, nothing to notice after I dropped dienedione
  • The One is excellent ”test base”. Energy and libido were good through whole cycle
  • Methylstenbolone was much better than what I remembered from years ago

What I’d do different next time:
  • no dienedione when I have to wake up early. That stuff really messes with alepinnaan
  • methyls for maximum of 5 weeks, I think loss of appetite may be due to too long time on methyls

What next:
  • PCT. Clomid 50/50/25/25 and CEL Cloma-Plex
  • gyno surgery in 2,5 weeks
  • one week in Montenegro. I’ll eat shitloads of sea food
  • lots of cardio and training after surgery
  • next cycle at some point next year. I have test, H-Drol, M1A, dienedione, methylstenbolone and The One in my stash.

Everything is going well. Pulled 3x465 without belt today.

Montenegro was beautiful but I got food poisoning there 🤯 Weight is down but strength is great!

Wish I had hdrol lol 😂. The one is pretty fantastic though. I loved that stuff. Out of your orals listed M1A gives me the most. You could run a super DMZ 3 clone. Pretty sure super DMZ 3.0 was msten and m1a. Maybe it also had Dimethazine

Nice triple dude! i locked up the other day and couldn't break 465 off the floor and it was supposed to be a triple. Sucked balls lol

I got a bottle of vicious labs DMZ I still gotta use at some point lol
I used the necrobombs earlier this year. Wasn't disappointed at all. I wasn't eating a lot so the size gains were minimal but cosmetically it made a big difference and my strength went up pretty quick

90mg of SDMZ3, 30mg each of Msten/M1A/DMZ, will absolutely be more anabolic than 100mg Drol, FWIW.

You’ll also feel even worse, with worse labs lol. The Drol would be better for strength, but not actual lean mass.

My all time favourite for strength was low dose test E, tren E and preworkout both Halotestin and tren base. Those were good days…

Ecxpt for the lower back pumps being nuts i feel normal. If i wasn't nursing injuries id be slamming some right now😁.

im in too much pain for that but once im fixed up id do it. I know drol trashes some ppl but as a whole i think drol is no worse then any other oral. Mg vs mg its probably less harsh. 100mg winni or dbol would be significantly worse for me.

This is all pretty irrelevant as personal opinion from past experiences plays a big role, and i seem to not get many sides besides tits 🤣

No you read my comment wrong. I was saying the SDMZ3 combo is much more potent for lean mass, but also feels/is worse for you per mg. That’s why it’s funny - it works very well l, but you’re not going to be able to actually use it long enough to be worthwhile.

Msten at 30mg alone sends my blood pressure through the roof. DMZ always killed my appetite by day 5 and makes me incredibly lethargic. M1A is good, as far as orals go for me, but I still barely made 20 days last time I used it before needing a week break.

Tren Base is where it’s at for preWO peaking man, no joke. Talk about flipping the switch, then being able to chill out the rest of the day to recover and not be a dick.

I never lost appetite on any orals. M1A is easily in the top 3 of my favorites for all around effects. I am pretty sure originally it was marketed for 3 week cycles anyways. SD is the only one that has made me lethargic in a measurable sense. Halodrol is hands down the best overall oral for me

Gotcha, ya i was confused cus i remember you saying msten caused you problems. I know most make kill your appetite. Does dbol kill your appetite? I feel like dbol use to make me hungry. i was also 10 years younger then now and always hungry.

So Dbol, and very specifically just Dbol, does this bizarre thing where it nearly immobilizes my gut. Like I lose gut motility, things stop digesting right day 1 - I start getting heartburn end of day, stop being hungry, get constipated, my stomach starts distending as food piles up.

I love the mood boost and strength on Dbol, it makes me feel loaded with water & strength so fast, but I cannot tolerate it orally besides random single days on it. I basically add 20mg into my stack on meet day because it feels so good.

Injectable Dbol however I can run no problem, except the solvents make my scalp psoriasis go nuts after a week. I never had an issue with dbol and M1,4ADD. Dbol gets so much hate nowadays. I guess mostly because there are so many other alternatives now compared to years ago. But I always feel like dbol has the least amount of side effects for me. I also found it has maybe the lowest impact on my lipids.

How do you normally dose it? 30mgs or less for me is actually the sweet spot

I woke up 3 hours after going to the surgery room (4.5 hours ago)

Those ”lumps” were huge. I have a photo but I don’t want to make anyone nauseous.

I bet that those two ”lumps” weighted approximately 1 pound total and on top of that they took 1.3lbs of fat from my chest… So I lost more than 2lbs in total and my chest looks totally different already.

Now I’m still quite heavily drugged but I don’t have any pain unless I move my upper arms. Chest and armpits are totally black though. Huge bruises.

Can’t wait to see how my chest looks after healing and after few training sesson.

I can start light training (arms and isolating excercises to legs - no back, chest, delts, squats or deadlifts) on Saturday next week and probably a week after that I can start doing light chest and back training also. And one more week and I can start lifting heavy, if everything goes well.

This was actually second surgery, first one went bad and that’s why we needed another one.

First time after drugging me the Doctor said that ”Oops, I don’t have all equipment that is needed for best possible result”. And I’m a business owner and I had cleaned my calendar because of that surgery so we did it anyway.

She also left some of the tissue inside me (which I protested because I knew that risk of it growing back is big) and 2 months after surgery gyno was back.

This time it was other doctor who did the surgery. He removed everything and made sure that he had all needed equipment there…

Insurance covered everything but total cost for insurance company was 14000 euros. If everything would’ve been done properly, cost would’ve been only 4000 euros. Makes me feel sad and angry because I work in insurance business.

I had a distal bicep tendon rupture repaired in 2012. 1pm surgery kept getting bumped as the E.R. Was busy that day. At 9p.m. My Dr comes in, pulls out a sharpie, writes on my good arm, “NOT THIS ARM”, caps the marker and says, “we’ve been waiting a while and I’m tired, don’t want to mess up. I’ll be back when an O.R. frees up!” Needless to say I didn’t have a warm and fuzzy going into it. Got out of surgery at 12:15a.m. and it was a success.

It may have dawned on me that he was being a bit sarcastic. BUT when you show up at 11:45am for a 1pm surgery and the reason you get pushed back so far is due to a fat guy that wiped his arse poorly and had a cyst that needed to be drained surgically for the second time that week, you are not in the best of moods. HIPPA went right out the window when I heard his surgeons venting about how nasty it was. They described it like feta cheese.

That's pretty crazy. Personally, I would have called it off and found another surgeon.

PCT was smooth - libido is normal. I’ve been eating properly whole time.

Today was my first training session after gyno surgery. There is still some pain so just single-joint work at this point.

Hopefully I can start doing bench press, squat, deadlift and upper back training next weekend.

Can’t wait to start filling this weird-looking chest with new muscle mass.

4 sets of 5 @ 235 SSB-squat
