log: Cheda's CUTquest unsponsored

Wrote a long post just before this and connection timed out on phone, so these r the cliff notes :)

Yesterdays workout will be posted ASAP (chest/back/cardio)
TodY is rest day bc I'm working 12 hours on my feet and hAve gone 4 days no rest.
Will finish week with arms and shoulders tomorrow.
Will do Ab circuit at home tonight or before work This morning, not sure yet!
Feelin run down and can't wait for off week starting July 30! But gonna keep pushing harder each day to make sure I earn it!
 
It sucks! It's hells kitchen.. Everyone is rude Abd
Miserable and the money is NOT good or worth the trouble. Fml. I need to get hired as a cop ASAP
 
On thR Elliptical finishing up today's workout of shoulders and arms.

Will post it and Thursday's tonight or tomorrow. So burnt out :/ 2 weeks til lay off week .. Will make it 8 complete weeks of 5 lifts per week!
 
Sorry to hear your work environment sucks so bad...hopefully gets better..

I'm starting to feel a bit burnt out myself. The FST7 workout definitely drains me..

Ive been doing it for 6 years and didn't een know it until last year... I thought i was weird lol but turns out i was smart! I love it. I hate eating multiple tomes a day and I LOVE 'over eatkng' or having the luxury of being able to inhale 'whatever' I want In large quantities! ;)

I think I have been eating this way on week days for years.. but not on weekends. When you say you eat whatever you want in large quantities. Do you still look at the amount of carbs??? Pretty sure you go low/very low carbs with the odd refeed, but just ALOT of protein,fats?

I only eat carbs in my post workout meal or first meal on off days (sometimes not at all) all depends how I'm looking and feeling... I don't count any macros, I just have a knowledge of what I'm eating contains and i keep general track in my head... I eat as much protein as I want and very liberal with fats and little carbs (0-50g daily) to maintain weight and bf... To cut bf I reduce carbs to less than 10/trace.. And reduced added fats like oils and stuff.. Will only have fats from eggs, meats, etc in that case and lots of veggies.

Keep carbs, don't add fat but eat more grass fed meat. Increase vitamin b and natural igf.
Nice grass fed rump. Bout 1.5lb worth :) and some yam... Yum yum

Only eat red meat once or twice a month.. Take a b50 on top of my multi

Used to live off it as a kid! Worried about health/hormones etc/I don't really ever crave it.. 9/10 times I'll choose chicken or fish.. But I will occasionally have the red stuff when I want it/if nothing is available
 
Gotcha, I love a good steak. But try to have more chicken than beef. But with a big family it can be hard.
 
Negative. Starting REM PM log for MAN at the end of the month though. Currently on lico and ergotest trying to bulk. Why, What's up?


Saw you mention you were takin some Lico and Ergotest, was wondering if you were logging I was gonna follow. REM a natural HGH product I'm guessing?

Ah. It's actually a pm fat burner/sleep aid.. But I'm sure it will slightly assist proper hormone production through enhanced deep sleep
