Again- thanks to JD, packers and athletix for this opp and turning me onto some great supps. I've gained some new weapons in my arsenal as well as some new friends!
Core Supplements used during log plus reviews:
erase-2 caps a day for 10 days, 3 for 14, taper down over 6 days 3,3,3,2,2,1
- no surprises here. Erase did its job and did it well. Immediate drying and leaning effects were noticed within 2 days. Increased urination, increased exercise/stress tolerance due to cortisol control, decreased fat storage and water retention. Improvement in restful sleep/Sleep quality is also a subtle quality of erase for me. (I have used 4 times now)
titanium xl- 4 caps daily. 2 upon rising, 2 with dinner
-first experience with titanium, 3rd or 4th with testofen. I really like the addition of i3c and l carn l tartate (lclt). The lclt was nice to have for the dinner dose to aid in fat burning and nutrient utilization. The i3c is helpful for those running titanium without and AI bc it helps keep estrogen under Control. IMO, an AI should be used with this if you are sensitive to estrogen related sides as I am. Positive noticeable effects of titanium for me were: increased libido, decreased fat mass, increased strength and aggression.
Division 1 - 4 caps daily- 1 upon rising, 1 pre workout, 1 with dinner, 1 at bed
- 3,4 divanil.. Frees up all the test that titanium is producing. No point in having testosterone floating around if it is bound up! The 3,4 is essential in this stack for allowing titanium and daa testosterone produced to be effective. I added the d1 a few days after the daa and titanium in order to assess effectiveness and I really did notice the difference. Division offered immediate increase in aggression and libido. Letting me know that it was indeed freeing up the test that my titanium and daa was producing!
prometheus rising - 6 caps upon rising, 5 days on/2 off
I was supposed to use formula x but it was not In stock for about 2 months. No worries here as Prometheus was a great substitute and a multi use product that gives you a BIG bang for your buck.
Prometheus has a clinical dose of 3G of daa. It then includes a daily dose of 1g of agmatine for day long pumps and nutrient delivery, 500mg of 10% forskolin, and 300mg of r-ala. A very well rounded supp. This was my second time using it. The first time was solo, and while strength increased greatly, I retained a TON of water.. Bf decreased but water retention voided this. It is strong. The erase HELPED, but was not strong enough for me to eliminate all of the water retention from the daa/testofen combination. I would use it again, during winter time, with erase and without an additional t booster to see if water ret. Lessens. Should be noted- severe dry mouth occurred In both uses for first 10 days during workouts.
Sleep - Normally not a great sleeper, stayed true during this log
Mood/Aggression- aggression was above average, mood is usually low key/apathetic/serious. Noticed final 2 weeks very social and much more lightened/loosened up
Energy- was up and down for many reasons unrelated to supps. When energy was up it was awesome, when it was down it wasn't bad enough to affect workouts.
Mental Focus and Clarity- very up and Down- again unrelated to supps, no affects here.
Stress- was quite high during log.
Immune System- tiny stomach bug and a cold sore.. Unrelated to supps.
Libido- increased definitely, morning wood, stronger desire.
Joints- some slight soreness on and off, nothing bad enough to ruin or stop a workout.
Endurance- increased through out log.
Strength- definite increases, few pr's
Pump &Vascularity- very hit or miss, mostly diet dependent. Week 3 was peak for pumps an vasc. Was VERY nice.. This was a high carb (backloading) week
Quality of Training- average to amazing.
Recovery- no comments here, didn't notice anything glaring to make any remarks.
Notes- some other sides included BAD leg and shoulder acne... This showed me though that test was increased. The dry mouth was quite bad for first ten days. This was supposed to be a bulk... Although the scale didn't budge much, ad actually dropped at times through out the log, I was able to GREATLY increase cAlories as well as decrease cardio at times and still maintain or Lose weight. I would call this a VERY successful recomp, as bf decreased probably .5% and muscle mass absolutely increases about a pound over the month. I can feel it and see it in all the right spots. I am a classic skinny fat ecto. Lean all over except for stomach and chest. I cannot gain 5 pounds a month and expect 3-4 to be muscle. I cannot bulk for 3 months and gain 20 pounds then cut 15 of them.. Most increase in scAle on a large level like that is fat mass. Therefore, to maintain Body weight while decreasing fat mass and increasing muscle mass is something I strive to do year round. This stack helped accomplish this goal for 30 days and that's all I could ask for knowing my body!
