I remember when I did cardio man... Vascular and lean looking back in the day haha...

21's 2 sets @50lbs
Inc hammer curls 3x8-12
Scott ez bar curls (hanging over opposite way of preacher bench so no elbow support) 7x8-12

About 40 mins.. Legit
 
Killer routine as usual! Kill them calves man!! They are so hard to train to get size. Trust me I know

Well basically yes. It's so simple but so effective.. It really emphasizes the order of exercises abd exercise selection.. Here's my workout from yesterday

Sumo deads 5x5- I added these
Neutral pullups 3xmax
Db pullovers 4x8-12
Bb rows3x8-12
Incline db rows3x8-12
Wide grip pulldowns 7x8-15

Inc db presses 4x8-12
Inc db fly-3x8-12
Flat db press-3x8-12
Single arm cable crosses7x8-15

I also did upright rows and facepulls at 3x8-12 bc I'm not hitting shoulders til thurs.

Plus calves n abs.. I am si sore n pumped n full and rather than having to do 8 different movements or some crazy scheme .. It was simple and actually like relaxing bc it was so easy to do. 1 minute rest between sets, 30 seconds between 7's..
 
^ My god, thats a long workout. Back, chest, calves, and abs. Whats your rep range for calves. Had no problem growing mine, Packers, i walk on diamonds.

My one hang up with deli meat is a lot of em are real high sodium. they do make lean meats lower in sodium and close to the regular value.

Lol this was an easy / short workout!! An yes only good quality lean low sodium meats lol

Rep range for calves is never less than 15 never more than 25.. Don't really think bout them much.. I make sure to do them once sometimes twice every week.. But they get so much work from sprints ad incline walking.. 4-5 drect sets is all I do.. Sometimes standing, sometimes seated.. Genetics gave me legs ad chest.. Hard to find jeans that fit 31 Inc waist with huge ass and calves!

Another busy day.. Was preluded
By a 4 am fire alarm in my dorm. Fckers.

Soreness is through the roof from fst7 arm workout yesterday and no cRdio+big eating. Gonna get it in shoulders and legs and abs with No cardio today before a police exam at 5. Two day without cardio should increase the scale a few pounds more. Probably end the log up 5/6 pounds after a very slow start weight wise.

Prometheus is done as of yesterday so will see how strength goes remainder of week. Still have d1, titanium, and erase til sat. Before switching to new goodies! I also have a bottle of anabeta elite on the way from my good friends at PES and will be using that in may. Possibly logging.
Something is possessing me to do front squads today in the hack squat machine (with the shoulder pads) with a little calf extension At the top! Lol but looking forward to fst7 shoulders hopefully the soreness and fullness will be like it has been with chest back and arms!

Ps- stay skinny Aaron! And let's see some calf shots from followers for packers! Lol

Edit: with Prometheus being done (contains agmatine) I'm going back to my bottle of yok3d which I will run for a month til it runs out.. Dosing 3 caps 90min prior to lifting days and 2 Caps 90 prior to cardio days, 5 days on/2off. Wasnt impressed with agmatine in promethus, will give it ankther shot at some point standalone like from sns or ai sports. I respond well to aakg so no need to fret from my end if agmatine doesn't work for me

Update 3/28/12

Soreness is just ridiculous from fst7 style workouts and no cardio.. I'm definitely growing like crazy this week, I can just feel it more
Every hour every day. I know test levels have been up bc im still getting crazy leg and shoulder acne/ingrowns.. This only happens when I take test boosters THAT WORK. too bad I didn't lay off the cardio in Jan and feb.. Coulda grown big time!
 
Cam, can you post your fst7 shoulders/legs routine.. I am starting a log on Monday.. for Anabeta/Prime stack... looking for a new workout.. think I might have found it..

Smith bb- 1 wu, 4x8-12
Db front raise 3x8-12
Db laterals 3x8-12
Machine laterals 7x8-12
Db shrugs 1 wu, 3x10
Smith bb shrug 7x10-15

Legs was not fst7 bc I don't want them to grow anymore but I'll put notes where u can make it fst7

Front squats- 1 wu, 3x15
Reverse bb lunges 3x6-8 each leg superset with 25 jumping jacks then back into the rack no rest
Straight leg dead 3x15
Leg curl supersetted with leg Ext 3x15 (for fst7 style do these solo not supersetted for 7x8-15 starting with extensions first bc hams will be fried after sldl)
Hip abductors pyramid sets of 15-20 up in weight for 3 sets then down for 3 sets no rest.
Ie:
Start weight 20
Increase weight 20
Increase weight 15
Increase weight 15
Decrease 15
Decrease 15
Decrease 20
 
I have also noticed increased back width from mondays workout. Have some killer tendonitis in right shoulder (my left is usually the one that's bad... This is not good to see) it hurts when I flex! Just cardio today so hopefully I can get through tomorrow's workout and rest up for the weekend :/

Also just noticed I forgot my recover pro in my dorm and I am gone for the weekend. Now I don't have it for my work shifts or after my next two workouts. FCUK. I may have to go back no joke.

Yes. Immediate increase in muscle fullness and density.. As well as shape and definition achieved by combo of heavy compounds plus sevens. Workouts were/are

Monday- deads, chest/back (upright rows and facepulls added) calves Abs, hiit cardio

Tues-arms and forearms no cardio (6 min warm up only)

Wed- should have had cardio but couldn't too busy, too Many errands. So I did 6 mins warm up abd 6 mins cooldown. Legs/shoulders/traps/abs

Thursday just cardio 905 cals 65 minutes between ellipt and treadmill

Tomorrow will be arms again (don know if I will do fst7 depends how sore I am in AM. also rear delts, pushups and pullups bodyweight max reps for 6 sets. Abs and hiit cardio.

Fst7 website suggest u do arms twice a week if it is a week point. But they suggest it on Monday and Saturday.. I don't lift weekends so Friday it is.. And I didn't wanna hit arms day BEFORE chest and and back
 
Heck yeah he's def getting stronger and more volume. AHH I hate fire alarms, unless it's real lol.
 
3/29.. One day left

Been off daa for two days, no effects noticeable.. Acne still popping up which I never get anymore.. Libido steady. Strength and endurance both muscular and cardio is very good. Been super full and pumped all week.. Lost a pound despite decreased cardio this week and increased calories. Erase is at 2 caps today and tomorrow. Saturday will be one cap. D 1 and titanium last day is Friday (tomorrow).

CRdio wasa breeze today for 65 mins 905 cals on tread and ellipt. Sweat up a monster storm.. Clothes looked like I showered in them and I coulda kept going but I had class. I was super pumped and vascular for a good hour after the workout as well as during it.. Felt great!

Will post up Friday workout notes and then update final weigh in and review and pics on Sunday or Monday. Will take final weigh in on sat bc I'm going out all night saturday.. Need to get back in touch with some friends and be more social.. Relationship issues and shti.. Onto tomorrow.

I have a feeling your final review will tell us everything we want to know, this log has been very detailed, one of the best I've followed, I really appreciate the time you took out of your day to give us such sick updates!

Cool lol. At times felt like I rambled or like a pseudo-diary... But I love lifting and supplements and experimenting and sharing and receiving info! I wish i could do this for a living lol.

Friday march 30. Final day

2 erase, 4d1, 4 titanium (daa was done Tuesday)

Did a carb backload lAst night and woke up very lean for having done so.. No bloat at all which was very nice .. Acne seems like it's clearing rapidly since dropping daa and erase dose. Cardio was a breeze today! I think the Roxylean has really opened up my lungs! Strength was nice in gym. Fst7 arms and rear delts. Also started with pullups and pushups supersets.. 6 of them. No less than 10 pullups and 20 pushups.. 30 seconds rest! Finished with abs. Overall good day energy wise. Been waking up with headaches lately idk why. Don't think it's supp related. Muscles r super full, appetite is very high and I'm giving in but not gaining any fat .. Just occasional bloat. Will have final write up and pics soon. Enjoy the weekend! Anybody win mega millions?! I won 4$ back out of 20 hah

I may be worse lol, i ramble on in my logs. Starting mine up Sunday night, my last 2 logs I've been cursed with getting sick my first week of logging.........hopefully this doesn't happen again and if it does that would just be weird LOL

Lol I was worried I'd get sick.. I did have that stomach bug where I was on the toilet about 10 times a day for 3 days in week1 n everything I ate went right thru me.. I took advantage of it n ate junk n lost weight hah. Sucks I'm not sleeping normal again..

I had a bug like that just last month, was not fun at all, I ended up getting a bad fever for a few days too.

Final review April 1 2012

Again- thanks to JD, packers and athletix for this opp and turning me onto some great supps. I've gained some new weapons in my arsenal as well as some new friends!

Core Supplements used during log plus reviews:

erase-2 caps a day for 10 days, 3 for 14, taper down over 6 days 3,3,3,2,2,1
- no surprises here. Erase did its job and did it well. Immediate drying and leaning effects were noticed within 2 days. Increased urination, increased exercise/stress tolerance due to cortisol control, decreased fat storage and water retention. Improvement in restful sleep/Sleep quality is also a subtle quality of erase for me. (I have used 4 times now)

titanium xl- 4 caps daily. 2 upon rising, 2 with dinner
-first experience with titanium, 3rd or 4th with testofen. I really like the addition of i3c and l carn l tartate (lclt). The lclt was nice to have for the dinner dose to aid in fat burning and nutrient utilization. The i3c is helpful for those running titanium without and AI bc it helps keep estrogen under Control. IMO, an AI should be used with this if you are sensitive to estrogen related sides as I am. Positive noticeable effects of titanium for me were: increased libido, decreased fat mass, increased strength and aggression.

Division 1 - 4 caps daily- 1 upon rising, 1 pre workout, 1 with dinner, 1 at bed
- 3,4 divanil.. Frees up all the test that titanium is producing. No point in having testosterone floating around if it is bound up! The 3,4 is essential in this stack for allowing titanium and daa testosterone produced to be effective. I added the d1 a few days after the daa and titanium in order to assess effectiveness and I really did notice the difference. Division offered immediate increase in aggression and libido. Letting me know that it was indeed freeing up the test that my titanium and daa was producing!

prometheus rising - 6 caps upon rising, 5 days on/2 off
I was supposed to use formula x but it was not In stock for about 2 months. No worries here as Prometheus was a great substitute and a multi use product that gives you a BIG bang for your buck.
Prometheus has a clinical dose of 3G of daa. It then includes a daily dose of 1g of agmatine for day long pumps and nutrient delivery, 500mg of 10% forskolin, and 300mg of r-ala. A very well rounded supp. This was my second time using it. The first time was solo, and while strength increased greatly, I retained a TON of water.. Bf decreased but water retention voided this. It is strong. The erase HELPED, but was not strong enough for me to eliminate all of the water retention from the daa/testofen combination. I would use it again, during winter time, with erase and without an additional t booster to see if water ret. Lessens. Should be noted- severe dry mouth occurred In both uses for first 10 days during workouts.


Sleep - Normally not a great sleeper, stayed true during this log

Mood/Aggression- aggression was above average, mood is usually low key/apathetic/serious. Noticed final 2 weeks very social and much more lightened/loosened up

Energy- was up and down for many reasons unrelated to supps. When energy was up it was awesome, when it was down it wasn't bad enough to affect workouts.

Mental Focus and Clarity- very up and Down- again unrelated to supps, no affects here.

Stress- was quite high during log.
Immune System- tiny stomach bug and a cold sore.. Unrelated to supps.

Libido- increased definitely, morning wood, stronger desire.

Joints- some slight soreness on and off, nothing bad enough to ruin or stop a workout.

Endurance- increased through out log.

Strength- definite increases, few pr's

Pump &Vascularity- very hit or miss, mostly diet dependent. Week 3 was peak for pumps an vasc. Was VERY nice.. This was a high carb (backloading) week

Quality of Training- average to amazing.

Recovery- no comments here, didn't notice anything glaring to make any remarks.

Notes- some other sides included BAD leg and shoulder acne... This showed me though that test was increased. The dry mouth was quite bad for first ten days. This was supposed to be a bulk... Although the scale didn't budge much, ad actually dropped at times through out the log, I was able to GREATLY increase cAlories as well as decrease cardio at times and still maintain or Lose weight. I would call this a VERY successful recomp, as bf decreased probably .5% and muscle mass absolutely increases about a pound over the month. I can feel it and see it in all the right spots. I am a classic skinny fat ecto. Lean all over except for stomach and chest. I cannot gain 5 pounds a month and expect 3-4 to be muscle. I cannot bulk for 3 months and gain 20 pounds then cut 15 of them.. Most increase in scAle on a large level like that is fat mass. Therefore, to maintain Body weight while decreasing fat mass and increasing muscle mass is something I strive to do year round. This stack helped accomplish this goal for 30 days and that's all I could ask for knowing my body!

Stoked you enjoyed this stack, gaining 3 pounds while decreasing body fat is a success without a doubt and you can see in the pictues that you look a bit fuller and leaner. Good job!

Definitely one of the best logs I had a chance to follow. Timely observations, transparency, no mysterious sickness, explanation on every supplement with comments supported by science,......etc. good stuff !

Hope the supplement companies see this and offer you another opportunity to log.

Thank you.. Yea I did my best to be thorough As this was really my first log.. I took the best of other logs I followed and tried to incorporate those attributes in mine.

Im hoping to get finaflex on board to hook me up with their fat burner, pro xt500, to stack with anabeta elite (already received from PES!) and a personal favorite t booster/igf supp, isatest.. This would be for a final recomp in may before cutting in June to peak in July!
