LOG: Athletix+PES Lean Bulk!

Man I am with yah. I have it too and in Alabama it gets hot and humid with shiz blooming left and right. I kept choking up at gym today. Hope you get to feeling better.

Exercise: cardio 51 minutes 773 cals
Diet: high protein, fats, very low carb

Sleep - Wed. Night sleep wasn't great. Woke up feeling in a fog. But I think allergy related 3am-moon
Mood/Aggression/ relaxed
Energy- picked up around 3pm before cardio
Mental Focus and Clarity- focus good, was foggy til 3
Stress- not bad
Immune System- had some dull headaches, allergies I believe.. Been vitamin c'ing abd take zinc daily already
Libido- ramped up big time
Joints- lotsss of cracking but no pain
Endurance- solid
Strength- n/a
Pump &Vascularity- fullness n veins is now a constant
Quality of Training- great sweat felt good during n after
Recovery- not very sore this week :( I like Thr soreness
Notes-Back/lats much bigger this week, chest is tighter/leaner, lower stomach still hooding fluids.. It's worse when I have a late dinner..hip flexors are awful tight after thst Tuesday run followed by deadlifts wed! My Whole right side is swollen from my hips to obliques n lats. Really feeling bigger n leaner n loving results so far.

The inflammation in m hips n glute n oblique on right side is as bad as it's ever been but I've never let it keep me out of the gym.. Just really sucks and I'm bitchng

Sleep - 1 am to 11, ok
Mood/Aggression- avg.
Energy- ok, Fridays r tough
Mental Focus and Clarity- not bad, 7/10
Stress- not bad, had to pack for spring break then get to gym n work on time, work was LONG
Immune System- felt some popping in ears.. Hope it's nothing, drinking all day today won't help :/
Libido- steadily above avg.
Joints- boom, 9 hours on your feet AFTER a workout n cardio= awful knees n hips.
Endurance- increased, great 10/10
Strength- very good 10/10
Pump &Vascularity- a little deflated today 7/10
Quality of Training- 9/10, missed abs, so doing ab circuit sat morning at home
Recovery- gonna take a hit this weekend :/ but life isn't ALL about the gym..

Notes- this week I really started to feel and see the effects of this stack. They are mostly leaning, muscle fullness, all day pumps, increased strength and endurance, increased libido, and increased appetite (no part. Order) all very desirable for body builders n athletes! I'm sure the results will continue to mount up next week when I switch to carb back loading n get to utilize my commercial gym while on spring break n sub some exercises/equipment my school gym lacks. I will weigh in Sunday as usual but it will come after a day of drinking and little to no food intake.. Can't stomach food n booze at same time. Will stick to protein n aminos. Tried to weigh in today st gym before the weekend but the scale was about 12 pounds off lol, morons. But I know I'm around 158-160 still. Started 3 erase today as well! Appetite was monsterous during work. The owners r real cool guys tho n we don't have to pay for food, so I got two shift meals lol, they Didbt mind bc I make them lots of $$$!

When you mention being lean do you feel like youre carrying water? Even in the first couple days of Erase I'm improved in vascularity and felt water pushed out. Is the water more or less than, say, prior to this stack?

It's tricky my situation. Naturally I carry extra water on top of lower belly fat and chest fat, while the rest if my body is very lean.. On JUST erase, the belly n chest fat n water gies away easily! The daa in this stack is keeping thst from happening..

Daa alone was nightmare for me.. I held a lot of water n belly fat.. The erase is definitely keeping this to a minimum, but not eliminating it completely. Make sense?
 
Looking good bud keep up the hard work it will pay off!! I'm the same I carry water like crazy in lower ab & back area. I'm so curious to see what erase will do when I add it in in three weeks!! Have a good weekend
 
great updates man. Btw, i remember you said the erase had some good effects when you added the first week in terms of water loss and making you tighter. Now that you've added the daa , do you feel it has interfered with erase in terms of water retention, and leaning?? or is the erase still giving you the effects it has before added the daa?? are you still dosing 2 caps??

Upped to 3 on Friday, noticed increases urination like crazy the past 2 days. I do feel the daa has overpowered the effects of the erase for me KIND OF. as mentioned above, the daa has caused increased water retention in my problem spots (chest/lower belly) but the erase is making it better than when I ran daa alone.. I will be on 3 caps a day until the 24th then I will taper down over the last week. You do not have to taper erase bc it is a suicidal ai, however, I found my body responds better with tapering most supplements.

Hmmmm, I did not notice that people. Now I do remember going to bathroom a lot more when I was on Erase Pro.

Well I worked til 1 am Friday night n then woke up at 8 for a 3 hour drive to Boston which turned into a 5 hour ordeal thanks to the beautiful woman in my life :) lol

I could started drinking again around 8 once I sobered up but I'm not a huge drinker anymore and we ended up driving home at midnight rather than sleeping on the floor of a beer covered apt lol

As for the LOG!

Bout to head to the gym. Feeling very full and carved up after a long weekend of drinking and a cheat day. I was so depleted (I do not eat and drink alc in same day) so on Sunday morning I woke up ravenous. Ate 3 huge meals thruout the day and finishes up with a huge cheat meal last night (carb back oases before bed) arms look very huge like I just did curls and pishdowns for pumps ! Won't be eating til after the gym ala IF protocol. Very little bloat or swelling in stomach from cheat day (dosed 5 slin sane as opposed to 3 thruout the day!)

Weekend saw huge libido! And increased stamina.. My gf was like r u gonna finish?! (she wasn't complaining) just was very Long time! Also noticing super sensitivity to touch.. This is start of week 3 so I'd say stack is in full swing. Lastly- noticing extreme sensitivity and emotionality (I migh have made that word up) I almostcried at the end of the fcking lorax we tool er niece to see it sunday ... Seriously.. This is new andwill monitor.. I'm usually a hard nose SOB!

Forgot to mention, weight is up only .5 pound to 160-161 even after a huge day of eating indiscriminately but healthy. I am growing extremely tired of the routine I've been on for the past 2-3 weeks. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks to really wanna chNge it but I just don't like where it is. Going to stick with it this week but sub in some diff exercsises now thst I am at my commercial gym. When I head back to school next week for the final week of this log, I will most likely use an fd/fs split I found online. Its nice bc it has low heavy and super high / light reps mixed in to one workout. It's a 4 day split but I will mod it to 3. And do it for just one week before switching to full body supersets for 4 weeks of April to begin my cut and regain my muscular endurance.

On aside: popped two Roxylean eca about an hour ago.. Sitting here typing this and my whole body is shaking ready to MOVE. gotta get to that treadmill asap lol

Bro I split a bottle of Roxy lean with a good friend just couple months ago. Both of us liked it. However I'm on Oxy Eca now and hooked. If your getting tired of the routine tweak it bro, or you'll go nutts.

Yea Im subbing different exercises and changing the order. Freshened it up today.. Gonna do a week of fd/fs next week.. Can't wait

Sleep - 2am to 1 pm (god bless spring break) great quality following cheat day/carb up.. Had a hard time staying awake long enough to digest (I like to go to sleep at least 2 hours following any food)
Mood/Aggression- the mild sadness/sensitivity still there when I woke up, not so much anymore/whe I got to gym, actually was very aggressive with the weights
Energy- good 10/10
Mental Focus and Clarity- focused, dialed in did work
Stress- avg/below avg 6/10
Immune System- held up over st paddy weekend thank god
Libido- steady above avg, can foresee this remaining constant through end of log hopefully
Joints- lots of cracking, no pain
Endurance- pretty good (9/10)
Strength- good 9/10
Pump &Vascularity- very full when I wokeup.. Looked like I had already been hitting Arms at the gym! Fullest they've been in a while! Great pumps n veins during and following workout
Quality of Training- awesome, long :( 9/10
Recovery- not feeling anything yet but very tired
Notes-overall good workout for a Monday following st paddy weekend and 8 hours total sleep all weekend... Libido Is consistent now as is the leaning effects of erase and the bulking effects of daa.. Not mich else to note currently except I feel this week will see the most gains if the log bc I am at home and carb backloading every other day.. (Sunday night, Tuesday night, Thursday night) with cardio on carb days and lifting the following day.. I love this type of eating and training for bulking or mild recomping but I can't do it while at school :( onto tomorrow

Ps- I'm officially a published writer. The Hartford courant (city paper in ct) is publishing apiece of mine soon! Still trying to become a cop, but my backup plan actually has some force behind it now!

Congrats on the article. That's very cool.

Log is looking good. Some interesting observations re water retention with DAA and Erase not negating that. I noticed the same
Thing on erase pro actually more so than with regular erase I thought. I was also using AnaBeta at the time however so I thought maybe that was it.

Give the routine some time. If it sucks it's probably working. :)

My joints do not hurt, they're just cracking a lot. I stretch everyday I have always been grossly flexible like I've outstretched cheerleader friends.. I can do a full split, etc, it's fcked up haha

Supps:

Exercise: cardio 55m 913cals mix of stairmaster, elipt and treadmill incline walking

Sleep - 2 am to 930 am, decent quality 8/10
Mood/Aggression- very relaxed until I realized my wallet was lying in the road somewhere.. Mich better once a stranger called me to say he found it with everything inside!!
Energy- decent 7/10.. Fast start, energy dipped around 2, popped second dose of Roxylean, aclc, and tyrosine pre cardio
Mental Focus and Clarity- ehh 6/10
Stress-11/10 what a day! Court, wallet, tutored a client of mine .. Long day
Immune System- GOT A HUGE cold sore this morning when I woke up.. Been a few months since last one.. Think I used a dirty water bottle (the mouth piece was dirty) from when I last had a cold sore in December.. This thing is painful and big.. Sucks. Hopefully knock it out soon..
Libido- very good, above avg 10/10
Joints- still cracking, no pain
Endurance- very good.. TOUGH cardio workout but got through it with purpose and intensity
Strength- no lifting but felt very swagg today lol
Pump &Vascularity- good, very dense and full on a constant basis
Quality of Training- intense sweaty and legit
Recovery- soreness set in around 1 pm and increased since yesterday's lift. Hams r pretty tight from some 30 degree incline walking
Notes- good day fitness wise lol. Woke up at 159 after going to bed at 164.. Was 157 after dinner at 8. Bout to do my carb backload and will check weight pre bed and AM.. very intense fluctuations, but the muscle pumps and fullness and training quality is great with this eating plan. Can't wait for school to be done in may so I can do it for one full month before switching back to carb cycling (one cheat a week) which can leave me very flat.

I have forgot to Mention: serious acne issues ! Thankfully, NONE on face back or arms.. All of my acne comes on butt and thighs and calves. This is the tell all sign of test boosters working for me. So everything in thestack is in full swing and it's really showing and feeling.

Lastly- super chapped lips. I remember prometheus gave me crazy dry mouth solo. With the erase, this hasn't been the case so much As chapped lips and dry skin... Will monitor, sure the weekend of drinking played a serious role in dehydration.. But I don't feel and didn't feel dehydrated at all besides chapped lips.
