LiveToLift will be joining the ranks of the gods (Mdrol/Andromass cycle)

Killed it today! Set a PR on bench and felt amazing. Pump today was probably the best I've had in a few weeks. Details:

Flat Bench
5x5 heaviest at 240! (PR)

Incline bench
5x5 heaviest at 185

Pull up wide
4x5 BW
1x7 BW

5x5 heaviest at 130

Vbar pulldown (tris)
5x5 heaviest at 102.5

Almost wanted to throw in some cardio because I felt so good today, but had to head out as I'm having dinner at the parents house and have to go into work in a few hours. Very happy with strength going up every day! 245 or bust for next chest day!

Excited about this update! Where to begin....

First thing I wanted to note on was the sleep I'm getting right now, and the crazy dream's I've been having. My schedule since switching to third shift has been crazy. On Mon, Wed, and every other Fri my son goes to school and it causes me to constantly be getting up and going back to sleep to get him there and pick him up. Yet the deep sleep I'm still getting with the constant waking up and going back to sleep is unheard of for me. I have always had trouble sleeping even when I was on second shift my sleep schedule was somewhat normal. The dreams I can recollect just about everything from them which is crazy, today I had 3 separate full dreams that I can remember damn near everything from them! CRAZY! Flex mentioned that while using PLCAR he had this happen to him to but I can't say that is what it is for sure. All I know is that a majority of the dreams are wild and pretty damn freaky.

Secondly today was a great day in the gym with the exception of squats. Details:

Preacher Ez curl
5x5 heaviest at 90 (PR)

Squats
5x5 heaviest at 225 (Felt weak and somewhat sick)

Incline DB curl
5x5 heaviest at 50 (PR)(Left arm started to feel like I tweaked something on 3rd set, still sore and achy)

Leg extensions
5x5 heaviest at 170 (PR)

Close grip bench
3x5 heaviest at 140 (couldn't whimper through the achy arm any longer)

Mixed feelings on the day at the gym. Crazy freaking PR's on biceps which I haven't had in a long time so I was pumped, but the weak squats mixed with sore arm and achy stomach really had me constantly pumped then pissed lol! Started german creatine, extend and back on Maximize today and it did not agree with my stomach at all. I think it was the grape flavoring in the extend mixed with the maximize that just didn't sit right, still pushed through and had great PR's today but felt like had I been 100 percent my squats would have been much better. Very pleased with this progress on this cycle and can't wait to see what happens in PCT, if I can keep most these strength gains I will be one happy mo fo sho sure! Also think I will be laying out a new plan for my next cycle to accommodate summer cycle plans and time constraints, will elaborate when I have time.

Think I may have just gone a little over board on my pre-workout carbs which caused the stomach ache. Going to try it again today in the gym.

how many days you have left? seems like well be heading into PCT around the same time, i think i have 10 days exactly.
 
Would have to take a count, I'm running about 8-9 caps a day and i think i have about a week left.
 
Cardio and ab day. Hit the bike for about 15 mins and elliptical for another 15 mins, followed up by 20 mins of nothing but abs. Energy was good but was a little disappointed with the 173.5 weigh in today. :-( Been eating like crazy too so not sure how the hell that happened. Been slacking on water consumption so will add more water to diet, expect the weight to climb a bit with the addition of creatine. Can't let one bad weigh in get me down and out though, especially with how good my strength still is!

Been slacking on pic updates so said hell with it and took some, feel and looking pretty damn lean today. Was happy with these pics overall, arms were looking pretty pumped and stomach looked a lot tighter then my last pics when on mdrol.

Hit a shoulders/back split today. Energy was down but did manage to set a PR. My left bicep is still pretty achy from the workout a few days back which kinda threw me off today. I also felt weak as hell when it came to my military press. Details:

Standing military press
5x5 Heaviest at 145

Lat pulldown wide
5x5 heaviest at 180

Upright row
4x5
1x8 at 110

Bent over barbell row
5x5 Heaviest at 195 (PR)

Shrugs
5x5 heaviest at 285

Row bar (both combined
5x5 heaviest at 250

Not going to lie, I feel like I'm ready for PCT. Very achy joints, weight is still down to 175. Feel like this cycle has taken its course and its time to see how much of this weight I can hang on to. Have about 3-4 days left worth of AM and it will be PCT time.

Wow, I guess the cycle really does take it's toll. I would've run mine even longer if I knew FOR SURE i could recover.... lol. Anyway, good job in making it this far. Hopefully you got what you wanted to out of this run ;)

Hell ya man thats the plan! You probably know what I mean though, when you feel its time its time. Really just want to get back to natural for a bit and set up another run. Just hope I can maintain the strength gains I've had as it feels great.

Well nothing good to report today, caught a cold again... Joy of parenting, just started feeling 100% after the last one and bam! Strength and energy were down in the gym :-(. Chest max set was down to 235, tris were pretty good though, matched last weeks numbers on tris. Weight down to 174 :-(, arm is still real achy.... If I go in tomorrow it will be all cardio and abs.

Man, yea... kids carry a lot of germs. Love um, but yea they tire you out AND are full of transmutable diseases lol. But gotta hug um.

Yea gonna hope to sweat it out tomorrow, and try to crush the weights for the last two days on AM. What is it with methyls that make you feel so more alpha, really miss that feeling in there. Felt like coming home and popping an sdrol lmao!

They are DAMN stronger. Metylation makes the steroid bio available. AndroMass still has to convert. So mg for mg its way stronger.
 
damn im not the only one sick last week huh. i had to take a week off for work anyway thank god. gotta keep that motivation through PCT bro, maybe grab you up a new preworkout supp or make a new workout mix. keep up the hard work!!!
 
Pushed through 35 mins of cardio. Didn't do any ab work today as I felt sick as all he!! and knew it would be a pain. The 35 mins was split up as 12 mins on the bike, 13 mins on the elliptical and 10 mins on the arm bike for about a 320 calorie burn. Did feel good to knock out some cardio even feeling as sick as I did. Hopefully will feel up to lifting tomorrow, I'm going to try to get a good 10-12 hours sleep tonight to try and tackle this cold.

Fadogia 500? Is that buy iForce? I have used a fadogia product. The T-force? Or something by omega sports. It got the libido back up pretty fast. ;) High quality fadogia extract is what works well. I remember iForce getting a bit of crap for using cheaper sources or something in the past. Hopefully it works well for you :D

Thanks bro, yea its the Iforce one. Was free when purchasing RV2 so I figured I'll give it a shot. PR's did feel real good today man!

i was looking into Fadogia 500 the other day, along with avena sativa, and long jack. figure the bigger the better as far as PCT goes, IMO of course you should include it.

I won the purus labs promotion, DPol and Muscle marinade, so i picked up some Recycle to go along with it. Should be here just in time for PCT, figure they would like a all Purus Labs PCT log. Of course ill be running Nolva and Clomid lol i still need to check with them to see if thats ok for the log. If not i guess theyll have to wait for a month till i can log them by themselfs haha. Recycle looks like a great product for PCT, no fadogia in there though :(
 
Off day today, last dose down the hatch. Wish I would have been able to go crush some weights but it is a scheduled off day. Will try and post a review on the products as of tomorrow, but will continue to log progress through pct. Let's hope the PR's continue through pct!
