Excited about this update! Where to begin....
First thing I wanted to note on was the sleep I'm getting right now, and the crazy dream's I've been having. My schedule since switching to third shift has been crazy. On Mon, Wed, and every other Fri my son goes to school and it causes me to constantly be getting up and going back to sleep to get him there and pick him up. Yet the deep sleep I'm still getting with the constant waking up and going back to sleep is unheard of for me. I have always had trouble sleeping even when I was on second shift my sleep schedule was somewhat normal. The dreams I can recollect just about everything from them which is crazy, today I had 3 separate full dreams that I can remember damn near everything from them! CRAZY! Flex mentioned that while using PLCAR he had this happen to him to but I can't say that is what it is for sure. All I know is that a majority of the dreams are wild and pretty damn freaky.
Secondly today was a great day in the gym with the exception of squats. Details:
Preacher Ez curl
5x5 heaviest at 90 (PR)
Squats
5x5 heaviest at 225 (Felt weak and somewhat sick)
Incline DB curl
5x5 heaviest at 50 (PR)(Left arm started to feel like I tweaked something on 3rd set, still sore and achy)
Leg extensions
5x5 heaviest at 170 (PR)
Close grip bench
3x5 heaviest at 140 (couldn't whimper through the achy arm any longer)
Mixed feelings on the day at the gym. Crazy freaking PR's on biceps which I haven't had in a long time so I was pumped, but the weak squats mixed with sore arm and achy stomach really had me constantly pumped then pissed lol! Started german creatine, extend and back on Maximize today and it did not agree with my stomach at all. I think it was the grape flavoring in the extend mixed with the maximize that just didn't sit right, still pushed through and had great PR's today but felt like had I been 100 percent my squats would have been much better. Very pleased with this progress on this cycle and can't wait to see what happens in PCT, if I can keep most these strength gains I will be one happy mo fo sho sure! Also think I will be laying out a new plan for my next cycle to accommodate summer cycle plans and time constraints, will elaborate when I have time.
