That sucks man. I just got over the stomache flu last week..basically just a stomache virus where you puke until you got nothin left..or so you think, and then you start puking up loads of green bile until your insides are literally DESTROYED..i couldnt laugh without it hurting for a week. Looks like you are still staying with it really well though, keep it up
 
had a nice workout tonight, back wasn't that great but my biceps felt great. strength was nice.

Workout tonight I had some serious veins. Pulled some nice weight. good stress relief because my school is doing terrible right now. I had a 100 midterm for biology lab fill in the blank. my stretchmarks haven't been expanding, but i noticed they are again today. sorry for the lame update tonight, I have been studying business calc and its midnight here. I am exhausted.
 
Keep focused in school and you can relieve that stress in the gym. I remember those days when you are mentally drained but you need a release. You will be stronger in the end, mentally and physically.
 
okay this week is finally over and I am fairly certain I am failed at least one mid term. My bottle of The One came in today oh man I am tempted to open it, but I am resisting because I am getting blood work next week for a cycle of 1-t that I will be logging. So that means this log is coming to a close soon and will be continuing in there. Workouts this week were not very good if i even went because of study time and other issues. today I may do legs, but I am going up to a friends house for the weekend so I doubt it.

I am also going to be getting some cardio and body work because I am going to take the sail boat out today and relax a bit.

yeah I have a bottle, but I'm not sure that I will be using it. I may let my dad have it because he likes to run cycles and was planning a havoc run.

I missed the gym today AGAIN. and I will be out of them gym march 12-17 because I am going up to colorado as well. Real gains (universal weight gainer) came in yesterday. 3.5 scoops per serving 21 servings. I started it and will be using 1-2 shakes a day as well as trying to hit the gym on my normal schedule again this week.
 
I am interested in how the real Gains treats you! Keep us updated.

And work you a** off til you head to Colorado, then you get a little break
 
okay adjustments in my chest routine. I am dropping flat barbell because that is only hitting my delts, not pecs for some reason (form i take it), I am using a closer grip on incline press and also stopping 2 inches above my chest. much better stretch and isolation

so the past few days I have just been taking it easy. I am off of everything completely till around march 17th. I am letting my body clear out of supplements, boosted natural hormone levels, etc. I will be conducting blood work something within the next week and a half also.

the past few days I have not really been holding myself to go to the gym. I have more so been just kicking it back and enjoying my time with friends playing pool, ping pong, hitting the beach up etc. The other day I did hit chest though along with last night getting cardio in playing basketball for an hour or two.
 
alright I just got back from the gym and had a pretty nice littl leg workout. I was hoping to include some calf work, but my legs were just way too shot. As I stated before I have been completely off supplements other than my antioxidant and multivitamin. I am letting my body recover its self to where it wants to be pre cycle.

  • Toe raised Below parallel squat: 135x20, 225x16, 275x8, 315x5
  • Barbell Deadlift: 315x5, 315x5, 315x5
  • Barbell Hack squat: 135x10, 135x10, 135x10

I really want to say thank you to the guys who have been coaching me along and showing support. Especially to the guys who introduced me to the barbell hack squat. I found standing flat footed it was pretty easy, but when I brought myself heel raised it was noticeably harder and more concentrated on my lower quad which is what I want to work. I plan to include this into my workout now and really liked the way it had me feeling.


So todays macro's have not been great. I had a mass shake in the AM along with a bowl of honey bunches of oats. I just got back from dinner and had 3 chicken breasts, 1-2 cups carrots, 1-2 cups pea's, a bowl of mixed fruit, and a yogurt with cherries.

I am really looking forward to getting this blood work done, hitting the ski slopes of Colorado, and getting my cycle underway as safely as possible (depending on how blood work comes out)

alright yesterday I did chest. I worked the negative and flexing my chest throughout everything. I was hoping to be sore but wasnt.

  • Cable flyes
  • DB flyes
  • DB incline press
  • BB incline press
  • BB flat


Today I did legs and it felt pretty good. I am looking to see some nice growth
  • back squat
  • Hack squat
  • Lunges
  • Leg extensions
  • leg curl

thanks man. I am just kinda randomly working things out till for another 2 days till I go out of town. I am stoked for my up and coming run of 1-T! I know alot of people won't approve though...

I just measured my quads and my right is like 24-24.25 inches and my left was around 23.75-24 inches. but damn my calves are lacking so looks like they are still my focus along with the rest of my legs. I really plan to start hitting my overall body though these next 7 weeks rather than focusing on particular parts. I can't even flex my left one because of past ankle injuries. My rotation isn't enough. also my home scale has me at 165.8 Lbs bare naked... this doesn't seem right though.
 
No it doesnt seem right. Go weigh yourself at the grocery store....not naked tho :D

DUUUUDE you are skinny! How did drop the wt? I am heavier than you now. My wife should use that scale, easy way to drop some pounds!
