I did a halo at 75 and epi at 30 before. Honestly I didn't have any more special gains that running epi at 40. I say run epi at 45 all the way though for 6 weeks. Or bridge it.

Rick and a few other have really been helping me try to plan my cycle, so I appreciate all the help I can get. I figure I know more than the average person, but so much less than everyone in here, so I'm learning.

Ya Rick's been helpful including a lot of other members.. been lurking this forum for almost 2 months before I joined. Just been reading and cross sourcing with other sources making sure the advice given was solid.. Definitely a great board with cool, intelligent, and experienced users :cool:

Agree completely. We are all here to better ourselves and learn about how we can make that happen to get the results we always wanted. There are a lot of people here with a lot of knowledge to share, and an open inquisitive mind can learn a lot here. I learn something new here everyday, which is why I love this forum and love helping out just as many people as has helped me :)

lol bro.. I'm very very pleased with Epi-strong.

I was planning to just run 15/15/30/30/30

But I have a bottle of Havoc and I started my 3rd week @ 40 (probably could have left it @ 30mg too), and today.. lol I decided to do 2 sets of 20 squats ATG.

I first tried with my warm up @ 225lbs, it was a breeze, bumped it up another 70lbs, again 20 reps, was a breeze, then finally said, screw it, I'm gonna rep til failure @ 315lbs.. I was able to do 27 reps. Just two months ago 315lbs.. I was only able to get 15 reps in and I was proud of myself.. now I'm nearly doubling my reps lol. My legs felt sooo freakin' alpha. Rock hard quads, hams, calves, with a slight back pump (which was guaranteed with that many reps in totality).

Decided to quickly jump onto leg press machine and burn em out as fast as possible with just 200lbs, didn't even count the reps... I wanted to keep going til I was able to see my tear drops swell. :cool:

Man I wish I didn't have to live on a budget....otherwise I would be getting a bottle of this myself. All you guys who have the money to throw around are LUCKY!!!

Dood.. this is such an impeccable product. I did 10 dips x 5 sets and it was a breeze. So I said eff it, I'll throw a 45lbs plate on a belt and push for at least 5 reps to finish up my chest training.. lol I was able to pump out 10 reps again. Pure win, gentlemen, pure freakin' win. Next time around gonna do weighted dips, even if I can only push out a total of 20~30 dips, I don't care.

Epi-strong is great for strength. There is no denying that. The "strong" in Epi-strong is very fitting, as it is also the best strength gains I've seen as well as mass. All around an incredible and awesome compound!

That's another thing.. I haven't weighed myself yet.. but on day two of first week I weighed @ 226lbs. Not gonna weigh myself until after last day of cycle then again after PCT. I'll make sure to take picture of the scale :cool:

Epi was my main compound back in my super heavy days of powerlifting.
 
I got the same strength gains from hdrol as I do Epi but Epi you can get away with 1 bottle. Hdrol always takes two bottles.

If you run hdrol like I do it takes 3 bottles....or just 1 bottle of Helladrol ;)

Strength on Epi-strong hasn't been matched so far on any other compound for me :D
 
I have only used Epi a couple of times and I absolutely loved it. For me, my first love is Helladrol and Halo compounds, second to that is the Epi. Oh yah, I forgot about the Phera when that was legal and around, now that, that DEF was my favorite..

Anyway, the Epi is an awesome product, and I have to agree, look at what you get when you buy Epi-Strong compared to what you get when you buy another company. Its like night and day, its like comparing Transaderm to Dermacrine..'


Bottom line, if I was use, I would stock up on both of them while you still can, at least until I get paid tomorrow..haha..SJ
