I gotta say, mirror is telling me otherwise. I flexed this morning upon waking and I saw more abs than Ive seen pretty much in years. Shoulders were poppin too...Quads getting tighter.

-Little dissapointed with strength still, but can be expected with my bodyweight almost at a steady 205. I wanna say the NAtadrol is giving me a leaning, hardening effect. The Testopro is working. I'm in great spirits, and chasing my wife around. This wasnt the case after my PCT and only started happening when I started the Testopro

-Fasted workout; also a prime factor for lower strength.

-1 week in. Not too shabby. Legs tomorrow.

Ive been on a constant caloric deficit for about 5 mos now. I was sittin at a minimum 22.7% at 247, got as high as 255-260 range. I'm sittin at 205-206, 13% at the moment and have pics throughout my past logs of the transformation. Im only a week in on this gig, and am prepping for needing all 12 weeks to dip me in single digits.

He was between 12 and 13% when he started this log. Over all he has lost a whole lot more. Keep killing it Flex don't worry about the numbers on the weights. Just how much purdier the dude in the mirror gets.

Amen. My compounds are still strong. Its the volume and secondary iso exercises that have gone down. Your right though, I can live with that; I'm getting some rediculous compliments and it doesnt get old. Some folks are tellin me they almost didnt recognize me. Very gratifying.

CC, I just started this run, so 11 more weeks! Just wait till I hit that Hdrol weeks 7-12!
 
Man if the Alpha Male that kicked in for me recently is any inkling of what Natadrol and basically what you have going on minus the Tpro has to offer... Well, we won't have to wait until the HDROL to see some madness.

Fri/Sat will also be difficult. Rehearsal dinner and wedding on Sat. Gonna stay controlled though and keep alcohol to a minimum if drink at all.

Nice bruther, be sure to hook me up with the link to that H-Drol log :) It is an awesome compound for recomp ;) I think you will be very pleased with it on a 6week run :sgrin:

So after my binge fest this weekend and feeling hella guilty about it, it was time to get back on the straight and narrow. Diet good today. Dosing my normal stuff at normal dosages, however, I decided to use 2 scoops of ASGT and 1 scoop of Jacked mixed with my IntraBCAA workout juice :) Good god. I was wearing a 2XL shirt and the whole damn thing was soaked, trunks soaked, top rim of my socks soaked, my TK knee sleeves soaked. I was drippin around the gym too..frikkin rediculous. My focus was stellar, was able to really dig deep on the prime reps. If yall havent tried ASGT, do yourself a favor and get on Nutraplanet and do your thang! Serious, you won't be sorry. Alright, so the work:

Just have to see if doing just legs tomorrow or full body since the lovely wife returns tonight. She will probably want to do a full body since she missed the last 2 workouts.

Best $40 Ive spent. I cannot sqaut anything over 135 without them. The pain is that bad. With the knee sleeves, I feel close to no pain whatsoever. I did a few a$$ to grass 315lb squats last workout for 3 reps and I did feel it then, but any higher than that, its time to wrap. The best part is putting them on and being able to keep em on the whole workout. Do you thing 2morrow. Ill be anticipating a detailed update!
 
Ya, I'm back on the gravy train. Got a new log, just check my sig. Numbers are starting to climb again. Training in summer is usually awesome for me due to having my joints warm unlike the winter when it's freezing here.

Nice workout! It sucks when you have to back off because of injuries but your far better off to do that and heal.

-Intensity is high, Im lovin the ASGT!

Mongo, when did this kick in for you? Im 2 weeks in now and im pretty level right now.

Around week 2.5 testopro for the aggression and week two to 3 for natadrol. Felt invincible in the gym on natadrol and was temper was short but controled on testopro. both were nice additions when I lifted. If you need to bump natadrol to 8 if you havent already I found 8-10 was the magic number. but Testopro was perfect at recommended dosage.
 
Man I am feeling Natadrol on 6 a day I am also taking pSARM though.
 
K, couple misc notes today.

Yesterday, I did cardio, ran 2+ miles in town. Good times.

Today, took today off. I little more sore than I want to be in more areas than one.

Yesterday though the cool thing was the wedding I attended; Basically an all you can eat homestyle wedding. I took advantage of it because, well, under normal conditions I wouldnt eat or buy that one much in one sitting. I ate 4 salmon strips, and 2 chicken breasts. Carbed up pretty big too and well my numbers pretty much resembled it, but my physique still lookin tight. I cant wait to see where my abs are in another 2mos or so.

-Decent workout, switched it up. As bodyweight goes down, its getting harder to maintain explosiveness. Stickin with what works for aesthetics though. Cant stop this train.
-I'm loving the libido. Frikkin lookin at alot of eye candy. Its a double edged
sword cuz Im usually focused on destroying weight, but if theres something nice, dont think twice! What the hell does that mean? Anyway.....
-Dosing my yellow Gold again. Happy to get this back in the mix.
-Lastly, Im going to carb cycle a bit. Mon, Tues im going to cut out about 200 cals worth of carbs, wed/thurs/fri remains my normal caloric intake as energy wains throughout the week, and I may add a carb up day on Sat/Sun, not sure yet.
