So after my binge fest this weekend and feeling hella guilty about it, it was time to get back on the straight and narrow. Diet good today. Dosing my normal stuff at normal dosages, however, I decided to use 2 scoops of ASGT and 1 scoop of Jacked mixed with my IntraBCAA workout juice

Good god. I was wearing a 2XL shirt and the whole damn thing was soaked, trunks soaked, top rim of my socks soaked, my TK knee sleeves soaked. I was drippin around the gym too..frikkin rediculous. My focus was stellar, was able to really dig deep on the prime reps. If yall havent tried ASGT, do yourself a favor and get on Nutraplanet and do your thang! Serious, you won't be sorry. No weight - Did 5 minutes of straight calf raises. Yo, try these. The burn is intense, but good god they work.
