Another good night I felt anyways:), I stated above how I felt mellow and my agression was streamline, I think this was due to swapping back to nights tonight, Really screws with the body and mind! I felt a little side pain today a couple of times, but towards the end of the night I didn’t feel it, maybe due to yesterdays work out, I haven’t felt sick what so ever, I’m chalking this up to my body has accepted the pSarm, call me lucky I guess. Another strange thing my hunger really wasn’t there today. I did consume though, for me this is a really tough thing to do when I'm not hungry:)

All the strange **** today, I’m calling it work related! :)

Thanks sunny:) I enjoy doing the arnold presses, I find that it just hits the deltoid all around with the motion of the arms and shoulders, more so then doing the Military press, But as you see I do them both:), them 55's are slow to go up , i wont lie but but they go for sure.!

Sorry for the late post, got home late last night, and yes it was my router, It took a dump, I was so beat, and didnt want to walk I left it to this morning:)

once I got home I did break out in hives on a few spots of my body, not sure what its due to, I used a gym towel last last during and after the sauna, maybe my skin/body absorbed some cheap soap maybe, So Im off today to go get some antihistamine, because I damm near scratched my skin off, it itched so bad:worried:, Im sure once I get it into me I'll be fine...:dance:

Dosed the pSarm yesterdau and today with a 1/2 scoop of AS, and nothing came back so im sure it was'nt a reaction to any of that, but you never know:)

Tonight was a great night!, strength was up in a few area's, I had to workout solo again, do to work, So I got a spots on the bench, and banged it out, with a few bonus:) tonight I definitely had the Alpha mentality going on, I just walked around did my Shiit, and felt great. The intensity and focus was extreme. Dosing the pSarm with AS, and I’m know the AS is helping, but this stack is really starting to show improvements week by week. I can personally tell there’s a little thickness going on, and major muscle hardness! I did feel a little nauseous when I came home, and I am feeling it right now, but with the night I had I’m sure this is expected..

As for the weight drop, My diet was not in check the whole weekend, I was really cautious with everything I put down, Everything was going thru my mind, so I played it safe, So I’m hoping it was a one time occurrence..:)

Shoot i forgot to do cable flys but other than that kicked ass on tri pulldowns, i went to 140 for 6 on the pulldowns, but the rest the same. overheads i did 125 six times, kickbacks i did the same as you. my pump felt great to bro i think it was all the testosterone in the gym lol...my muscles were solid felt great all natty baby yaaaahhh!!!!!!:bow28:

sunny bro, I had to take a double take when i hit the fly's, I was pumped bro, mean/mad/ you name it, And I just hit it, but man those 90's killed my pec's! I felt it everytime i constricted my muscles when I hands came together, I'll be at that weight for a bit.:), The combo of the pSarm and AS was just to sick tonight bro!, hands down

Felt great again tonight, I feel the AS is an outstanding addition to the pSarm, But in all reality it would be a great addition to anything IMO. I did feel a little sickness tonight at the end, I think it was the 190 on the super pull over’s, I gave it everything I had, I felt pumped on the 170's, so I said screw lets kick it up a notch! Went to 190 and on rep 6 is when the body said I’m out of gas! So I gave it everything, so I think the problem came from that. Besides that everything else is cooking right along:)

I will say it suck's working out solo, these next few days Im on different hours, so my boy Bebig is still on nights<------He likes when I add him to the notes:wink1:
