28, 5'11'' 210lbs. Started out two years ago as a weak, blubbery, 260 lbs from years of neglecting my body. Cut down to 215, still weak, about 10 months ago and started weight training. Got up to 230 while still losing body fat, and now I'm down to 210, and still as strong as i was at 230.

Never run any prohormone, nor have I logged before. I have run a light 10 week Test e cycle at 250mg/week that ended about 4-5 months ago to jumpstart some muscle building. Nothing too harsh, some may say it was even too little, but I had very nice gains, and most of the weight I've lost since then had been more fat and my strength has stayed steady.

I've never logged before but have always followed workout regimens to a T, and have been planning to start a DC routine soon and wanted to log it anyway.

Would love the opportunity to try something new with this new routine I'm starting! Hook a man up, you want be disappointed.

Age - 23

Stats - 5"10, 174, ~9% BF

Diet - Currently I'm focusing on recomping, or as I like to call it a lean bulk. On days that I do not lift I aim for ~2,500 calories while keeping carbs under 100g. On days that I work out I want to eat no less than 3,000 calories with at least 200g of carbs. For the past month I have been strict on my diet and nearly all of my carbs come from fruit, whole grain bread, and nuts. Carbs are the only macro that I normally aim for a certain number with.

Log Updates - I try to update as close to daily as possible, especially when I know people are following along for information. I train five to six days a week so it's almost guaranteed I'll be updating my log a minimum of five times a week. Hopefully, if chosen, I'll be able to bring more attention to this product.

OK, here's mine:

40 y/o, enjoys long walks on the beach.. wait, wut??!!

Age: 40
height: 5'7"
weight: 172

Current diet: still on a recomp. Thinking of going for a cut later this summer. I just finished a run of FRL's epiandrosterone & absolutely loved it! Strength & hardening were awesome. I'd like to continue w/ the recomp-type routine & continue to gain.

Workout routine: Being a shift worker, I hit one body part per day, different days of the week. I work days & nights, w/ every other weekend off, so my schedule in the gym is ever changing. I've been seeing better results with the 12-15 rep range with upper body, and for legs, it's not uncommon to hit around 100-125 reps of squats.. I love leg day & hit them hard!!!

Diet: I eat whatever is available. I'm a father of two, living w/ the mother in law while we build our house. We're hoping to close around mid-July. In the meantime, I've been kinda living out of my car. I drive just over an hour to work one way, so my cardio in the gym is non-existent... I can't wait to get into our house, closer to the gym so I can start to jog again.. Anyway, the diet isn't bodybuilder clean, but I do try to keep the carbs on the complex side, and the protein intake around 220g a day.

If chosen, I can update daily, or as many times as needed per week. I can post on multiple forums, and of course, I always provide before, during, and after pics.

Yeah we just caught that recently...apparently there's two graphics floating around, one with the spelling right and one with it wrong. I have no idea who works for a supplement company and designed a graphic but couldn't spell supplements, lol.

I always wanted to run it too but the poor oral bioavailability made it not very cost effective. Hopefully with the advent of these new sublinguals this becomes more tempting.
