About Me:
Been training for 5+ years now, very seriously with intention of competing in near future. Diet is extremely solid, motivation is always high. I strive to make each time I go to the gym as horrifying as possible, and never do the same routine twice. Right now about a month into my cut, started from 238 and worked down to 222, mostly water. Looking to cut through this cycles end, and hopefully be around 210-215 at less than 10%.
Right now Im unemployed, laid off as of last Thursday (1/22). I saved up all my vacation time for over 8 years of working (3 weeks a year), I only took off around 5 days in that time for my wedding. I walked away with 109 vacation days, plenty so I dont have to work for quite a while (still looking feverishly tho). Anyways, my recovery time should be excellent, and I plan on really taking care of myself this cycle.
BTW, no PH/DS/AAS use. I know everything about running cycles/doses/etc, and thought about running Epi previously, but pussed out .
Goal:
Add mass, cut .5lb+ per week and retain lean mass.
The Stack:
4 day split. Chest/Bis, Legs/abs, Shoulders/Tris, Back/calves
Training in 6-8 rep range on big three and other compounds. I train according to how I feel that day, and vary every workout every week as much as I can. I work as hard as I can every time I go to the gym, I give everything I have to this lifestyle.
Cardio:
30min LISS, typically walk/jog with my dog, 4-5x weekly
The Diet:
3k cals: (will subtract cals as needed)
Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 tbsp PB, oats (none on non w/o days_
Meal 2: 2x Whey, 35+ Almonds
Meal 3: 8-12oz Chicken, Almonds
Meal 4: 8-12oz Chicken, Almonds
Meal 5: (Preworkout) 1.5 cups Oats, 1x whey
Meal 6: (Post W/o) 2x whey
Meal 7: 8 egg whites, EVOO
1-1.5 gal water daily

- AppNut HghUp 3xWake, 2x Bed
- Omega Ultima (Pre W/O)/Omega Trinitine off days
