Today......bit of a **** one tbh

not quite feeling right, nothing I can put my finger in but I just wasn’t quite there today. Strength down about 10-20lbs on deadlifts/legs.

weight still not moving even with the extra calorie drop, I know it’s not been a week since I dropped the Cals but I was expecting a response.

cardio is consistent and diet consists of the same foods.

possible issues:

fried cns - not likely. I train way smarter nowadays and haven’t burned mine badly before I know I shouldn’t be closebyy to that.

man illness/covid that I’m asymptotic of.....possible. Social distancing kinda gone out the window here now so this is an option. Would make sense why I’m feeling a bit sluggish but not obviously I’ll.

need a refeed..... carb’s or Cals not been that low, not been cutting for that long and I’m not sub 10% bf so I think this is unlikely

not sure what else it could be

started back on the cjc today though so that will help recovery etc.

As far as 500 test and dbol, do you reckon sth like 300 test 300 mast with dbol being the same would be better?
I don’t have nearly enough experience to know yet confidently, but I’ve heard it said more than once that total mg of drugs tends to matter most for gains (with Tren being more the exception). I’ve also heard guys say mast makes them mg for mg just as strong as if they added that much test.

I would assume actual lean tissue gain to be nearly identical in either scenario based on that.

Well you know you don’t really wanna refeed now so just stay the course - you are doing well! Maybe have an easier training day or two and if still weak and not obviously sick then look at food.

Well you know you don’t really wanna refeed now so just stay the course - you are doing well! Maybe have an easier training day or two and if still weak and not obviously sick then look at food.

yeah if it’s just that I’m gaining lean tissue and it was a ‘off’ training day then that’s fine with me - the loose skin makes changes a bit harder to see but I’ll throw up the week 4 pics later and see if anyone has a view on that.....

something that might help you visualize changes better could be to take flexed back pics... That would take out some of the loose skin since that's an area (thinking more upper back/traps to lats) that it shouldn't show as much. Just spitballing

So update for end of week 4. Half way stage.

the cjc dac is back (I’ve responded great to that in the past) plus hex pwo.

my home gym is nearly finished and I’ll have a proper cage, 1,000lbs plates and a really decent space to get balls deep into it soon.

im gonna maintain Cals at 3,000. With my activity levels and size that has to be a deficit, I’ll add t3 by the end of this week if we aren’t seeing progress (clen is also back at the end of the week).

cheers bro, and nope the running is a constant - 10k this morning. Then squatted 347 for a triple and pulled 440 for a triple (about 95% or 9.5 RPE)

looking at a max single on Wednesday so I can get a baseline for my powerlifting training cycle

What up fellas. Quick update cause I’m tired AF.

been a bit manic with work and finishing my home gym conversion. Picked up a cage and 1,000lbs of plates Monday, moved them into the garage. Simply loding and unloading them was a workout in itself.

garage gym is looking mint now though. 2,000lbs of plates, dbs up to 100lbs, power bar, couple of weightlifting bars, ez bar, football bar. Proper heavy weight cage. Loads of bands etc.

I hit chest and back today, decent session but nothing special.

see where my one rep squat and dead is at tomorrow, go away for a week and come back to this powerlifting program I have.

dropped calories another couple of hundred as just not getting the scales to move. Pretty sure I’m not adding muscle so aside from possibly some water retention off the cjc there’s no reason weight shouldn’t be dropping.

clen back on Friday and may need to bring in the t3 earlier than planned. Can’t really up cardio anymore and my step count is 20k plus every day.

blood kit has been dellayed as the lab is also doing covid so that’s gonna be week 6 rather than 5 but should still helo to find out what’s going on.

I'm so jealous of your home gym setup man! Sounds like a freaking sick setup.

How are you feeling about your cycle so far man? Would you say it is living up to your expectations? Just curious of your thoughts. I know that when I used tren it was kind of underwhelming. Probably from everything that I read and everyone talking about it being the holy grail of steroids made me have unreal expectations. Was still good though and got freaking strong.

the home gym proper excites me. I’m obviously really fortunate to have a double garage that I’ve cleared completely to use (had a shed built to house all the stuff that was in there).

it’s been a weird cycle in some ways, the first 2 weeks were amazing, getting stronger, fat dropped off, weight was coming down text book style and then it just plateaued. Ultimately I’m looking better and I’m stronger at this BW than I’ve ever been so have to call that a success and I do have 4-6 weeks left. I’ve also got the clen coming back on and I respond well to that so yeah it’s been decent but I know what you mean regarding tren in some ways. I’d love to be eating for strength on it to really see where it goes in that regard but that’ll happen some day I’m sure 😀

How much T3 and clen you plan on running
I built up to 160 on clen a couple of weeks back, will drop to 120 on Friday and stay at that until last 3-4 days on it.

t3 between 25 and 50. No higher than 50 anyway

yeah bro. How I’ve always run it. Tbh I normally run a ECAY stack on the 2 weeks off clen but didn’t have any ephedrine in my stash this time around

I normally have some in but my ugl was out of stock and I didn’t want to import from Canada with the whole pandemic slowing stuff down.

mainly because it was my first time on tren, wanted to make sure I knew what the sides from the tren were.

I have plenty of var and considered that for the last 4 weeks but tbh I should be more than able to get where I want off the TTM plus peptides

while we're on the subject of peptides; I've been having a slew of tendonitis type injuries over the last few months (wrist, then ankle, now elbow (golfer's apparently)) - any suggestions? Since i'm stuck at home I actually could pin for awhile until my travel starts up again but at least another month or two seems likely.

open to other ideas as well

Getting older, I think my boss at my last job used BPC-157 for a shoulder injury. He's like a former Olympic speedskater type, not really a gym rat like us - but when he had shoulder issues someone hooked him up apparently, lol.

Also check-in backing here, looks like the Tren did you well. Good work on the cardio on top of lifting and building a home gym.

Bpc in particular for tendons bro - this article links to the studies. Tb500 works synergistically with it so if both are an option I’d go that way. If it’s either or then bpc in your situation

Ok so due an update.

I’m away on holiday since Thursday hence the lack of training updates.

Only domestic so brought all the gear with me and that’s being maintained as normal.

gyms not open in the uk though and the car was rammed so bringing my own stuff was out.

I’m running coastal paths (severe elevations) in the morning so keeping the cardio in and to be fair is some Decent work for the legs just based on the steepness.

trying to find a bar for pull ups she obviously able to bust out press ups as well. I’m doing a bit of time under tension bodyweight stuff just to keep the muscles working but using the week as a deload really.

all that said, the combo of clen, cjc, mk and hex is paying dividends already, that’s my ultimate cutting go to and appears to be having the desired effect.

scenery is great on the English south coast so also using the chance to get my head straight after the home issues. Good bit of time out.

yeah the coastal paths are stunning, just the sea all one side and miles from cars or industrial noise etc. Really peaceful times.

Ok so it’s been a while since I last updated. Got back from my trip to the south coast today. Wifi not the greatest down there and I like to do update pics in the same position/lighting etc to get a proper feel.

while I was away I didn’t lift at all. Little bit of bodyweight stuff but mainly running, walking and cycling. Was only a week so figured the rest was probably beneficial.

Stack Wise I ran out of my TTM on Wednesday night and annoyingly the one I ordered to be here on my return is in the post office waiting for collection Monday so I’m gonna be a few days past normal dosing schedule but no great drama.

think this is five weeks in and the increase in cardio last week with clen (and t3 last two days) appears to have paid off (that and the mk plus cjc)

Pics below but in particular for me my vascularity is a good way to judge progress as the loose skin makes purely looking at abs challenging. Bicep vein becoming more pronounced is my first sign, then I start to get the veins of the side if it. Then the one across my shoulder and top of my chest just start to show. At that point I’m starting to get close to my leanest.

What up bro’s.

so today we managed to pick up the vials needed to finish this cycle from my favourite ugl ( by far the best I’ve ever had and bloods back up the legitimacy of what these boys produce. No pip either off their gear).

the TTM pre mix was out of stock so I got tren ace, mast ace and test prop separately. Mixing the tren and mast in the barrel myself and sticking that in my glute (problem with buying separate is the mix is less concentrated so I’m pinning .7 of each so 1.4 total) then sticking .7 of the prop sub q. I don’t fancy trying to get 2.1ml in one pin hence the split.

basicallu means I’m dosing about 370mg a week of each.

back lifting weights for the first time in 9 days today. A mate come over so just did his session as it’s lighter than mine and wanted a tune up to get things firing before I go for it tomorrow. Felt decent, moved ok.

weight wise it’s interesting. I’ve dropped 8lbs the last 10 days (and as I was away that was no tracking although I’ve tracked that much over the years I kinda know where I’m at). Activity was really high and I was running a deficit for sure. I’m always expected some was muscle glycogen from not lifting so that should come back.

but weight isn’t the focus, I definitely look like fat is coming off and I’m close to my leanest. Based on previous dexa scans I’m close to 10% now apparently

feel good and still got clen this week to push on. Gonna take this to 10 weeks max (so 3.5 left) cause tren and all. Plus if I’m not there in another 3 weeks it’ll be down to non diet adherence rather than needing more time.

so I’ll be cruising for the majority of it which should be interesting but should still see me progress hopefully.

the first 4 weeks are hyperthropy focused which is useful as the gear will suit that. Then strength which on a cruise dose should help keep the muscle.

Keeping that volume reasonable is really gonna be a blessing in disguise, especially as you get to the PL portion since your cycle should be putting you in a pretty good place to make strength progress, but as always late in a strong cycle joints and tendons and such tend to become more of the limiting factor... are you gonna go for true maxes during the "peak"?

**** yeah, I don’t really know how not to go to true max to be honest. I go till I fail 🤣 I’ll try to do it comp style with 3 attempts though. First fairly safe, second a small pb and third a 110% ish

@Whisky just wondering since you run tren ace too

Ever since i increased to 15 mg ed i seem to get a liiiiiiitle bit of dry cough throughout the day here and there, feel almost like a tickle at the back of my throat. Not right after the injection, but more like throughout the day, really sparsely liek i said, here and there.

I think i heard some people say how tren made them cough here and there throughout the day.



PLEASE tell me its the tren, i hope to god its the tren, i sure as hell dont want that to be me catching some sh1t right now, in these fuked up times.



Btw this one that i have is some potent sh1t, the fact that it is only 50 mg/ml makes me believe its the real tren ace

I only injected 15 mg 4x the 1st week and alongside 250 test i swear, i swear that those 7 days blew the 1st 2.5 weeks of 500 test e out of the water and now the 2nd week st 15mg ed its just insane, so much faster than even those 1st newb gains

I gained on this small amount of test and tren in 10 days as much as i gained in 4 weeks on 500 test e...granted there is some muscle memory here but still, i trained the same and before the cycle and nothing, 0 gains..i mean i am waking up with numb arms in the morning due to the amount of size i am putting on

T shirt that was kinda loose 10 days go is tight now. The other day i picked up my rifle which weights 10lbs and i was like wtf is sth missing it felt so light i pooked from all angles to see if sth dropped off haha, i can now hold it with one hand in front of me while i couldnt or just barely for a second few weeks ago.

This is the best sh1t i ever took for muscle gain i am now sure that people who say that anything less than 200 a week is a waste dont have real tren...cmon man they give 800lb cows 200mg every few weeks or so,
