Boring update today as no real dramas my end.

rest day yesterday. Still grinding out a morning 5k. Impressively getting slower which is ridiculous but it is what it is. Thing is I don’t ever pace my runs (as I’m not running for performance, purely fat loss and cardiovascular health) so I always run by feel, i.e I go at the pace my body wants to go at. Been doing that for 3 years now and I’m consistent AF in my timings without trying to be so I know the drop off is down to the tren rather than me deliberately going slow or anything.

was back on the south coast this morning so although I was slow the view was stunning which took the edge off. Trained chest and back tonight, close grip bench, wide grip bench, rows, front raises, arms.

the weight that was meant to move, moved. No dramas. Based on percentages my 1rm for bench should be up but then again I’ve always been weird with bench in that I can 8+ rep higher than my 1 rep suggests so who knows. I’m sticking with the program though and not ducking about testing or anything (when an elite level powerlifter gives you a program even my idiot mind knows it’s probably a good idea to just do what he says).

actually slept better last night. Probably a one off but we’ll see. Thus far the tren sides haven’t been anywhere near enough to not make me run it again (and its tren e i have stashed for next time) and the positives have been well worth it.

plan remains to try and come in a couple of percentage points lower than I am now with the same mass and strength over the next three weeks (then cruise). Will drop the test to a trt dose next week to take some water off as well (currently at 1:1:1 test:tren:mast)

When I used Tvar/Trendione at 150-210mg daily the winding was incredible. By week 8 laying down to bed I was breathing like a hog, and my wife had to load my plates at the meet for me while I warmed up. She would load a plate a side, I would get up off my folding chair, mop the sweat pouring off my face, squat one rep, sit back down while she loaded the next plate. It was really bad week 6-8. I have no idea how you are running at all!

You are most vulnerable to injury in a prolonged caloric deficit (cutting phase). Do not test your current power. It is likely greater than your overall joint integrity.

This is exactly the reason why i wont run higher doses of tren.

I mean if you are a pure strength athlete like @Hyde is and tren gives you a tremendous boost in strength then sure its great and worth the negative impact on cardio since you are trainin for a meet anyway

But I am not a strength athlete and my cardio sucks anyway, so the last thing i need is sth that will further annihilte it haha

I saw that i can reap benefits from tren at a dose as little as 15 mg 4x a week to 15 md ED. I may push it to 20mg ED but that is as high as I will go srs. 15 mg ED is plenty for me actually.

I personally find masteron @150-200mg a week better for pure training aggression than tren @100mg a week. Tren builds infinitely more muscle and therefore strength comes from increased muscle, but as far pure aggression, that animal like feeling in the gym, for me at least, mast is better, in combo with test of course.

@300mg a week with 500 test aggression is unreal, i felt as if i was in some sort of delirium in the gym haha, definitely not healthy for me 😂
i couldnt take it for more than 10 days at that dose, panic attacks and stuff lol

Tren legit feels like a cleaner anabolic while mast feels like a pure androgen.

Hence it makes sense to run all 3 of course 😈

get what you are saying. I think tren is fantastic overall but it’s made my mind up that for my long winter blast (bulk) I’ll be running deca for main main anabolic. On the back of your comment I may low dose tren purely for the nutrient partitioning as part of that stack but literally like 100mg a week with deca at 500mg say (and test at 400) - I definitely don’t want the impact on cardio in a bulk as I like to stay active for overall health and normally I get quicker in a cut even with the reduction in calories through the lighter bodyweight (and the fact that I always run fasted anyway) - for context I’m running 30s a km slower than when I was 22lbs heavier 😳

Training was solid today. Back squat at 4x8 70%, same for front squat and then 3x12 ghr.

also @Hyde i used j hooks to create a horizontal gun rack style for my football bar and ez bar. As I add more speciality bars I’ll have the space to get another couple that don’t sit in a vertical gun rack properly.

pinning eod is becoming a chore. Looking forward to my little trt dose 2 x week tbh. Gonna learn how to pin the ventroglute I think. Give some more options.

ive watched a few videos etc but I’m not 100% and it’s not the biggest target area. You can’t really miss dors glute or delts but I’ll figure it out

Its not that bad... and bigger than you think. It was actually the first site I ever pinned just cuz I liked how accessible it is. Basically, sit down on a chair or toilet and then feel where your hip bone sticks out. Down about an inch or two youll feel the muscle there. I like to put a couple fingers there and sit and stand a couple times (half squat a few times) and can feel it ball up and relax

on a more serious note thanks for that. I am struggling to locate the relevant structures confidently standing up but sitting makes it more obvious for sure.....

yeah that was my biggest discovery. when you sit it protrudes more and by doing a few squats I can really feel it ball up well and pinpoint the middle/meatiest part

stupidly I went out with my runner mate this morning. Intervals with 4 mins at 4 min 15s km pace and 3 mins recovery x 5. 10 min 6k km warm up and cool down for 10 mins each. Was absolutely dying on my ass. Historically that pace would have been a piece of piss for me, throw tren in the mix and I suffered......badly.

any way, recovered from that and trained this afternoon. 3 sets of 8 deads at 339 (did these no belt and hook grip, was easy). Snatch grip block pulls and back extensions

sweating like a fat kid in a sweet shop but it got done. Also found an old bottle of yohim I forgot I had so that’s made it a good day 😂

tren sweats are legit haha. you can get sweaty taking a dump ha

So training today, (I brought tomorrow’s session forward a day as I got some ink done this evening and knew I wouldn’t train tomorrow).

squats at 300 for sets of 6 followed by sets of 6 paused at 260. Used a belt on the 300s simply as it was 4 days straight training and felt it would help.

weight moved fine, strength is sustained at the levels I normally have to be 20lbs heavier for so that’s a big improvement for me.

tomorrow sees the return of clen for a final 2 weeks- dropped the mk and cjc now (I hold water on mk especially) and gonna switch in tesamorelin for the last 2 weeks. Test dropped to a trt dose as well (I hold a couple of lbs of water on 350mg test) so will see if I dry out a bit.

looking forward to the last 2 weeks. definitely the best shape I’ve been in. certainly the strongest I’ve been at anything near this weight.

i actually feel really good as well. The cardio impact of the tren does make anything involving moving a bit of a task but mentally I felt brilliant.

just all the fun of the fair in whisky world

So nothing new to report today. No run and no training. Shoulder (tattoo) seems to be healing well so gonna train tomorrow and make sure I don’t rub it too bad.

last two weeks so clen is back, god I love them shakes

After abstaining from rubbing myself this morning I got back on the training.

5k this morning, sucked less weirdly but I used my ozone machine last night....possibly offsets some of the respiratory tract tren issues?

benched today, sets of 12 wide grip at 172 (I know that’s **** but my wide grip bench is my weakest position and generally my bench is my weakest lift) Then sets of 10 spoto press, same weight.

rows, shoulders and arms finished the session off.

feel decent training although generally I can already start to feel a slight drop off from the reduced test, just feels like everything is more effort.

forgot to take the update pics so will catch up tomorrow although I’d say similar to last week. This last couple with tesamorelin, clen, t3 plus the gear should bring it in a touch more.

pretty happy with where we are at to be honest. I’m looking at some copper peptides for skin tightening - combining that with the red light and collagen peptides should be effective to some extent.

longer run this morning. Had family stuff but was technically a rest day (program is m t w rest fri sat rest but I’d pulled forward fri session last week).

final week of my first phase in the powerlifting program starts tomorrow- looking forward to squatting although hip flexors are tight af currently (actually meant to comment that I had to massively up my taurine the other day as I started cramping badly all over, went on for a day until I increased taurine. I’m pretty consistent with hydration but paying even more attention to that as well - just weird how it’s hit this late)

so yeah, some mobility work on the hips then squats tomorrow.

short of putting myself through hell (and losing muscle) im getting about as good as I can without improving the skin situation.

plan was to get lean as possible on this cut, maintain that within a few percent for 3 months on a trt dose plus peptides and then go big at Christmas.

pretty happy with how it’s all gone - tren is a beauty in a cut for sure.

So there I am, double scoop of pre and ready to go balls deep on squats, look at the program and it’s a fucking deload 😂😂 very nearly ignored it and maxed out but when a dude who totals 1,900lbs + is telling you what to do even I’m not stupid enough to ignore him.

I had been feeling right on the hip flexors so took 20 mins and did a load of work on that whole area and actually felt a massive benefit so glad I did.

back squat
Split squat
Pistols
Ghr’s

nothing heavy or challenging in the session. Focused on making every rep perfect though

finished with some heavy jump rope and time on the bag

the whole week looks like a deload so I’m gonna stick to it but probably throw in extra mobility work and some arms (cause we all love training arms). Maybe some HIIT to keep the fat loss moving along,

already planning the winter bulk, my stash is fucking insane but right now I’m loving the idea of 400 deca, 200 tren (purely for the amazing nutrient partitioning), 600 test cyp all for 16 weeks (need to look into whether I can get away with tren e at that dose for that long)

with anadrol (50 Ed) or var (100ed) for the first 8 weeks and sdrol for the last 4 (probably injectable sdrol, I have that plus oral).

oh and hgh throughout (Chinese)

just looking at open powerlifting his last comp he totalled 1,804 in the 230lb weight class raw (and apparently natty btw - he knows I use and doesn’t have an issue with it. I assume he does but apparently it’s tested?)

yeah I’ve not done the level of planning for that winter bulk that I need to, that’s a good shout on the a Bomb’s. I have a **** load of var so may use that first 8 weeks. Tbh I have so much choice lol

var probably is the better oral given the deca and tren should be more than enough to add the size and strength - I’m gonna be running powerlifting program at the end with a mock meet so the sdrol was intended to both kick the strength on and recomp a bit in case things got sloppy.

Light bench, shoulders and arms today. God I really wanna move some proper weight but it’s not the aim so I’m being smart.

using the extra time to get some more mobility work done which appears to be helping my hip flexors.

gotta be honest though, my dosing is all over the place on stuff now. I’m running so many different schedules and peptides with some am pm some 2 x a week and some eod I’ve not got a fucking clue what I’m stabbing myself with anymore 🤣🤣

actually looking forward to getting back to just the test 2 x week cruise dose for simplicity 😂

When you gotta deload, DELOAD. You can take one now, or your body will force you to eventually. But it’s like thirst - by the time you realize you need one, you’ve already been sucking for probably over a week. Or worse, you got injured.

Think big picture! You are making gains later by backing off the hammer now.

So the deload continues. Light deads and back extensions.

put some Cuban dance music on and tried to practice some footwork for boxing afterwards (I’m so bad at this).

weirdly the running is sucking a bit less, was with a mate this morning and held pace ok. Whether I’m just seeing the benefit of being lighter and the tren has maxed out its impact I don’t know.

Went over 30,000 steps today for the first time in a long time as well. Normally average 22k ish

libido also seems higher this week (well since dropping the test back to a cruise dose), don’t make sense to me but it’s been fun.

Rest day - obviously went for a run and then did arms, abs and a bit of HIIT with a mate. Nothing hardcore though.

feel like I’m probably at the best shape I’m gonna get into - at this point I’m thinking the smart play is to finish the cut this weekend, logic being that another week of tren and clen isn’t the healthiest, I’ll be trashing lipids more for probably little gain. I’d need to push cals down further which will mean eating less to maintain for a bit (maintenance is my goal after this), would probably start to lose a little lean mass and to be honest I’m really happy with where I’m at.......

I’d keep the peptides in the mix anyway and I’m already on my cruise dose of test. I’m feeling good and ready to push some weights (which is another reason to call it a job done at this stage). Tonight pic below - what you think? Much to be gained pushing a final week?

I’d say you made some solid changes - like you said, best not to get too greedy. You can see your abs way better, and if weight loss is stalling probably time to back off the hammer and cruise for a bit to solidify your composition.

Look at your first post, and post #49 (already on but in the same lighting). Big difference in lower abs and love handles, and chest even.

That’s what I’m thinking. Total weight loss is 16lbs but I feel like a little lean mass was added.

just not sure how much further I can take it without screwing myself up a bit.

completely agree and I think that's the smart choice as well... the hard choice but surely correct for where you are

Right then guys, end of cut pics.

weight loss ended up at 17lbs. Strength has held (I’m actually still carrying 95% of the strength I had when I was approx 29lbs heavier last xmas). Vascularity is great, based on previous dexa scans I’m probably 10% bf.

I felt good this run, with everything in my personal life falling apart this could have gone really south but I’m pleased it served as a positive focus for me. I seem to respond well to tren, the worst side was the decrease in sleep but I still managed 6 hours on average which is ok for short spells, not sure that’s sustainable long term for me though.

my hrv fell through the floor so interested to see that takes to recover, interesting to see if aas choice affects that in the future.

generally though the sides were tolerable, there was no mental issues, no gut issues, the pip was ok aside from the flare up I had mid cycle in that one spot.

im personally happy with the outcome, it’s what I was aiming for and for me until I sort the skin it’s probably as good as I’ll get my abs to look.

time to let the body recover before the winter gain train arrives 🤣🤣
