Lean Gains with USPlabs and PES

Thanks man! It's been a great run. The Compound20/Erase Pro combo has definitely exceeded my expectations and I'll be using them again.

You've inspired me to try it as well. I'm logging C20 solo and decent reaults(love handles mostly gone now)

Glad to hear your having results with Compound20. I think you'll enjoy the stack. It seems like it would be great for a bulk, recomp, or cut.

Day 62
I had a good shoulder workout this morning. Progress was continued at a steady pace. I added a couple reps to my 3 heaviest sets of BB military press. I decided to do behind the neck press for the second week in a row. After testing how my shoulder would hold up last week, I was able to add 20lbs to my last 2 sets matching my previous reps. I did 3 sets of DB press and was +1 rep on the first 2. I added 5lbs and a rep to both BB shrugs and upright rows. I threw in 3 sets of face pulls and finshed with supersets of front, lateral, and seated (bent over) lateral DB raises.

I weighed in at exactly 198lbs this morning. The calorie push finally got the scale moving again and the weight appears to be lean (like it has been all along). I started out at 192lbs, so I've added a total of 6lbs over the last 2 months. I've had similar gains before, but this time around I ended up a little leaner despite the extra weight. This certainly speaks to the effectiveness of this stack. Today is my final day of supplementation with Compound20 and Erase Pro. It's too bad its over, but I'm glad I found a winning combo that I will continue to use in the future. I was in a rush this morning and tried to get a picture update. The sunlight coming through my bathroom window put a big glare on the photo, so I'm gonna see if I can get a better one tonight or tomorrow morning. Either way I'll post a final picture and thoughts most likely tomorrow.

In to see your final weight.

Great log breezy. Looks like these two supplements work very well together along with a solid diet and training routine.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I thought they were a great addition to my routine. Diet and training were kept the same as before, but the results were different. The supplements definitely gave me an edge. I should have final pic and summary/review of everything up by tomorrow night.

Awesome shoulder workout man! 6 lbs is no joke for a natty stack! Good log and review!

Thanks bro! Hopefully I can keep the quality gains consistent a little longer before they really start to slow down.

Day 63
I ended up getting a couple pictures. One was taken last night (after a full day of eating) and the other was from this morning, shortly after waking up. The lighting was very different in each one, so i decided to throw up both. I think there is a definite change in physique compared to the beginning of the log.

Final Thoughts

Overall this stack beat any expectations I had prior to starting. I decided beforehand that I was going to keep my diet and training consistent and see what the supplements had to offer. For a few months leading up to this opportunity I was adding both strength and size at a decent pace. Once Compound20 and Erase Pro were brought into the equation my results soon changed for the better. The weight I was previously gaining came along with some body fat. While running this stack all gains were lean and it appears that I was able to drop some fat simultaneously. This type of change in body composition is something that I previously hadn’t accomplished. The fact that this happened without changing any other variables really speaks to the effectiveness of this stack when it come to promoting positive changes in physique. Strength gains were also accelerated over the course of the last 2 months. I would say towards the end of the first month is where my progress reached a new level. My strength continued to climb at this new pace throughout the remainder of the stack.

It’s hard for me to give direct credit to either supplement for any specific changes I experienced throughout the last 2 months being they were stacked. I have not had the chance to use them separately so I don’t think it would be fair to make claims that I can’t be 100% sure of. I will however, try to offer a few educated guesses/opinions on how each product worked individually based on what the products and their ingredients are claimed to do.

Compound 20
Within the first few days I noticed an increase in vascularity. It began slightly in my forearms and increased over the 2 month run. I had a few slightly visible veins on the bottom side of my forearms prior to starting but the number and thickness changed dramatically as time went on. By the end I had veins popping up all over my forearms, biceps, and into my shoulders. I’m thinking Compound20 is most responsible for this because my level of vascularity was unchanged when dosing Erase Pro differently. I also went a brief period of time at a reduced dose of Compound20 where vascularity wasn’t as prominent. There seems to be a leaning effect with this supplement as well. I have to share this change with Erase Pro, but I think Compound20 has a part in it effect. Shortly after the first week I noticed I was looking tighter overall. Muscle definition and hardness was up and my stomach area started to shrink. This was all done while eating above maintenance and adding weight. It almost seemed impossible for me to gain fat while on this stack.

Erase Pro
This supplement is very effective in doing what it’s supposed to do. It dried me up quick and added to the leaning/hardening effect of the stack. It is pretty powerful and can be tough to handle on a daily basis for some. At times when dosing ED I experienced joint tightness along with drier skin. The majority of the joint issues could be relieved by using alongside Super Cissus. However, I did go periods of time where I had to dose EOD for the sake of my joints. I think dosing will be highly individual with Erase Pro depending on where your estrogen level is prior to supplementation. I believe EP had something to do with my increase in strength gains, but I’m going to have to share credit for this with Compound20 because I really can’t be sure. I loved how quickly Erase Pro dried up my appearance and will continue to use it going forward.

Jack3d
I’ve used Jack3d many times in the past and it has always given me good results. I have started to build a tolerance to it in the past, but that didn’t happen this time around. I was smarter with my dosing and didn’t use it 5-6 days a week like I had prior. The energy I get from Jack3d is solid and lasts throughout my longest workouts. I’ve always responded well to DMAA and don’t experience any jitteriness or any type of crash hours later. This was the first time trying the new Fruit Punch flavor and I enjoyed it. Its not a flavor that I would normally purchase on my own, but I was surprisingly happy with the flavor.

Modern BCAA
This has been one of my favorite BCAA products for a while. I think it mixes fairly well and tastes great compared to other like products. This was my first try of the Fruit Punch flavor and I though it was good. Not being a fruit punch fan, I still found it very refreshing, and a great addition to my workouts. Its hard for me to gauge the effectiveness of any particular BCAA’s, but I can say my endurance and recovery were both strong.

I would like to thank both USPlabs and PES for giving me this amazing opportunity. It was beyond generous and I’m very grateful. These products came about at a time where I was working hard to get both my size and strength back. Combining the supplements with my current diet and training brought my results to a new level. I’ve progressed much further than expected over the last two months and my motivation has gotten even stronger as a result. The entire stack was great and I won’t have any hesitation using these supplements in the future. Whether it be for a bulk, recomp, or cut, I could see the synergy of Compound20 and Erase Pro providing an edge beyond what a solid diet and training routine can offer alone.

Amazing job bro, you truly are focking ripped! The size of your arms is incredible and for no cardio I can't believe you stay so lean!

Thanks man. I'm thinking about adding some cardio soon, but I already have a hard enough time getting all the calories in for growth. I definitely have to give some credit to the stack for my current level of leanness.

Breezy: You looked PEELED buddy. Great workl!

PS: Shave the body hair and get a tan (fake or real) and you'll look sick.

Thanks man. I appreciate it.

I should have a tan (or burn) pretty soon now that the weather is getting nice. The hair will at least be cleaned up, if not all removed for the summer.
