I will update this log as frequently as possible, I will be taking a vacation in a few weeks though. I will make my first update entry tonight after I do lower body. Looking at the profile I expect some mad energy from this product, which is good because leg day usually wears me out pretty thoroughly.

In for the wyked-ness!

Sounds good man. I'm taking my first dose here in about 20 minutes and then getting ready for the gym. I usually work out fairly late in the evening. Since this is a pre-workout I will only be making entries on those days that I do actually work out. Should be between 3 and 5 times per week, except for my upcoming vacation.

This stuff really is one of the better tasting pre-workouts I've ever had. I'm sipping on some right now, the label doesn't recommend a time frame, but what would you guys recommend. Like how long to drink it prior to working out? I usually just do about 30 minutes or so, but some stuff recommends longer others recommend shorter.

Workout Time: 1 hour 5 minutes

This was yesterday's workout. I just wanted to say a few things about Wyked. First of all it tastes absolutely fantastic, it really is one of the best pre-workouts as far as taste is concerned. On the other hand it doesn't seem to be that potent...I try to be very honest in all of my logs. So that's what I am doing now.

I anticipated it not being overly stout, so I used 3 scoops yesterday. It says not to go over 4 in 24 hours, so I will probably use 4 during my next workout. At 3 scoops though it didn't last through the entire workout. I felt weary and worn out by about 45 minutes into the workout. It was an ok initial burst of energy, but it waned pretty quickly. It's not really a pump product, so other than just the natural pump you get that wasn't there.

So on the one hand you guys have an absolutely delicious pre-workout. On the other hand, it just doesn't seem to be all that powerful. I will obviously keep using it, but if this keeps going on I might have to use it along side something else. I have a very high stim tolerance as well, but there are some pre-workouts that seem to just mow my stim tolerance over. We'll see how this goes, to be fair leg day is very grueling. It's easily my most energy draining workout of the week. So it should hold up pretty well on other body parts.

Pro: Absolutely Delicious 10/10 Taste, closest to lemonade I've ever had from a pre-workout.
Con: Energy faded much quicker than anticipated. 6/10

Your squats are amazing, I hope i could get up that high soon.

Thanks that's mostly genetics. I started out squatting almost 400 pounds when I was 16. The vast majority of my mass is located in my quads, hams, and glutes. My upper legs make the rest of me look tiny.

Oh I gotcha me and my dad are blessed with chicken legs haha. We are around the same size, difference being I'm dieting but I'll be following and trying to keep up with your lifts. :)

Well my calves are pretty small, especially compared to my quads. I have a drumstick-esque type of leg as well. Really big difference between the quad and calf size lol.

In to get Wyked!!!

Glad to have you along.

Wyked held up alot better on arm day than leg day.

Workout Time: 1 hour 5 minutes

Pretty solid workout, plenty of energy for one body part splits.

This was my Sunday workout btw. I'll try to update today's later tonight or tomorrow. Running a little behind atm.

Going out of town for a few days so I won't be able to work out. I'm still using this as sort of a pick me up when I wake in the morning. It doesn't provide quite as much energy and focus as I am used to from some pre-workouts. It does however wake me up very nicely, and it tastes absolutely fantastic.

Well I'm back we went to King's Island and then went for a camping trip and road 4 wheelers for a couple of days. I actually relied on Wyked quite a bit here, I went to King's Island on about 4 hours sleep. I don't really operate very well on anything less than 8 hours. So I mixed up some Wyked and took it with me. Definitely helped me out a lot. It still tastes delicious and I'm more or less using it as an energy drink and to help keep me BA and Creatine saturated.

I also did cardio for the first time in a very long time this morning. Just a little LISS for 20 minutes, going to work my way back up to max effort HIIT hill sprints. It will take awhile since I'm in horrible shape cardio wise.

I performed 30 minutes of LISS today still trying to get back in to cardio shape for HIIT. I am out of breath quite easily, this bulk has been hard on my cardiovascular health. I'm going to start dropping weight as soon as I get back in decent shape cardio wise. I'm up to 220 right now.

Working out at home today bicep/tricep/shoulder work and about 30 minutes on the bicycle outside in this 110 weather. There isn't a ton of weight at home, but I will do some higher volume stuff today.

I don't know what else to say about Wyked it is flat out delicious, just not quite as potent as some things I normally take. I've been using it on a daily basis for cardio, or in substitution for an energy drink. It does provide a good amount of energy, but I don't really notice any increase in focus. There hasn't been a noticeable increase in endurance, nor have I really saw any sort of increase in pump.

That being said it is unbelievably delicious, and is very useful for a nice little pick-me-up.

I like that this has DAA in it, I have never taken a pre-workout with test boosting qualities. That is a definite benefit to using this everyday (which I have been doing), even if not pre-workout. I drank some this morning and went for a 30 minute bike ride before it got insanely hot here.

I have used DAA before, and I can sort of feel some of the aspects I experienced from it in the past. I have increased my max core lifts in every category fairly substantially for the amount of time on this log. The entire ingredient profile is actually pretty solid also, I just seem to not get as much energy/focus from it as I am used to from a pre-workout.

Taste-wise and ingredients wise though it is a very good product. I normally supplement with creatine anyway, but I've stopped since I'm assuming 3 scoops of this stuff has more than enough creatine. I would be curious to know the amount of beta alanine in here, as I've continued to supplement with bulk BA. Just using 1 gram daily down from 3g daily.

A little About Me UPDATED:
Age: 27

Height: 5'9
Weight: 220
Body Fat: 14%
Core Lift Weights:
Bench Press: 385
Deadlift: 485
Full Squat: 595

I listed my previous core max lifts at the beginning of this log. Over the past week I have been maxing out at the beginning of my workouts, in order to establish my current strength gain progress.

So far during this log I have gained 10 pounds on the bench press, 20 pounds on the deadlift, and 5 pounds on the squat. I attribute this to having done back more often, as well as having a lower starting deadlift strength. Coupled with the DAA in this product most likely as well as some of the other ingredients.

I've also put on about 5+ pounds, although I did gain a little bit of fat according to 3 and 5 site caliper testing. I originally intended to go to 235 on this bulk, but I feel that I have reached a BF% that needs to be reduced. So I will drop my caloric intake, and sit around maintenance for awhile.

How many scoops are you taking?

3 scoops.

Nothing to update today, I'm getting married in 3 weeks, and I spent the entire day shopping and carrying bags for my fiancee.

Worked out at home + bicycle 30 minute ride. Mainly just a body weight routine with pullups, pushups, and the 35 lb DBs for bi/tr/shoulder work. I'm taking some time out of the gym and let myself deload a little, so I will be doing some work at home to maintain.

Still got a lot going on with the wedding plans and everything. I did some more at home body weight exercises and some DB work. Still a big fan of this lemon flavoring, and I'm sure this is helping me maintain.

Marriage consultation thing this evening. Not excited. I won't be working out today I've got a lot of stuff going on. I did drink some WYKED this morning though. I'm going to order some for the next time I want to run DAA, it tastes great, it has a lot of benefits in there. I wish it weren't a prop blend, but it makes for a solid energy drink lol.

Great Log bro!

Thanks I usually put in my workouts in my logs, but I've had a crapload of stuff going on with this wedding planning. I'm only working out 3 days a week at the moment, down from 5-6 days a week when I first started this log. Just way to much stuff going on to run a log the way I want to.

if you mix daa-hcg in wyked you can barely tell a difference in taste. really nice results!

I'm still amazed at the quality of flavor, and sometimes when I drink something and like the flavor I wind up getting tired of it. That hasn't happened with Wyked, pretty hard to get tired of a solid lemonade flavor. I've got a few more days left in this tub, not sure how much, but I definitely need to cycle off of DAA for awhile. I will definitely be getting some for my next DAA run though, it also masks some other pretty nasty flavors. I take some bulk powder pramiracetam that tastes like month old unwashed taint, and this stuff masks it pretty welll.

I finished off the last of this tub of Wyked this morning, so I will compile my thoughts on the product as a whole.

Taste:10/10 Seriously this is one of the best tasting pre-workouts I've ever had. Some of them taste good, but you get tired of the flavoring. Some of them grow on you, this stuff was good from the first go. A subtle lemonade flavor, that tasted great throughout the entire tub.

Energy:7/10 There is obviously some energy stimulation in this product, but the amount of energy provided is not overly substantial. I wound up using it more as an energy drink than to fuel a workout.

I would use this again simply for an extra boost throughout the day, it is not so potent at 3 scoops that I would want to use it on a regular basis as a pre-workout though. It really does taste amazing. The proprietary blend makes it difficult to just use in conjunction with bulk powders. If not for that I could possibly use it with Beta Alanine/Creatine/DAA whenever I need it.

I should also point out I've tried close to 20 pre-workouts, and a 7/10 is not all that bad by my standards. If you are sensitive to stims it could easily be much higher for you, the best thing in my opinion about this pre-workout is the taste. I'm going to use it to negate the flavor of some of my less than tasty bulk powders in the future.

notice any strength gains?

I estimated my 1RM before I started this log, and then several weeks later I actually maxed out. In comparison to my estimated 1RM my increases were as follows.

10 pound increase on bench
20 pound increase on deadlift
5 pound increase on squat

I also supplemented with additional DAA, as I'm not sure how much DAA is in Wyked due to the prop blend. It's possible my estimated 1RM was not all that accurate, and my increases weren't those numbers exactly. I definitely gained around 5 pounds in conjunction with a caloric surplus, as I have seen from my previous DAA runs.

I was told less than or just under a gram per 3 scoops

I actually guesstimated close to a gram for 3 scoops based on placement down the prop blend, so I went ahead and took 2 grams a day might have gotten just a little over or under 3g. I don't think it would matter that much either way though.

Do you take this everyday or just on workout days? Ive only been taking it on workout days, oh and great log!
