KLEEN & QUEEN Get Lean with PX Black and a FINAFLEX PH Stack!

lookin at your eat sheets, dude, your carbs are insanley low!, id go crazy after a few days., i can see thats where i need to clamp down.on a good day i can handle 120-150 g a day, but not for long. how long can you go like that without flipping out lol!
 
Well typically I will run 3-4 days then do a carb refeed of about 300 grams in one meal. However right now I am doing it Sunday-Thursday night so I can be more free with food and drink while in New Orleans for Mardis Gras. Very similar to the Ultimate Diet 2.0 but nowhere near the amount of carbs as in that refeed. I will increase them somewhat once I am on the PH like into the 100-150 range with a bulk of them surrounding my workout. Thend do a smaller refeed once or twice a week.

Tom, no doubt the carbs have an effect on it plus I am drinking a lot, good thing for me this PX Black keeps me thirsty!

I hope so! As far as just sticking to it sticking to it though I have done 4 weeks with no carbs well very low carbs before. After a while it ain't so bad. When you are below 75 or even 50 the cravings just kind of fall away. I mean something in your face that you love is still tempting but as fast as fat can peel off of you with low carb the temptations even begin to be no big deal to avoid. Also I happen to like meat, definitely a meat-a-saurus! So if I can have some steaks or lean pork loin, I am good. Love almonds so they are a great snack. Almond or Peanut Butter mixed into my smoothie is like a dessert so it becomes pretty easy you just have to quit focusing on what you can't have and focus on what you can.

Yeah this is my first time to Mardi Gras, pretty excited about it.

Okay so this mornings workout was excellent!
I am on a break from Ignite because of the Aminosterone I cycle on and off it every 2 months. I took 2/3 scoop Muscle Marinade and 1.5 scoops of CONDENSE, & 2 scoops of BCAA+SAA & CREA TRONA, then went to work out. I did an FST-7 style workout. Here is how it all went down.

Elliptical 5 minutes : 71 CALS

Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press 92x12, 117x12, 142x10, 162x8, 150x8 - Man this felt great I really love the chest contraction I get from this exercise.
FST-7 Free Motion Cable Cross Over - Bottom to top 37.5x10, 37x5x8 -Switched to Regular Crossover 32.5x12, 37.5x10, 35x10, 35x8, 32.5x10

Life Fitness Shoulder Press Neutral Grip - 115x12, 115x9, 110x8, 100x9, 95x7 - Shoulder felt pretty good with these was happy about that.
Lateral Raise Machine - 100x10, 100x8, 90x10, 90x8, 80x8, 75x8, 70x9 - Major pump in medial delts...

Cable Overhead Triceps Extension - 110x12, 130x12, 140x12, 150x10, 150x8, `40x5, 120x7, Close Grip Push ups x7 just a lil something to burn the triceps and chest the rest of the way out.

Well I have to say that I had a crazy pump after this workout. I am impressed so far with CONDENSE as far as that goes considering carbs have been so low that pumps have been good but not insane of course I did take a few scoops of CREA TRONA with it this morning which always helps me get a pump. It makes me very excited to try our new pump product MAX PUMP!
 
Yah that's the one thing that concerns me is that I don't cycle off ignite but I only use it 3 times a week so that may be ok.

Yeah, may not be too much of an issue but when I take it I use it for cardio and lifting so it is pretty much daily.

i need to adapt this mindset., just to push a little farther than yesterday
 
Day 1 of hell.. 2/7/2013

Today's the first day I have worked out.. After I got to work, I used my work's scale to weight myself.. Low and behold that was NOT a good idea... I weigh 125.2. Sure you wanna slap me, but to me that's entirely too much weight to be carrying around..

The man put me through some crazy workout that I was NOT prepare for.. So workout is as follows:

Elliptical for 5 minutes on a level 10 burned only 57 calories.
H.S. Wide Chest Press: 27lbs x 12reps; 32lb x 12reps; 37lb x 12reps; 42lb x 12reps; 47lb x 12reps.
Peck Dec (or so I thought..) got through 30lbs x 12reps; 45lb x 12reps; 35lbs x 2reps and right as I am in the flow and mindset the darn machine broke..
So took my unamused self over to where Kleen was and did that weird contraption:
H.S. Cable Cross (I think that's what it was) finished with 7.5lbs x 12reps; 12.5lbs x 12reps; 15lbs x 12reps; 12.5lbs x 12reps; 12.5lbs x 12reps.
H.S. Shoulder Press - 30x12; 25x12; 25x12; 25x11.5reps; 20x12.

As for food, I am not a breakfast eater, but did manage to swallow down a few little carrots and a small orange. Now Kleen is buggin for lunch.. I am not that hungry just yet. Having a rough day with my boss, he apparently is PMS'ing.. So right now for lunch I would like to have a zanex and some liquor, please... LMFAO.. Sorry.. had to through that in there. If I say I want protein, I am pretty sure Kleen will have a response to this... GO ON BABE, INSERT RESPONSE HERE...

Oh no you have no idea. If I don't make all my reps, I twitch. It frustrates me and puts me in a bad mood. I do not feel like I accomplished my goal. Trying to count my calories, etc. that would just freak me out. lol

Exactly what I use, dw. Still a pain in the rump though. My wife is always busting my balls about scanning everything. Lol

Oh and yes she is major OCD about hitting all of her reps in a set... Can not stand to fail I told her weight lifting is the only place where failure is pretty much a positive thing. It means you are working your ass off. However she is definitely someone who if the rep range is 8-12 she expects herself to get 12 on every set. Or if the work set if for 8 reps she expects herself to get 8 reps on each drop set too.

So basically yep, my wife is BEAST MODE in the gym!!! I love it of course, keeps me intense. Can't slack when she is pushing that hard and has better muscular stamina than me.

It means you are working your ass off. However she is definitely someone who if the rep range is 8-12 she expects herself to get 12 on every set. Or if the work set if for 8 reps she expects herself to get 8 reps on each drop set too.

So basically yep, my wife is BEAST MODE in the gym!!! I love it of course, keeps me intense. Can't slack when she is pushing that hard and has better muscular stamina than me.

No Doubt, and yeah the session felt great, was pretty happy with 162 per side on the wide chest press. I have done 4 for 5-6 before but with less sets and I wasn't recovering from a shoulder injury so I am stoked about that one.

Yes Sir! You know me I love to push, the added volume is keeping me reasonable with weights and is not a ridiculous amount of volume either so I am happy with it right now.
